My husband and I decided to take graduation pictures with our children. In a last minute scuffle we decided to get our school logos added on to our stoles the day before our photo shoot . Besides receiving exactly what we within 24 hours I had the most beautiful conversation with the owner and I must say she has so much passion and has an absolutely beautiful spirit . Our experience was absolutely 10 star quality and we will definitely be back for future needs !

My experience at Ibett Ink could not have been more professional, more intimate, or more customer service oriented. They helped me to get same day embroidery, and not only that, they have such an extensive inventory, I was able to find and create a custom cutting board SAME DAY! The owner and associates went above and beyond to listen, give guidance, and assist me throughout my entire experience. We had an event and needed embroidered shirts last minute. Yvette and her team were not only quick to respond, but they were able to get our shirts back to us the same day looking wonderful! I ordered 3 luggage tags at the beginning of December for Christmas gifts. I was told they would be ready in a week. I went in every week before Christmas & they were never ready. I finally was able to pick them up the 1st week of January. One was correct, one had the wrong background & one had a name spelled incorrectly. I only asked them to correct the misspelled tag. I was told it would be corrected right away & they would call when it was ready. I never got a call & stopped in today. The tag wasn’t done but they quickly did it while I waited. I certainly will not be a repeat customer.

Such a fun little gift shop!! So many cute and unique gifts to personalize! The staff is sweet and welcoming, and turn around on embroidered items is surprisingly fast!! I cant wait to go back!!!

Stopped in to discuss tee shirts and caps for my business. Staff couldnt do anything without owner who was out. Followed up a couple of weeks later, spoke to owner, explained needs, told to email graphics to her which I did. After a couple of more weeks of silence, I called to confirm they received my email and graphics which they did. Promised a call back and a price quote. Its now been a few more weeks and still no word from these people. I will be taking my business elsewhere 😐.

Friendly staff and good customer service. I used their embroidery services and plan on using them on the future.Edit. On my second visit 8 of my shirts were ruined and the quality of the stitching went down.

If I could give her NO STARS I woukd have. Shame on this place!My daughter won 5 Monogrammed robes from Ibettink at the San Antonio Bridal Show Expo in January 2018. We went to the booth and Yvette seemed nice and told us to call. I called and left message, no answer back. I did that for months. I finally got a hold of her and gave her the information. Two of us need plus sizes so she said she would have to look for a company that does them and that we would have to pay $20 extra. I said that’s fine. She was supposed to call me. Months went by... nothing. I called her again and she said oh I’m glad you called. I lost your number. Took all the information and sent it all by email too. For the pat 7 weeks this lady has been giving me the runaround. I am thankful it is me doing it, not my daughter, the bride. Weddings are stressful as it is so I volunteered because this business is unreliable and frankly gives bad customer service all around. The thing is my daughter won these. The Bridal Expo thinks this vendor is doing what they say in good faith. This lady is not! I will continue to write any reviews I can etc. so people know not to do business with her. She’s dealing with a person that knows customer service and provides it everyday in my line of work plus a Mama Bear that protects and fights for her kids relentlessly.If you are interested in seeing the NUMEROUS emails back and forth as well as my call log through Verizon to her business, I can provide them. I just want what was promised to my daughter. That’s all.I will never do business with this company again and will continue to let people know what they are dealing with. If she didn’t want to give a gift at the show, she shouldn’t have. She needs to make this right.I am sure they will delete this but I will post it somewhere else. Hopefully one person reads it and saves them self the headache of dealing with them!
