I really wanted to like this place because of the location and price, unfortunately it is one of the worst boxes Ive been to.Cons:-I was never introduced as a new person to other members of the coaches, so I have felt alone every WOD Ive gone to. Such a bummer since one of the best parts about CF is the community.-Everyone leaves and puts things away once finished with a workout, even when other people are not done with a workout. It is both distracting and disheartening, especially for those that are slower or newer.-It seemed as if the coaches were just filling a spot, there were no cues when needed and WODs are hardly ever explained well (coach Leilani, specifically).- There are many little groups that makes new people feel outlasted.-There is no software used to track progress or workout times.Pros:- It is nice that the membership covers both CF and yoga to multiple locations.- Facilities are always clean.-Reasonably pricedI will not return to this affiliate as the environment of my box mAtters a lot to me. I hope this review provides insight for others in the future.

Great environment and members are very friendly

In town for weekend and found a box that closed at 1pm. Showed up at 11 and the door was locked. Some guy extremely rude guy came out and said that there done for the day. Told me I would have to find somewhere else.
