Gutter Installation:I regret having Beldon LeafGuard install gutters onto my house on 09 Jul 2021, as I have encountered too many issues with these gutters. The Beldon LeafGuard are extremely expensive for not to work properly. Also, it requires too many calls before receiving a response to discuss the issues with the gutters. Since the technicians installed the gutters there has been constant issues, overflows, and leaks from the gutters. An overflow existed near the air conditioner and a leak on the gutter at the front of the house. Rain was pouring directly into the air conditioner. I called Beldon several times to discuss and request for a technician to come to the house to repair the overflow near the air conditioner and the leak on the front gutter of the house. In repairing the two problems, they created another problem, overflow near the air conditioner the rain overflowed to the fiber optic box and on the side wall of the house, the front gutter now had an overflow at the corner of the gutter at the front of the house. Again, I called and again it took several calls to Beldon to discuss the problem and request a technician to come to the house to repair the overflow near the air conditioner and on the front gutter. In repairing the front gutter, it created a leak between the fascia and gutter. I called Beldon five times, on the fifth day I receive a call from Rebekah Mora-Palumbo, Branch Manager. I discussed with her the leak between the fascia and gutter. The discussion was she thought it could be a roof issue not a gutter issue. She indicated if the technician determines the problem with the leak is a roof issue, there will be a charge of $269.00 an hour. I indicated if the installation were done right the first time, as their motto states, Do It Right the First Time, these issues would not have occurred, therefor the leak requires to be repaired without cost. I called on 17 Sep 2021 to talk to Mr. Danny Mendez, President to discuss the gutter issue, to date, 24 Sep 2021, he has not returned my call. It appears once the customer has signed the contract and money collected everything goes downhill. They are unresponsive to my calls, it takes them days to return calls. Why arent the gutters and a water flow test conducted after installing the gutters? I suggest before installing the gutters, a Beldon roofer, since they are in the business of installing roofs, conduct an inspection on the roof of the house to determine what problems may occur with the gutters, where would be the best place to install the gutters to eliminate problems or not to install the gutters at all.I am requesting that the leak on the gutter on the front of house be repaired without cost before the fascia becomes damaged or warped. I would like to talk to Mr. Brad Beldon

The representative sent was polite, smart, efficient, informative and very nice.We were disgusted by company policy to strong arm potential customer. Not leaving estimate & claiming it is a one day offer is disrespectful to a customer comparing products, prices & companies. It is really unfair to train salespeople to use this tactic of a forced sale. If Beldon believed Leafguard gutters and prices had value; they would gladly leave estimates. Please note they do not rank #1 in gutter systems and are 6-10 X more expensive. $$$$

The Leaf Gard gutters on my home were damaged by hail in 2020, so I recently had them replaced. I want to emphasis that my review here is for the installation crew and foreman.The (San Antonio) installation crew consisted of Adam, Stevie, David and James. They showed up on time and were respectful of both me and my property through the whole job. They worked so efficiently that it took them only about three hours to complete the (re)installation, and they cleaned-up after themselves in a way that was much appreciated. I inspected their work after the job was completed and found it flawless. I cant say enough good... this was top quality work by top quality people!

I had my Gutters installed about 3-4 months ago and I had a problem of overflow. I spoke to a supervisor named Maxine Martinez. She immediately got the service department to take a look at my problem and it turn out that my gutters were clogged up due to a connection leading to my French Drain. They took out roof debris leading from the gutter spout out and it started to drain correctly. I no longer have an overflow.My second problem was that one of the drain spout was leaking improperly. Again, I call Maxine and she got a repair service man out to our home and problem solved.The statement of Beldon take care of their customers is very true. I will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you, Maxine and all the Beldon Staff.

I was impressed with the quality, responsiveness, and professionalism of our Beldon rep. DJ seriously knew his craft. He was prompt, present, prepared, and ready to help explain the gutter industry ins and outs. He knew how to help us craft what we wanted and knew how to point out ways to improve upon our plans.

We’ve had Leafguard gutters for over 10-years and they have performed admirably since day one. Unfortunately though we received hail damage to both our roof and gutters. I called Beldon and Mr. Aaron Miller showed up. What a fantastic person; truly professional, humble and honest. He did a thorough review of our gutters, took several pics and explained the claim process better than the roofers that had previously come by for just the roof. Next stop, the insurance company. Leafguard is more expensive than your average gutter but they are truly worth the purchase; from design, effectiveness and longevity. They have outperformed other gutters that we previously installed in our homes. Thank you Aaron for your time, knowledge and answering all our questions.

We were both absolutely impressed with the courtesy, knowledge and integrity of Beldon representative, Jay Benavidez. He worked with us to replace hail damaged gutters and provided extra assistance when our Insurance company failed to acknowledge that our damaged rain gutters were a Beldon product . He went above and beyond to guide us through the process of working with problematic Insurance Adjusters - for that, we are eternally grateful! Jay was always available through the long process and assisted us with replacment product options. I waited after the installation to submit this evaluation, because I wanted to see how well the gutters handled a good old Texas thunderstorm. We now have had a couple of heavy rains, and the gutters function exactly as I hoped they would. We had one storm in which we got nearly two inches of rain in about 20 minutes, and the gutters handled the water flow perfectly. Even on the inside corners there was no overflow like Ive had with every other gutter system I have had on this house (over a 34 year period.)

Product: Full view storm door, Consultant: Jay Benavidez.Nov 19, got an estimate and liked everything they said. Someone was to come out that week and get measurements. I asked if this could be done before Christmas and the response was they can put in an expedited order.Nov 29 I ask to get an update, if someone is coming out for the measurements and finally I get a date of Dec 2nd.Dec 12, I ask for an update to be sure we are on track for before Christmas. So I text Jay for one.Dec 20, the update for the door is here... Delay in shipping so the door wont get there till Dec 27.Jan 3, I ask for an update and if they got the door. The response was another delay in shipment and manufacturer set a delivery date for Jan 17From here on, we now just need a date for install. I am now talking to the lady to set a date and time for Jan 24 10am, That weekend I was out of town so I had a friend cover me from 8am until someone showed up and finish. They told me a set time of 10am for Jan 24. Later a message that it would be a window from 830am-10am... the day of installation the installer was sick. Someone didnt show up until 11:50am. Installation took 1 hour. The door looks great.I included those dates so everyone can see the process for this project. I was the one taking the initiative and getting answers because unfortunately I wouldnt get the updates.Communication was the worse part of this. If that gets straightened out then Id recommend working with Jay and Beldon.I wanted a door and finally got it.Thank you Jay truly for your help.

***Edited review***Beldon contacted us and had a crew come out to fix the issue we had, so we are very happy they finally did follow through. The gutter system works great!We are extremely disappointed in our purchase with Beldon. We were shown one product, told it would cover a certain area, but when installation was started we noticed it was not what we bought. We called immediately and explained the situation. We were told that it was the wrong product shown to us, and the sales person was wrong, but there wasnt anything they would do to fix the issue. We spoke with several people, the last one being beyond rude and unprofessional. Now, we call, and get zero response. It would take a few hours and very minimal work to rectify this, but they are not interested in helping fix something they created. Do not expect what the salesperson shows you to be the final product.

Beldon did an exceptional job from the initial appointment with David, through to the install. They installed on the day they said, and the gutters look great. You truly do get what you pay for.

First of all, it looks like a superior product; no question about it. But its low key high pressure sales which I cant stand. Textbook - create a sense of urgency big discount if you sign today. Then well Ill see if I can get it down for you but I gotta call my manager. Even with all that, its 5x other quotes. And he couldnt email me the quote when I said I wanted 24 hours to think about it, he just wrote the quote on paper. You be the judge.

Love the product. My experience with sales was good, but now that I need service, Beldon is non responsive. Ive emailed, called, sent an inquiry on the website. The one call that was returned said another department would call me back, but its been 2 weeks and I havent heard back yet. (Edit) After a few weeks of phone tag, we scheduled the service, which corrected the issue.

We worked with Scot and once he assessed our property and our needs, he actually recommended a lower priced product which are working beautifully so far after a few heavy rains. My wife and I were impressed with his no-pressure presentation and being able to see the quality of theirs versus other manufacturers sealed the deal. I also received a great price because I am a US Navy veteran and the area manager also spoke to me on the phone to thank me for the business and my service. Scot was the first person that came out to do an estimate and the only one we got because we loved the product. The quality of the material was impressive and seeing it being produced out of their truck was pretty cool ad the color we chose matches perfectly with our white brick, black roof and black trim around the house. They were done in about 5 hours and cleaned up when finished. I would definitely recommend them to any one that asks about our gutters!

Rebekah Mora did not honor referral program as promised they gave us a letter that stated if we referred anyone that we would get incentive not only did she not honor program she did not return our phone calls after several attempts we just stopped trying and will no longer refer Beldon to anyone

We are delighted with our home improvement project and would highly recommend Beldon San Antonio. Adam Moreno helped us envision our project with great ideas for enhancing the overall look and function of the home. We appreciated his attention to the accuracy of implementation as the work progressed.We are also extremely grateful to Michael Moreno and his crew for their dedicated hard work, professionalism and skill, and meticulous detail. They arrived every day on time, worked steadily, and cleaned up the site after each work day. They were skilled in adapting to plumbing and electrical surprises that were peculiar to our house as the old siding was removed and replaced with new moisture barrier, sheathing, and cement fiber siding.The Leafguard gutters look very nice, and are color matched to the cement fiber facia. This project is certain to preserve our home and increase the overall value of the property. We are glad we chose the expertise and reliability of Beldon for our siding and gutters.

Was quoted $24k to put gutters on my home. I was told this was a one-day install, too. This is not a sound investment at all.It cost me less than half to re-surface my 40k gallon pool, which was a 2-week job.$24k is something I would expect to completely remodel my master bath, which would net a much greater return for my investment.Sorry Beldon, but math isnt on your side for this price.

We originally scheduled our installation on a Tuesday but a crew was down that day due to illness so at midday we rescheduled to that Friday. Around midday on Friday, another team member got ill and we were told we would be done Saturday. Having spent two days already waiting at home, I contacted the GM to express my frustration — not with teams getting sick - it’s hot as blazes, I don’t want them pushing themselves and getting sick either — but with the last minute updates; I would prefer a reschedule to a week out so the teams could catch up and stay healthy. The GM was very responsive, apologized, and personally made it right for us. That’s great customer service. Yeah, these gutters are a more expensive than what you find at the store for DIY but the lifetime warranty and knowing I’ll never have to get on a ladder to clean then out made this a great match for our needs. And with a GM who takes pride in ensuring customers are satisfied after the sale — you have a winning combination!

Hardie board siding Not installed to manufacturers best practices and specifications. When I pointed out a couple things That were done improperly and I had the manufacturers paperwork for it I was told they never did it that way before... The trim work wouldnt be acceptable even for rough-in much less finish work. The installers had a sub come out today to do the caulking and painting And it was determined there was not enough caulk since the gaps were so big. Now the painter said he will come back at the end of the week....

Great investment for our home, Phillip the sales guy was great as well. Sergio and Chris did a wonderful job on the installation! House looks great!

The work was done quickly and with smiles. Clean up was very good. My unique arrangement was followed exactly. I have already proudly pointed out my new gutter system to neighbors and friends.

I tried to book a virtual estimate. Took pictures, sent them in and time of estimate I hear a ring at the door... So much for a virtual estimate. As to not waste my time I kept with the social distancing but went on with estimate. All I wanted was gutters on back of house - 2nd story - straight across 55 feet and then around our patio roof (u shape) approx 45 feet... so we go through the song and dance of how awesome they are vs. other gutter companies and then comes the price... not only was the leafguard product 5 times the amount of another estimate I received and the open gutter product was 2.5 times the amount. So when I advise the Beldon sales rep of this youd have thought they were giving money away down the street. He packed up so fast to leave and on his way leaving was verbally ripping the exiting gutters I have on our house. I wish there was a no star rating. Their product might be superior but to act like that and then put down what you already have is beyond disrespectful and certainly not a company that I would use even if the price was close or even in the same ballpark.

I like the leaf guard gutters and their long term warranty.

Beldon (Houston) was the worst experience with a contractor I have ever had. To keep it short, we needed a new patio door with two full length windows on each side (frame and all). Contract was signed January 24, 2020. Today is July 23 and it is finally done. The Pella hardware took two months to deliver. Finally arrived and it was the wrong color and no door lock as we requested. We agreed to the install at a $500 discount. The subcontractor obviously did not know what they were doing because they installed the door backwards, the inside was facing out.They had to rip everything out and we waited another two months for the hardware. It was installed but still no door lock, we were told we would have to pay extra for this now despite telling them from day one it should have been on the order. I will never use Beldon for any work on my house. The customer service was horrible. I do not know how they stay in business. I suggest using another company.

A neighbor notified us that she was having a Leaf Guard Gutter System installed by Beldon and invited us to stop by her home and look at the system. We went by her home and looked at the system. I contacted Beldon, as well as another gutter installation company, for a proposal to install guttering at our home. After seeing the Leaf Guard installation on our neighbors home, we decided to hire Beldon. I would like to especially commend our project consultant, Phillip Garcia, as well as, Raul, who was in charge of the Leaf Guard installation.Phillip Garcia was perhaps the best sales consultant weve ever encountered. He was knowledgeable about his product. During our consultation, he was courteous, patient and answered every question we had. We signed a contract to have Leaf Guard installed and with in hours, he had all documents processed and sent us via e-mail.Raul and his installation team contacted us by phone to let us know they were enroute to our home. The arrived promptly, introduced themselves, walked through the project site and explained the installation project, answered questions. They began the was complete within an hour and a half. It was a most efficient install and they cleaned the area upon completion. I signed the necessary documents and they were on their way.Good job Beldon. I am happy to know there are such professional and efficient employees who take pride in their work deploying the Leaf Guard system..

Fred Brown came to my home in Grand Prairie today and provided an estimate. First impression was he was on time, greeted me and provided his name. He also had a name tag to identify himself. He showed me issues at my house and clearly explained a solution. I am seriously considering using the company due to product and professionalism.

I had my house resided and the gutters upgraded and satisfied does not even begin to explain how happy I am with the service provided. Within three weeks of me signing my agreement Beldon had people at my home beginning the work. Had it not rained they would have finished in less than five days. I cannot be happier with the results at my home. From the very start all the personnel I interacted with provided my with fantastic service and it made me very comfortable knowing I had a group of professionals who took a significant amount of pride in their work. I have a few more upgrades and I completely intend on using Beldon for future work.

I love it when you get what ya pay for! Even better....I love it when ya get better than ya could have anticipated! From the get go David Rowe instilled the confidence we needed to make our decision and Jacob and Lewis installed all our gutters seamlessly! In all our years my husband and I have never invited our friends and neighbors over to check out some gutters. Believe me,....youll want to too!

I am very happy with my new gutters! Mr.Caleb Mitchell from Beldon was on time for our appointment and was very professional. He was thorough about explaining the work that we would be having done and showing us all the materials we could choose from for our new gutters. When Justin came to install our new gutters, he was also professional and on time. Once the work was done he did a great job of leaving our yard spotless! I would definitely recommend them, they did a wonderful job overall.

LeafGuard gutters work very well, as advertised -- on straight stretches of roof. However, I have several steep, long valleys and after the gutters were installed we had a very heavy rain and the water poured over the gutter at the valley. I had them come back out and install blocks/stops on the gutters at the valleys. That corrected the water overshoot issue and, as you might expect, those blocks/stops collected leaves like crazy. So, while Im not having to clean 200 feet of gutters I must clean those valley stops every couple of months. I bought a 35 foot, multi-section, broom/rake that allows me to brush the leaves out of the valley and gutter.Thats why I only gave the gutters 3 stars. Installation and professionalism of the installers was 5 star.

David Rowe is a Jewel. He has a warm and gentle spirit. He got to know us before the presentation. By the time he left he was a friend. His knowledge of the product and his presentation was smooth and professional. David was like the spokesman on the commercial. I Thank you for the great experience and having a gentle giant as your representative.

I was very pleased with my experience. Bill Eckerd came out to my house and we discussed different systems and options for gutters. He was very personable and informative and we appreciated his expertise. He made what is often an awkward meeting instead a rather pleasant interaction. He also made us a believer, we will be purchasing the Leafguard system, without a doubt.

The leafguard gutters were installed on 10-13-16. Our house was flooded by Hurricane harvey and had to be repainted and remodeled inside and out. Several months after harvey, we noticed in 1 area the rainwater was spilling over the gutter. The beldon service person came to the house and told us since we painted the gutters along with the house, it INVALIDATED THE WARRANTY. As a result the problem was never resolved.We spent $10,000 and were now told we have no warranty and 2 areas where water pours over the edge basically leaving us where we started before these were installed.

Hi. Hope this communication finds you and your family well.Gene Wescott was my sales guy. Nice dude that had the Beldon Cheer down to a science. Needless to say, not a word from this guy since I signed the contract. However, when I call he expresses concerns. I should have ordered siding from Lowes and picked up 2 fellas from the parking lot. So far this is the level of service I have received. These folk at my house are contractors without credentials and I am convinced of it.Here goes... 3 weeks are gone by, WTH, I call, no answer, called Dallas, got a human man that said he will get a message to Houston. I send a concerning email, call came a few days later from a lady telling me when she can get a human out to take pics. Few days later he did his thing I guess. Another 2 weeks go by, a call to schedule siding just on the back of home. Over a month of no communication from these folk.I must admit, this is the most unprofessional situation I have endured in a while. You promised me that Beldon was a professional company.Where do I start? Lets move from the lack of communication at the beginning. This morning 1 guy shows up before material was delivered, with no tools, not even a ladder, guy #2 shows up and starts removing the old siding, guy #1 leaves to go get tools, then guy #2 complains he needs a ladder. I leave for work close to the 11 am hour, back home around 5:30 PM. My internet wire cut, my brand new AC unit is not working now, one of my soffits cut. Guy #1 trying to patch up the internet line. Guy #3 came by got AC back going . Now have to wait 2 days for Comcast to rerun internet. Dear diary, Day 2 is today lets see what it brings. TBC, going home to meet with Carla on my property

We have done business with Jimmy Clifford several times over the last 12 years and he is wonderful. He is just a phone call away and responds promptly, although most of the time we dont even have to leave a message, he answers the phone! He is always pleasant, answers any questions we may have, and has actually come by the house to assist. Our last purchase, Leaf Guard, was well worth the investment. The crew was prompt and efficient and did not leave any construction debris. Great company and great man to do business. with

Overall the work was completed. The product looks great. Would recommend requesting someone from Beldon visit your home to talk to the crew before they begin work on your home so there are no miscommunications from the start.

UPDATED POST October 2018 - after writing my original complaint on Google, I was able to reach someone in the office to schedule a service appointment within 2 weeks. On the day of the appointment, the installer arrived on time. The job took about 4-5 hours because there was intermittent rain. A new downspout was installed; a few days later the manager came out to inspect the work. We are happy with the installers work, but we continue to be perplexed by the difficulty of getting a hold of someone in the office. I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars.ORIGINAL POST - Beldons has been completely unresponsive to my repeated calls and website inquiries to get a service call to my house. We have the Leaf Guard system and need to adjust the tilt and add a downspout. The company has reneged on two, confirmed appointments - complete no shows. I have called their call center and the direct Houston line. I suspect that they care more about selling new systems than maintaining old ones. DO NOT BUY LEAF GUARD from this company! You may be happy with the system, but it is impossible to get them serviced later on.

They changed out one window in my house because the old one was broken. The sales associate came to my house, measured, showed me the window type, and explained all my different options with a detailed cost overview. The installation was fast, and very professional. The window quality and look is awesome, and installation crew were done in about 2 hours, leaving everything nice and clean. I am so satisfied with the product and the service that I plan to replace all my windows with them.

We ended not using Beldon for our project but wanted to leave a review as we had a great experience with the company and especially the project manager Caleb Mitchell. Caleb listened to all of our requirements and worked with his office explaining our needs. We will definitely consider Beldon for our future project and request Caleb as our project manager.

After receiving 3 quotes for gutter installation and viewing product, I determined Beldon offered the BEST product..As a retiree, I was concerned about the cost. Phillip Garcia attentively listened to my concerns and cordially discussed options for financing. With Phillips patient guidance, I was able to order the gutters I wanted for my home at a payment plan I could handle as a retiree. Jennifer W San Antonio

I requested a free estimate on my home. Someone came out and took all the measurements and quoted me $7,700! That quote included a discount of some sort, free labor and was for standard gutters not even the leaf guard gutters...I had another company come out a few days later...$1,125! This company is a rip off and just out to scam as much money from customers as they can get

The Leafguard gutters are the best. Had them on my home in Plano, and now am having them installed in my new place in Allen. Caleb Mitchell was the consultant for this recent project, and he was fantastic! An outstanding job bidding not just gutters but showing me their amazing windows and siding products as well. Great initiative, and never pushy or pressuring. Beldon gives their reps the best equipment, which makes visualization and quoting a breeze. If you have budget for replacing windows, check out their line, they are top-notch. Great people, products & installation.

Great response, professional installation easy to work with and the product is everything they say it is.

Project consultant came out without a ladder or tape measure to give us a bid for gutters and windows. Consultant quoted a flat price for window despite vary sizes and a flat price per square foot for gutters but he could not measure the square footage. Total waste of time and the flat fee was very high. It seemed he did not want the work. Just a total waste of time.

Bill from Beldon came to my house and was excellent. He showed me all of the issues I was having and how he and Beldon could assist. He took the time to make sure I understood everything about the company and how it is different from other companies. He has actual products to show me as well. Bill was very nice and made me laugh. It was a great visit and I cannot wait to get my work done.

I was extremely happy with the work of Zeppi and Pedro! They really went above and beyond to make sure that the leaf guard system and the down spouts were set up correctly. They talked me through everything and were awesome!

Caleb Mitchell gave an awesome explanation of the products. He got us set up for install and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Our gutter install went smooth and its perfect. Jacob was one of our installers. He was friendly and made sure we were informed and happy throughout install.

Installers arrived on time. They had to stop for a short period of time when it started raining, but luckily it didnt last long and they were able to continue working. They did a great job and explained everything they were going to do. They should me where there were issues around the power lines to my house and how they were going to address them. They cleaned up the mess removing my old gutters caused and left my property very clean. They were very nice and efficient and kept me posted throughout the installation. I would definitely recommend Beldon RainPro gutters to my family and friends. Much better quality than simple metal gutters. Thank you Beldon.

Just had gutters installed, absolutely love them, almost unnoticeable, the color perfectly matched my existing trim. Jay Benavidez came out and conducted a honest and unpressuring consultation, he even came out to the job site to ensure the quality of work and ensure special request were meet to my standards. The Beldon team even noticed a small roofing issue and fixed it at no additional cost.

My gutters were installed in July 2016 and they have been awesome. Due to the pitch of my roof, the standard builder grade open gutters were a constant battle of drowning the plants in containers not to mention the process of cleaning out twice a year. I wish the gutters had been installed years ago. The Dallas office has been great to deal with, very responsive to questions and to tweak the system where the pitch is really steep. The installers worked quickly, cleaned all around, and were very professional. They also came out quickly to inspect all of the gutters after a recent hail storm that totaled my roof. I highly recommend the gutters and everyone at the Dallas office.

We are so happy with our gutter system! It has bands a world of difference this spring with our trees and all of this rain. Our driveway and back porch just seem so much cleaner than in years past.

Installation and professionalism while on site were very good. Responded to my questions and gave good explanations. Installation looks very nice. Cant say how they work since it hasnt rained since installation.However, their follow up on getting me the perks promised has been the worst. After 2 calls concerning this and promises from management they have failed to produce what they promised. I didnt buy the gutters for the perks but I expect a company to follow through on any promises they make.

The corner collect and hold debris. I must manually remove the debris. Lifetime warranty minus the Lifetime support.I have contacted them before this, but did not think to keep a record.On Apr 23, 2019, I sent an email with pictures to bob stanford; no response.May 22, 2019 called a Ricardo Lozano, no answer, he did return my phone called.May 23, 2019, I received a phone call from Justin. I spoke with him about a week later due to some personnel concerns but gave him several dates of availability; May 31, June 6 & 7, 2019. I have heard nothing from the company since.For the amount of money 💵 I spent, Id caution anyone to purchase from here.

We couldn’t wait for it to rain after our new gutters were installed! And… they performed exactly the way David Rowe had shown us at our kitchen sink! By the time David had introduced himself and given his presentation of LeafGuard, he was more like good friend we had known for a while rather than a salesman.A couple of days after the installation, the Beldon Dallas office called to ask how the installation had gone. At that time we mentioned a couple of matters that we were concerned about. Vicki, the office manager, assured me that these would be taken care of and that she would keep me informed about the timeline. We were very surprised that Bob Sanford also called to talk to us and assured us that these matters would be resolved. They graciously and quickly resolved the issues.If you are shopping for gutters and want to work with a great company we highly recommend Beldon LeafGuard and their product.

Have a signed, paid for contract for Leaf Guard gutters to be installed in five days and now am concerned about the negative reviews I am reading. Was told by the salesman Beldon’s was the only company installing seamless, covered one piece gutters and today there is a large ad in the newspaper saying Gutter Maxx sells the same thing. How is the lady complaining about the uncovered gutters that were installed on her home if the salesman said Beldon’s ONLY installs covered Leaf Guard?One place on the Yelp app it says Beldon’s has been in business since 1946, some where else it says the company has been in business since 1964.Needless to say, I am very concerned about about the customer who could not get service on the warranty when she had a problem. The salesman stressed to me there are three separate warranties on the Leaf Guard installation and product. Now I am not so sure about this move...

Much like Dee Wadsworth (review below), I had a terrible experience with my Beldon Leafguard Gutters installed in 2014. Not enough downspouts were installed, and the product just doesnt collect water, it pours off the roof and over the gutters. I experienced drainage issues at the property - 3 different professionals advised it was due to poorly designed/functioning gutters which should be replaced. Most disappointing is that I had Beldon out to address my concern - they were unable/unwilling to make any changes. They do not stand by their product, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for gutters.

Representative Jerry Byars was very professional in his selling approach of the Beldon Leaf Guard Gutter System, and all applicable details. Installation of the system, supervised by Production Manager, Michael Bocox was completed in 5 hours! Again, crew was very professional not a piece of debris to clean up. Beldon was GREAT and sent Caleb right over- the pictures he took for their purposes actually helped expose more serious problems we had with a roof put on by another company poorly/incorrectly! They helped me change the configuration of our gutters to make it much better for our foundation and our neighbor’s foundation as it allowed the water to not flow into their yard anymore. It wasn’t an expense I wanted, however, it was one we needed and will pay off in the future so we don’t need foundation repair. Also, Caleb helped me to reschedule around an urgent family situation. I paid my total upfront -rather than financing- but a few days later I thought I might need that money back to help my family. So, he gave me some options to change and finance the Leaf Guard Gutters instead. In the end I decided to leave the payment as it was and just push back the install date so that everyone and everything was taken care of!!!

The roof on my house is a combination of flat and pitched design. Because of the design several highly rated local contractors would not provide a bid.Beldon’s Chris Greer came out assured me they could do the job. Chris was very patient with all my questions and we agreed to a contract.The job was completed in a very satisfactory manner.The crews working on the project were excellent and professional. Had a minor matter requiring adjustment to the gutters. The office staff was professional and responsive in scheduling the improvement. They also got me a copy of our contract, which I had misplaced. Great customer service!

The product itself-no cllimbing on ladders to clean out leaves. The gutters look very nice. The men installing them cleaned up well when the work was done.

The materials were of excellent quality and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and resolve any issues. We had a large job residing our house and it is now beautiful!

I really enjoy my LeafGuard Gutters. The installation was done right the first time and the installers were very professional. I have a large oak tree and the leaves have collected on the roof and washed to the ground passing over the gutters. The LeafGuard gutters work great. It is wonderful not to be cleaning gutters.

LeafGuard is a well designed, quality product that offers a great solution if you have issues with water flow or debris in your gutters from trees, etc. He was professional, thorough, and courteous, I would not hesitate to recommend getting a quote if you are in the market for a better gutter product.

Working with Beldon has been a better experience than working with most contractors. The salesman, JC Bueno, came out and thoroughly explained what goes into the process. The video they show needs some marketing updates so don’t let the cheese get you down. JC was able to answer questions prior to me deciding on Beldon gutter installation. The initial install date was not met due to some type of admin glitch, but I appreciate the GM calling and apologizing and not making excuses for what happened. We rescheduled and the install team was great. So far I am happy with the look of the gutters, now for some hard rains to test them out.

John Stoltman of Beldon came out for a gutter consultation- he was thorough and knowledgeable; we added Hardie replacement as well. Belson has been great about responding, booking, John was on time and ready for appointment, and pleasant to deal with. We look forward to a smooth job.

This company lacks the professionalism to back their product or installation. Because of their bad installation I have wood rot on my gable that was cause due the bad installation of the gutters. This is extremely bad business especially dealing with a disable combat veteran .

Michael Sullivan our consultant was on time and prepared. Beldon did everything he said they would do. And the installation was on time. Jose’ and his team did a great job. We have a lot of trees and the gutters was in a mess. He removed all of the all of the old gutters and the mess to go with them.

We had leaf guard installed today. Jacob was here to install. He was polite and very professional. The work is excellent. They cleaned up when that were finished. My wife is extremely pleased with Jacob and his crew. We spoke to david when we purchased the gutters. He was not pushy he was laid back friendly and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable about his product. Everything david said would happen happened exactly as he said it would. So I would recommend david, Jacob and Lewis to any of my friends or family.
