I have called and called and sent several emails....no result.  Adelove shipping refund my $600😡😡😡. This is my hard earned money. You didnt ship my product and you cannot refund my money again!!!!Since Dec 5th 2020. You will pay interest on this if nothing is done to fix this.I hope your CEO sees this and do the needful.

The San Antonio office has a very great Staff. My first visit to this location was a great experience, Bola is very professional and nice. She took her time to explain the process and alas everything was smooth.She also helped me resolved the issue I had with my incoming shipment from Nigeria after so many failed effort with the Houston location. One call to her resolved it all. Thank you!!

Tonia and Mr Martins are very cool people.They both made my experience with Adelove worthwhile.Very professional with their approach.I will always use Adelove San Antonio branch.

Wasted time and effort.The Huston office told me the store was always open and for me to get there, the office was locked and there was a court order to lock the store. I walled the Huston office and no one was even picking the call.They made me drive 5hrs for nothing. Wasted time, gas, effort for nothing.

Bola is my go to madam as regards to Adelove shipping. She understands your plight unlike those unprofessional ladies in Houston. Bola is the reason I am still shipping with Adelove cos I know she will help out even if I don’t drive all the way to San Antonio to send through her.I shipped from another state but she is the one handling my shipment before they drive me crazy from Nigeria.P.S... My suggestion please let each state generate their warehouse receipt because Houston is not responsive at all.

The attendant from the san antonio office Bola was very responsive and helpful. My items arrived with 7-10 days as promised and i was able to pick it up without any hassle. Customer care was also very responsive

Please don’t use this service I sent a shipment out February 9,2021 I understand the Texas snow storm may have delayed the shipment but it’s ridiculous for my receiver still not have the shipment as of April 14,2021 Adelove doesn’t take responsibility for who they trust your shipment tooAnd when you call to inquire about a possible delivery date they have nasty attitudes please go with other shipments such as FedEx/ UPS it may cost a bit more but it will definitely save you the headaches
