This is the second claim I used them. The first time my insurance company recommended them for inside wall repairs due water pipe damages. A couple of months later hail/rain damage included a damaged ceiling leak. Mackenzie was my first and only call. Their adjuster was very thorough for total roof and interior repairs. From the office staff to the work crews, they were always respectful of my schedule from the beginning to completion. Project managers Jessie and David always kept me up to date!

I used MacKenzie Restoration to do asbestos abatement and add new flooring. Randi, who helped with my quotes and coordination made everything so extremely easy for me. I have 2 small children and a family with special needs and she helped through all the changes to plans and made sure everything got scheduled quickly and conveniently. Abran and Adrians team did an amazing job all the work was done quickly and with good communication. I have an older home and have had many encounters with contractors and crews and have never had such a easy experience. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

A.B. and Simon responded quickly and addressed the unexpected water in our house. They quickly set up fans and dehumidifier and drove over 50 miles 3 days in a row to test moisture levels in our home. MacKenzie has just started the extensive repairs needed on our property from the hail storm but I am please with what has been done so far.

MacKenzie Restoration is an amazing company. I started with them when I needed an entire appartment cleaned up after a family death. Their price was lower than any other company we reviewed. Every single item was digitally itemized and I received pictures short;y after the cleanup. After the cleanup they provided indoor storage for my family members belongings. When I arrived in town to gather a few belongings, I was surpriseed to see MaKenzie Restoration had placed every item out, systemically organized to ease my search. They were able to donate any items I did not need. Then, I needed a complete renovation of this 1983 gutted appartment. I was surprised to find out Makenzie could handle this also. Tim, project manager was amazing. Prices were completely reasonable, no hidden charges. The project took several weeks. I put it on the market and it sold in 24 hours. All this occurred in 2020 , during the pandemic. Before and after below.

My father used this company while he was actively dying of cancer, he ended up passing away in May of 2020, they have harassed us non stop for money from my father who passed away. I have gotten 3-5 calls per week when I did not even sign up for the work and am now being called by an Atty harassing us. They didn’t even fix the mold! We have asked repeatedly they come and finish their work because we aren’t going to pay for something that was not even completed, the house still has mold and we are going to have to have another company come out and actually do the work they were supposed to and are billing for. They have been EXTREMELY unprofessional to both myself and my sister and the Atty they have calling now has been telling us we are refusing to take responsibility when the job WAS NOT DONE AND HAS TO BE REDONE BECAUSE THEY DO SUCH POOR WORK! I’m not paying for my dads bill for work they didn’t even complete. How sorry to take advantage of an elderly man on hospice trying to get a mold problem fixed, not even fix it because dad didn’t realize they didn’t even finish the work, then harass him as he is dying and then his family LITERALLY the day after he died. Horrible company!!!! AWFUL!!!! Steer clear! There is literally still mold everywhere! They did NOT do the job and they are SO aggressive wanting money for work they didn’t even complete because my dad was too ill to realize!

Imagine being a first-time home owner and after only six months, the AC floods the house. Well, that’s exactly what happened to me. I am the Office Operations Coordinator at the Pregnancy Care Center. I originally met John Mackenzie & Jonathan Clark from Mackenzie Restoration when we discovered a family of raccoons living in our building. Mr. MacKenzie came over to assess the situation and then put me in touch with Jonathan. Thats where our story started. A few days after we found the raccoons, I walked into the Center, right after the July 4th Holiday Weekend, in 2019 and walked into the biggest water leak ever. We immediately contacted MacKenzie Restoration to see if we could borrow a big fan. Mr. MacKenzie and Jonathan Clark not only sent over a big fan, but several fans and a crew to clean up the mess. We started working with Jonathan on what the plan was for our floors and all the water damage that we had. His crew was amazing. As we chatted more and more, we started building not only a working relationship but a personal friendship as well. When areas of our roof were identified we called Phil Gradel who came out right away and conducted a thorough review of our needs. His estimate was thorough and well explained. Upon acceptance of the estimate, Jesse Diaz contacted us within just a couple of days to schedule the work. Jesse and his team completed the job in just one business day and were very professional. The quality of the work was great. In fact, we were so pleased with the level of professionalism we have asked them for an estimate on a kitchen remodel. MacKenzie Restoration was outstanding on the mitigation efforts I recently needed for a homeowners insurance claim. We had water seeping from under a toilet and under a few adjoining rooms floors. Not a fun way to start the day. However, Keith Owen came in and saved the day. He took a couple hours on a Saturday to start the mitigation process and seal up the immediate affected areas. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He wore a mask and gloves so my family and I felt safe. He communicated every time an update was needed over the next few days as the dehumidifier did its job. On Thursday Keith brought a 3 man crew to remove additional flooring. Unfortunately, the adhesive prevented a complete recovery and they had stop so as not to prolong the efforts unnecessarily. Keith apologized (although he had no reason to) and explained once the company started the replacement process, a flooring contractor would finish the removal and installation. The kids enjoyed the music selection the crew had playing and even laughed when the crew sang along to Puff, the Magic Dragon. While unfortunate that I needed MacKenzie Restorations services, I am happy that they ended up at our house to help us out in tough situation. As I mentioned before, Keith is a Godsend and he truly epitomizes unparalled customer service. I will update review once the work is finished, but if the crew that does the repairs is only half as good as Keith and his crew, Ive got no worries.

These guys are awesome. They go above and beyond. They explain everything in detail and make sure we understand. They even cleaned up the footprints left on our remaining flooring, caused by the dust off the concrete. They also cleaned the concrete to make sure as much dust as possible was cleaned up. I highly recommend them!

MacKenzie Restoration did a great job in our restoration process. A water leak in our shower caused major damage. They were quick to come out and assess the damage and then began work promptly. We used Mackenzie after plumbers had to reroute all the pipes in our house. There were holes in every room of the house. Mackenzie fixed every room and let us pick the paints for the rooms . They worked well with our insurance company. They did excellent work and were very timely. We had JR and his crew. Highly recommend

Today, five weeks after our restoration, I thought what a chore it would be to label all the different paints for future reference. They provided excellent service, were respectful with our home and belongings, and kept our home clean during demolition. They kept appointments and communicated clearly. If there were any questions, I could easily reach Abran. He met me when it was convenient for me. Mackenzie did a beautiful job for a reasonable price and very efficiently. We had a lot of rain and a kitchen wall had developed a crack, so each time it rained I was using several bath towels to catch the water. Mackenzie found the origin of the crack and caulked it up so I had an immediate fix before they evaluated the rest of the damage. While they worked they were super tidy, so I didnt have to deal with construction mess. Nice job- thank you
