We truly enjoyed working with David Gallegos III and Jennifer Dalton! Their team sent weekly updates on where we were in the closing process.They did an excellent job communicating thorough instructions along the way and made the closing process smooth and quick. Our company will continue to use them when doing business in San Antonio.

This title company never called me or email me that they received my contract and yet they are so efficient in cashing in my earnest money check. No word or email. Then when I cancelled the contract to get my earnest money back and talked to these people. I spoke to Hailey very condescending tone and she told me to call certain Catherine. I will not and never deal with this title company again-EVER!

I really appreciate Marilu Salazar so much. She was always reaching out to the sellers agent & myself. She was beyond helpful, professional, and I truly hope she gets more credit for what she does. I cant thank her enough. Ive worked with other title companies & just had to leave her a review.Shes a rock star!

We love closing at Independence Title and have always had excellent customer service every time...and we’ve closed a lot of homes with them. Keri Yuretich is always on top of the file and quick to get anything that needs to be resolved before it’s an issue. Definitely one of the best if not the best!

Whatever you do DO NOT use this company!***INDEPENDENCE TITLE LOST OUR $5,075.40 CASHIERS CHECK!!!!!***My husband and I used this company to buy our first house and we cannot stress enough how horrible of a service we received with many unprofessional mishaps.We made an appointment with them for the day of signing on the house. They called me a day earlier to tell me they were going to have to send a mobile notary instead of coming in and instead of 10am it would have to be until 11am (we chose that time specifically because some people have to work!) and she told me to bring a check for way more of what we had to bring, obviously this notary did not communicate with her co workers back in the office. We ended up bringing the cashiers check for the right amount of $5,075.40. This was on a Saturday. This problem was the first one and totally fixable.Monday comes and I get a phone call from my realtor that (for some reason) Independence Title called her to tell her that they never got the cashiers check. At this point Im really freaking out. Did the mobile notary run off with it? Why didnt the company call me to tell me this? While IM calling THEM Im checking my bank account if someone has cashed it in. After talking to the first person they transferred me to I talked to her boss who was the one that handled our folder. Now Im being told that the cashiers check was there but then she lost it.SIMPLY JUST LOST A $5,075.40 CASHIERS CHECK!!!!!Are you kidding me??!!! Oh! But she says to just go to my bank and cancel it and then send Independence Title another cashiers check.I MUST ADD THAT THIS LADY IS TELLING ME ALL OF THIS WITHOUT EVER SAYING IM SORRY EVER! Never a single apology, never the slightest remorse or embarrassment. In fact, she later started giving me attitude! I could not believe it!So, I right away go to my bank and I tell them my situation and the head manager tells me that you simply cant just cancel a cashiers check. He gives me two options which is to pay about some certain percent of the check to void it or to wait 90 days so the check clears itself (if nobody cashes it in!) and go to the bank on that 90 day to purchase another cashiers check and create another one for the same amount.After not being able to solve anything, I left and called Independence Title again to inform them. She said We were prepared to hear those options. Then why waiste my time going to my bank if you already knew!!!!!!!!!They tell me they would pay for that certain percentage but I had to call the bank and ask them exactly what percent it was!LIKE I DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO IN MY LIFE BESIDES FIX THEIR ISSUES!!!!After 2 DAYS getting transferred from all these people at the bank (THIS USUALLY NEVER HAPPENS) I was adviced from someone to just wait the 90 days and then create another check.Independence Title and I agreed on this and left it at that. Sending her last email she still gave me attitude!!!!!!Today is the 90th day and Im still pissed at this whole situation.For about 93 days my husband and I have been SO stressed with this company and have been praying that our check wouldnt be cashed in because who knows where she lost it. Not only that but we had to put our regular scheduled days on hold for this company too! Like today, my husband and I HAVE to stop our working day to go into the bank because of their mistake. And OBVIOUSLY we are not going to mail it but now I have to drive it to their office (far from me and traffic is terrible in that area always) because I dont want any other stupid thing to happen!PLEASE NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW!They are very poorly trained, no remorse, so unprofessional,Instead of hearing Ill see what I can do I want to hear I Will fix this, IM SORRY .Her boss over in headquarters had to call me (after someone in my family called her) to apologize for her and the company!HORRIBLE!!!!!!
