WET Equipment has been our go to team since 2010 , they have kept our equipment functional so that we may pressure wash and keep out downtown sidewalks clean and safe. Good techs

We purchase a washing machine about 2 months ago, never work properly science day one, we have problems with some of the parts, the vendor Roland came several times just until we pay for the machine then never appear again, we try to call him almost never answer his cell phone, we send the machine to repair it took about 2 weeks for the repair, then they bring the machine back we make a check for them and pay for the repair then i call customer service because they want to charge an extra hr of labor just for bring the machine, i talk to a guy that almost didnt let me talk very rude, now the machine its not working again and its been just 2 days since they bring it back, we paid a lot of money in this machine thats its not working and seems nobody cares, i call to the Laredo office they transfer me to La feria office i ask for the main office number so i can talk to somebody about this and they give me a wrong number, i never meet a company with just bad customer service and bad service overall.

Parts dept lacks ability to order parts and when they do they forgot the main one to get our machine going,wish we could buy direct from factory cat
