I had to share my experience with Texas Rentals. I had ordered tables for an outside event from Hector but due to bad weather conditions, the event was re-scheduled. Tejas was completely understandable. There was no up charge on their fee, even though it was a last minute change. They delivered the tables the day before and picked up the day after the event. Great customer service Hector!! Tejas Rentals will be my “go to” on anything I need. From tables & chairs, to outside garden power tools. They also rent big heavy equipment. Brian had a great attitude. We were out there for almost 30 min making sure everything was perfect due to my lifted truck and terrible hitch and he just kept smiling and made sure everything was perfect! Great customer service.

I rented a trailer and scissor lift.The equipment was maintained like new. The Trailer had good tires and very clean. Lift worked perfectly,unlike many i rented from other rental companies. On our way back from the job a large Buck ran into the side of the trailer crushing the solid steel fender into the new tire. It was late and we were out in the middle of no where. Used the turn buckle to lift the fender off the tire and slowly hauled the trailer back to San Antonio.I expected to get hammered for the damage, but they were understanding and forgave the damage. They always find a way to keep a big portion of your deposit and you dont get it back right away corporate sends you a check and deduct what they feel like with no explanations. Rent from a to z. They are more reasonable.

Call on a Monday to reserve two pieces of equipment Friday . Friday morning the equipment was still in San Marcos, but I am still in San Antonio. No thanks . later
