Not very good at responding. After one interview, never got a response about it. Even if I am not selected to move forward in the process, it would be nice to get an answer. I am not impressed and I would not recommend their services.

Marissa and Jennifer are a great duo and theyre awesome to work with. They keep in touch throughout the hiring process and even give you insights into the hiring company. Theyve been nothing but professional throughout the process and I highly recommend Z&A recruiting!

Not very good at responding. Applied several times and never got a response of any kind. More than qualified for many of those positions. I am not impressed.

Not sure what the issue is here. Went to their site and applied for a position as well as applied many times through other sites that apparently allowed contact to Z&A thru them (i.e.- Indeed). Not one response or letter.All of the positions applied were analytical in nature and I was qualified for every one of them as I have been in a senior analytical roles for nearly 20 years, 12 of which were with a well known Global 250 firm and yet....not a peep, nor a response.I called and left a message and attempted to connect with several of them on LinkedIn. Nothing.Something is not right about this firm.Either they are:1) not for real (dont really have these positions and are trolling for talent)2) engaging in practices that could be called questionable OR3) they are just really bad at being recruiters.These are the type of firms that explain the reason why millennials, having been treated with such lack of response during the lean job years, have now resorted to ghosting these same companies and recruiters.I would be hard pressed to use this firm if I were a hiring company; especially with what Im seeing as a bad trend in their dealings with candidates.

Not a very good recruiting company. I tried contacting Marissa Zepeda several times for finance roles, she was always “in meetings”. After I finally got a hold of her, she was rude over the phone and blatantly told me that I don’t qualify for any of their positions, when I have great credentials! Not a very good recruiting firm; avoid Marissa Zepeda!
