The office building was very easy to navigate and so neat and clean it looked brand new inside and out. The staff is very helpful, especially the computer service staff. The lady who was assisting with me, and I needed quite a bit of help, stayed with me until I was finished with the computer. Its hard to get help especially for people who need as much as I did. Also, I was impressed with safe distance spacing of computers and tape on the floor 2 keep safe while in line. And the line was very short I should have. It was a very pleasant experience.

This place is helpful at times but, for the most part they always point you in the right direction to get you help with finding a job. Certainly check this place out to see what state wide help this place facilitates. Texas always has some kind of program to help those who ask for help.

Absolutely amazing. They offer help with workintexas and job search opportunities! The workers can also assist with helping file for unemployment on the resource lab computers. If you need documents filed please stop in they will help also. Great place

The office itself was closed. The greeter was helpful but the call center is overwhelmed and woefully not helpful, even when call is escalated. This is unacceptable due to peoples livelihood is being affected.

I applied for the Bexar strong/COSA program in early November. Finally received a response in early December from a career counselor named Santa who informed me to attend a meeting for two days. On the day of the meeting, I and several other people arrive and was told by a security guard that the offices were closed until later that week! Received a response back from the counselor that they found out over the weekend. Regardless, people should have been contacted before the meeting instead of being inconvenienced!No one there knows what they are doing. I kept receiving correspondence via email and phone from other employees there who kept asking me if I was still interested in the program. Someone named Sandra informed me that I would be assigned to a career counselor...when I had already been assigned to a career counselor. Apparently, they dont check the accounts or notate. As for the counselor that I had been assigned to... no direct number to reach him. No updates provided. Just radio silence since last month.They will not help you at all. They will give you false hope and nothing else. They expect people to find work but do not want to help people going through hard times that want to better themselves and have a better career!

Nowhere there is no signs that say no food or drinks not allowed in building or no food or drink not allowed at computers I get it by computers, but not near computers too , does not makes sense. I am hungry from class and here to do hours too. IT IS VERY OVERWHELMING FOR ME AND MY PARENTS ALSO DOING HOURS THEY ARE MAKING IT HARD AND THIS DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. Yes I agree. Went there for trade adjustment act and was told all these wonderful amazing things and then when everything was done was told had to live with in 50 miles of the school in order to go. That I need to find another degree. Well of this city would offer the degree people wouldnt have to move amazing they want you to work and do good but yet they dont want to help

Total waste of budget money. Center is horribly managed. Typical SA ghetto, fat, low IQ crowd here. Kids running around screaming, people talking loudly, people talking on their phone despite signs posted everywhere to not use phones. This place needs to be audited. They dont stick to their mission here.

I went in to take a typing test for pre-employment requirements, needed a certain amount of WPM after errors. Even after showing the lady the email explaining the requirements, she still wouldn’t print out my certificate. She told me “most companies don’t like any errors, so you’ll have to come back tomorrow and retest.” After asking several times for her to print my certificate she still refused. I went to take a picture of my results (several people did as well with theirs) for the employer and she put her hand on my phone saying “you can’t do that, you have to come back tomorrow and retest.”Just downright rude, very unprofessional.

Even if you are employed they can still help you here by improving your resumé and informing you about local job market conditions. Joe Munoz is a really great help on resumés. Everyone here very helpful, positive and nice.

Waste of our money,as a vet,asked to see a vet rep.never happened. Every time I go its the same thing.help sucks. When I got in the girls at the front desk talking about food ,they didnt care about me.need to fire them and let them look for jobs.
