This agency by far has been one of the best I have ever dealt with! Communication is seemless and prompt if the person you were dealing with is not available they make sure to get someone else in touch with you so no time is missed. I recently received a direct hire position with them and the job is amazing. Just a tad sad that I no longer have a need to contact them but Im grateful at the same time. If I ever had an issue or concern with anything it was handled in a way that I did not feel singled out and I loved it. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking employment, you will not be disappointed.

Definitely dont recommend this place. Miscommunication and a waste of time. I actually held off other job opportunities during a very crucial time time because I was told this was a sure thing. It was below my paygrade and experience, but it was safe and temporary. Orientation was a nightmare, my recruiter told me the wrong time and was hard to reach. When I tried to attend virtually, I couldnt connect and was never called back about it. When I drove 40 minutes, paid for childcare and waited outside the building until after 8, I was then told that they hired too many people and they didnt need me after all(Im sure has nothing to do with my recruiter not letting me do my virtual orientation). This is after the fact that I had signed onboarding documents and went through background check, etc. Grizeldas excuse for her not communicating was that the company overworked her and she didnt have time for it. They obviously have no regards for working people who are struggling. Ive been out of a job during the entire pandemic and I was a full time student before this for the past year, this was such a waste of resources for me. If you take yourself and your work ethic seriously, dont settle for this unprofessional company. Id say come here if youre desperate and leave the first chance you can because they obviously do that to their employees.

This organization and group of individuals, more notably Adele and Sharon have been the biggest help in all my career and have been the guides right out of my job struggles. There’s no other resource or method for finding a job or career stability I’ve found more effective than being apart of Randstad. They helped me start one career and when I even lost that job by my own merit they were able to help me into another where I made twice the money, had better benefits, and most of all a career home. Their praises are worth all the time it takes for this review and I’d write ten more. I recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs a strong start in a great career not just part time or side jobs but a door into providing for family and stability. This is was my first experience using a temp agency. I was working with Adell and she was amazing! She would always email me asking me how I was doing, to give me updates and important information regarding my position for the job. The only thing i wish that was different was if you have been at a spot for more than 6 months you should get paid for holidays or be able to start earning some vacation time (i get that were considered temps, so maybe call it flex time) over all i couldnt of asked for a better experience with better staff :) Amazing!!!!!

This is my second time working with Ranstad and let me tell you it’s the best staffing agency I could have ever found. I’ve worked for three others and they don’t compare. Adell and Erin are on their A game, they stay on top of helping you find work. The first time last year I called them and spoke with Adell about work near me, went in that day took assessments and filled out paperwork. This go around I called them last Thursday and Adell said she will keep in touch. The next day Erin called me to set up an interview on Monday and bam hired, did paperwork online and went in for drug test the next day. They are awesome helpful ladies, Ranstad is awesome they go above and beyond.😊

Do not work for this company.The worst Temp Agencys EVER.That I have experience since the dawn of time.They send you out to Maximus which is the Health and Human Services Commission.You dont get any benefits or pto or any Humanity for that matter.If you miss one day after training.The supervisor there still your belongings from your desk.They will not let you pick up youre things from Maximus.Ranstand insists that they have to get it so it can be given to the workers there.Even your own documents dont work for these people .Huge Revolving Pyramid Scam.
