They send out letters to late .. I received a letter a day late because the case worker sent out a letter 2 day before the appointment now I have to re apply and im not getting my benefits because they dont give a enough time for the mail to get to the homes how can a letter get to a home before march 6 for a meeting if the letter was sent out on march 4 . I am sad and upset I also went to the office to contact my case worker and I had to call and call and call and call before she picked up the phone and she said she just clocked in but the lady in the front told me she was doing a class. I had to re apply and I wont be getting my benefits.. I have a 4 year old and I am having a c section at the end of march.. I am just so upset because I was trying to be pro active and talk to some one but the front door person just kept on telling to leave a message on a phone they have on their back wall. not a good location.. they should give a least a week notice for class or meeting or appointment or anything they setup for people to come in

I have been coming to Alamo Workforce Solutions for years but these last several months the staffs have been taken my documents from my backpack helping the San Antonio Police Dept.Helicopters Div. by hovering over the building while I am using the resource room giving instructions from above to either take important papers or interfering with the computer I use so that I cant send out info about illegal activities they doing + U.S. Air Force C-5 airplane and fighters pilots flying over making loud noises to harass me every time I come here. Plus, it happens at the same one on Hillcrest & Bandera Rd. anyway I reported it to the FBI no action taken.

Who ever answer the phone need to be FIRED!! CALL A COUPLE TImES AND SPOKE WITH THE SAME OLD DAYS AND SHE WAS RUDE AND SHOULDNT BE ANSWERING PHONES!! She even hanged up on me!!

This place is ok. Computers are easy to use. Parking is pretty easy find. The staff are helpful when you ask. They kinda sit back and let you do your thing. This is just based on the two times I came here.

Not enough resources. I needed assistance with resume and couldnt use my computer or plug in my phone. I have temporary employment but I needed help finding a better job.

Atmosphere is clean and calm I highly recommend this location staff are very helpful

The atmosphere here is very cold and unwelcoming. The staff members are equally cold and unwelcoming. This place is here to help people, or at least thats what it is suppoused to be here for.. Sadly this place has several unhelpful and rude employees who act as if they are above you and talk down to you. Make sure you cross your ts and dot your is as they enjoy abusing their power at any chance given and will penalize your benefits due to their poor communication and their lack of effort. Hopefully they will get some new employees and especially new management that know how to treat people with decency.

The people seem welcoming but the atmosphere was lacking.

When someone applies for unemployment, it takes forever,especially when you dont have any income coming in,just like social security does when you apply for disability

Just left from there and they were very rude, not willing to help at all with anything. Always trying to pass us down to someone else. I ask a simply favor that wouldve tooken 1 or 2 mins of her time ( the front desk person) she said i can go to the end of the room to ask one of rhe ladies. Let me remind u when i enter the place she had did it for me to if i was already registered so i knew it wouldnt take long. Waist of my time exept for 1 nice lady there that was nothing like the rest, i shouldve gotten her name.

The staff is always ready to help you if needed

It was clean and the workers there were very professional and very helpful. I was grieving proper instruction on how to use the computers for accessing information about jobs.

I went to the location of Marbach Rd and West Military. The atmosphere is calm, clean and the staff are helpful.
