They are amazing people and wonderful service!! They get right to it and it gets done the right way they are up stairs by the food court. They even cleaned everyone’s charger port that I was with for free

My phone was in the worst possible condition I’ve ever had. I had cracks on the front and back as well as black spots all over the screen. In just 30-45 mins my phone became flawless! You would never know, it was like I got a brand new phone! Great service, tons of phone case options, & very quick experience. 10/10 recommend the fix at North Star!

I came to San Antonio on vacation and now my phone. I searched and searched for a repair shop and couldn’t find one that has reasonable prices. I came to the mall and they had several places no one was open. I was visiting San Antonio and I needed to fix my Ipads screen. I leave the Ipad and the other day they needed more time to fix it, but I couldn´t stay. At first I was disappointed because I have to go back to my country. I called the owner and he was SO NICE and tried to fix the problem. I sent the Ipad to his store and he did a GREAT Job to Fix it an incredible effort to make the Ipad perfect and also he did extra work (without extra cost). I really recomend the Fix in North Star Mall in San Antonio and defenitly If I need to fix some of my devices I will go to this store. •3

Nice guys told me they will fix my sons Xbox one , paid $100 to get it fixed cuz it was over heating. They called later that day that game was working n everything was fine. Soo I was awesome great job, BUT when I get home power button doesnt turn on , doesnt eject game out or doesnt connect to controller by Bluetooth. When I went back both guys had different options on whats wrong with it, well they take my money n couldnt fix it n told me sorry . Well thax for nothing n thax for taking my money 💰. Like I said nice guys but not happy with service at all. Not coming back n took it to u break I fix, with free estimates n they had it for 1 hour n sensor works now

Had a phone fixed by them and they said I would get a 30 day warranty. It bricked in 2 weeks and they didn’t honor the warranty. I’m out of $169. No refund or even store credit. I would’ve bought AirPods case,screen protector, and phone case for my son. Plus I could’ve sent them more customers. Now I won’t buy anything from here. Then recommend people shouldn’t go based on costumer service.

I don’t really write reviews, but this place deserves it. I’ve brought my phone here twice. I was worried it was going to be an expensive fix however, the price was very affordable. They didn’t overcharge me like some other companies out there. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend if you have any issues with their phone, tables, laptops, etc.

The service was incredibly fast and speedy. The process for having my phone fixed was clearly elucidated and there was zero confusion about the repair and how long it would take to fix the camera on my iPhone which I though was beyond repairable. Luckily the folks here took care of the impossible.

Came to fix my iPhone XR that had black spots but still work fine , just wanted spot gone. Well anyways they “fix it” . It would freeze on me and won’t click when I need to click . Went back to had them fix it again for free and when I got it back it still be freezing on me . Soo I don’t recommend. P.S i paid like 140$ .. not worth it . I rather have my black spot screen back !

The gentleman repaired my cracked iPhone screen in less than 10 minutes.I was very happy with it. It wad a bit pricey but a better alternative than buying a new or refurbished phone.The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that your phone is fully functional and works just as you brought it in before you leave.Power it on and off before you leave.The business does not offer any refunds.But overall very good service.

A couple days ago I fell into a pond of water with my iPhone 7 and it seemed fine at first but then like two days later my phone went completely off and it came to the point where it wasn’t even charging anymore I was very upset I took it to many places (Apple ,cricket ,little stores) and all of them seem to either overpriced or they couldn’t do it because of the water damage. I honestly was just about to give up hope until I found this place called” the fix “ locates In North Star Mall and by god he did an incredible job all I wanted was someone to take off the screen and dry the water inside and and put a new screen for around an 100 bucks and that’s exactly what I got . I’m so glad I came to “the fix” I thought my phone was done for but this brilliant man brought it back to life !!! I totally recommend this place to anyone who needs an repair , it had great customer service and he did it in like 15 min easy ! #5StarRating !!!!

I do not recomend , they broke my daughters phone. She went in with a iphone xs max back screen shattered. Walked out with it more broken. Her power button and camera stopped functioning right. After she left it with them. Both worked fine before. They screwed her over. Charged her $100 . after she called out the issues with them. There very unprofessional. I know they stole parts from her phone no if and buts about it. Please do not go to this place to shop. BAD SERVICE!!!
