Our family has been working with Lorene Dillard for almost 20 years in a variety of settings. From day 1, she has provided the most outstanding quality care, time, and attention to detail with all of our needs. There is a reason she has NUMEROUS parents from out of state requesting her services for ARD support! She has the heart of a teacher, and the dedication one would only find in someone who is also a parent. Policies constantly change, in particular those affecting students receiving special education services, and Lorene Dillard is always on top of every single change and how this impacts students and their education. It is easy enough to to go into a meeting, and negotiate something, but she has done so much more. She goes the extra mile ensuring parents and caregivers have the tools needed to continue navigating what is often a challenging and complex system. We are so thankful and blessed God placed her in our lives. There are no words to describe the impact she has had on the success and the future of our children, and our family as a whole!

Lorene has been a successful part of our son’s educational team for many years now and I know we could not have been successful in getting him the education he needs with out her expertise and caring spirit.Lorene has an excellent understanding of what evaluations are needed in order to secure the needed special education services.Lorene knows how to interpret and analyze evaluation results and can present information that can be very persuasive about the current performance and needs of the student.She does extensive research for students/parents.Lorene doesn’t seek conflict, yet won’t shy from it when it occurs. She is a problem solver. She focuses on objectives that are in the best interest of the child.Lorene conducts herself with professionalism, credibility, and competence that allows her to have a good relationship with the school.Most importantly, she really listens to parents, hears their concerns, validates their thoughts and helps to bring clarity. She is an invaluable sounding board for overwhelmed parents. We highly recommend her services.

Lorene came into our Lives when we needed guidance and somebody to be on our side and Advocate for my son. Lorene has guided me and has been there for me in my son’s Ard’s . All I can say is she’s a Great Advocate !! I’m so glad she came into our lives . She understands and is always there if you have a question. She is very Special to us .

Mrs. Lorene Dillard is an absolute professional. She tirelessly helps my son and I on a consistent bases to circumnavigate the rules and regulations of Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings. She is, undoubtedly, the best asset to have on your team when trying to defend your childs educational rights. As a parent of a child with special needs, Mrs. Dillard is always extremely friendly and responsive to all of my questions. I truly couldn’t imagine going through this process without her on my team. Although I’m currently in another state and another time zone, Mrs. Dillard ensures she attends every meeting via teleconference. She is excellent at breaking down the legal terms embedded within student codes of conducts as well as breaking down regulatory state and federal guidelines. I would recommend her to any parent who has a child in need of a 504 or IEP regardless of the county or state. In all honesty, the IEP process is extremely intimidating; I couldn’t successfully represent my child without her expertise.
