After being bought out by Aramsco things have gone down hill. Keeping repair parts and cleaning solutions in stock is a problem for them. To service the 24 hour a day restoration industry you would think they would keep the most common parts and solutions in stock. We cant wait for them to bring things in as needed. Poor back up from there corp. office effects the ability for this location to do good service.

Very disappointed. At first great attention through email...and when we needed to rent the machine..very rude attitude through email...never answered back at the end...long story short we had to go rent at the last minute at Home Depot.
