First time visitor. Thanks found all the Latin food I can’t find where I live. Everything was organized and clean. The store did not smell. I wish we had this store where I live because it had everything I wanted from my country of origin. I found a lot of candies I used to eat when I was a little girl. I went crazy shopping here!!!

First time going not from San Antonio. Brought memories from seeing items my dad would use to cook. Ended buying some good products.

I honestly thought customer service was the thing of the past. Las Americas Market has THE best customer service I have seen in a long while (we’re talking Brady Bunch, while). I emailed them to see if they had a particular spice, thinking they’re never going to contact me; at least not in the near future. Not only did they return the email.... the timeframe was mere minutes and they even gave me a link to the exact type of product they had in stock! amazing, right?Seriously, the employees were helpful, friendly, and just an overall top notch business. Thank you guys again for great customer satisfaction!

Variety and service a 4 star but stay away from the tamales salvadoreños($4.50) They are horrific.

This place is amazing whether you just want a snack for your midnight snack or something to cook a meal everything is fresh and clean! Ive never had any problems there and I will always keep going! (I am Hispanic I just prefer to type in English)

This lace was recommended by a local business near me that happens to be run by people from Cuba. I went there to take my Cuban friend and he found many things that are often shipped into Cuban grocery stores (nothing from Cuba of course because of the ban) and also spoke to one of the staff who was also from Cuba so it was a nice experience. Lots of little goodies for people from many Latin American countries and the staff is very friendly so Id recommend it for anyone looking for things you cant find in a Michoacana or an HEB.

This is a great place to find all sorts of Latin American products. I normally get Peruvian and Puerto Rican Products and they easy to find.

This place is the only place in town that carries all the Brazilian food items that we are looking for. Highly recommended!

They have all my Paella ingredient needs. Also all other ingredients for many of my dishes I make. So I am pleased to have found this place. 👍👍👍👍

This is an awesome little Latin market. great niche products like Guarana Antarctica you cant find anywhere else. Family owned and operated, they are the friendly kind of people you love doing business with in San Antonio!

I visited the store on the afternoon of 09/22/18 and I had the most horrible customer service experience. The cashier (I did not get her name but had long dark hair) was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. I greeted her and no reply then asked her what kind of empanadas they had and she just told me her job was not to tell me what kind of empanadas they had then she proceeded to make a rude comment about my friend and I in spanish to the cashier next to her not realizing that I am fluent in spanish. I did not want to make a scene so I let it go then proceded to finalize my purchase. I have visited this store several times and after this experience I would never come back again. The products are good and it is unfortunate that they would have one person with such poor customer service skills drive customers away. Hopefully management or owner becomes aware of this issue.

Great little market that hads goods from through out Latin America and Spain, they also can also ship items from here to most countries in Latin America as well as send money. Some times you can find some great tasting empanadas.

Always I can find my products, well organized, great prices and fast checkout. Need to do a visit, has a variety of Latin American products.

Totally ridiculous customer service. Do not buy their overpriced dry food. I have recently bought a bread (panettone) brand Donofrio-that is my favorite, and they would not exchange it for me claiming the expiration date was still good. So what! the bread was dry, obviously from whereever it got shipped from, I wasnt trying to get my money back, I just want it another one. I have friends that told me they have purchased the same product and same thing happened to them. They dont have fresh stuff. Consumers be ware, these store needs to be inspected.

I love this place but I can spot fake reviews. Id be much more thorough with my review about why I love this place but I hate it when I see reviews made by the owner/operator/employees.

Good night the first week of December we sent boxes to the country of Colombia and they have not reached a destination, we need to know what happened to them because we are already December 18 and the lady who received the boxes told us that ten days and we go more

I can not put 0 stars if not if you put them, we sent many things to Mexico for parcel and almost everything was stolen! They only invented pretexts, they were not responsible for anything! And that as we bought the insurance package and nothing! They washed their hands, I had not even told them what and what was missing and the woman was already talking and I kept seeing her and I told her how you know what was missing if I did not tell you and according to you you did not open the box, they kept talking to me and I never received a call from them, scammers!

Excellent products, the excellent owners in caring and in kindness unfortunately have employees who with their bad attention and their bad attitude frighten and give bad impression to the customers, I always like to buy in this store all the Colombian products that I find but today I just wanted to leave running scared me the employee who attended us, I thought I was sick or going through a bad situation but not for this I will stop giving the best rating to this store and its owners although I have left with my empty hands because really my wishes to buy went to the floor thank you very much
