Stay away from this company! They have been terrible from the start. I am in the middle of trying to complete a big project and have been contacting them for a week to try and get them to fix the search on Outlook. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service and results. For the money they charge, just hire a decent IT person.

Awesome people; very professional and helpful. I highly recommend their services at any level for business IT needs. Anything they cant resolve immediately, they research and find a resolution within an acceptable amount of time.

They are nice to work with but caused an issue with my new computer and never fixed it. They said I should return my NEW laptop to where I purchased it from and offered no real solution. Again they CAUSED the issue. Now our contract is up and I am stuck with a laptop that has serious issues even though before the contract was up I asked them to fix it and they never got back to me. Had I caused the problem itd be one thing, but if an IT company screws up a new computer I expect them to make it right. Now Im high and dry.....
