They were friendly over the phone and able to be booked right away. Contactless checkout which was nice. I paid an extra $45 for an enzyme treatment for pet stains but several still did not come out. I still had several stains on the carpet that looked exactly the same as they did before.

We had several pet stains and pet odors in our carpets and called out Best Carpet Cleaning Experts after checking their experience and reviews. They showed up on time, their employees were courteous, gave us a full review of our carpet in the home first and explained everything which surprised me. I never get this type of service from companies ever. They did not try to rip me off on every little thing like others that have been here, but did let me know our tile grout was very dirty. We noted the issues and agreed and I let them go ahead and do the tile as well for an additional fee.We paid a very reasonable amount compared to the other companies that had already been here previously and couldnt even get the stains or the smell out of our carpets.Mark and his team went above and beyond to clean our carpets and got them all clean as well as the tile which looks like new. I will have to say that these guys did an excellent job and was very pleased with their service. There are no stains or smells anymore. Best Carpet Cleaning Experts did a great job in cleaning our carpets & gave us fair deal considering the size of the job. Showed up during the time frame given and was very thorough with his work. The only 2 reasons I didn’t give a 5 star rating was because different areas of the carpet feel stiff and look a bit matted (not the high traffic areas) after drying & while cleaning upstairs and using a spot & pet treatment that was “green” the cleaning smell was extremely strong & overwhelming that I could smell it downstairs within minutes of it being used that I felt I needed to get the kids & I out of the house. The carpets dried fine by next morning. I would recommend them.

These guys are really the best! They very punctual and detailed. We got the pet treatment that treats all the way to the sub floor. Very few carpet cleaners do it where not even the dog can smell it. Not only the carpet looks and smells clean but also the air in our entire house is easier to breathe. I sleep better now that I know all the nasty built up growth and bacteria is out of my carpets! They arrived within the arrival time window, for which I was grateful. Man explained the cleaning options that would benefit my carpets longevity and appearance. They even have an enzyme treatment that will improve my homes air quality by deodorizing and killing dust mites, mildew, etc. I really appreciated the fact that they moved my furniture so they were able to clean UNDER the sofa, love seat and chair. The total cost ended up being substantially more than the original quote, but I was pleased with the service and treatments provided. My carpet looks and smells great!

I just have to say Wow! Did not know there were companies like this out there anymore. I have used the larger carpet cleaning companies several times and never got this from them. Excellent service, professionalism and courtesy. They did an excellent job on my carpets, did not try to upsell me on anything and were honest about everything.Best carpet arrived to my house on time and evaluated all of my trouble areas, they even walked me around the house explaining everything that was needed, what was not needed. They took care of several stains and cleaned my carpets and my tile. These guys even got out 2 stains that my previous cleaner could not remove. My previous carpet cleaner told me I needed to replace my carpets, but that isnt the case.I am very happy with their hard work and experience they provided. I will be using them again for all of my carpet cleaning. They even do house cleaning, so this is a plus. If you need a great carpet cleaner, dont hesitate to call these guys. They are a dream and did not charge me an arm and a leg.
