First time using this car wash, I was in the area running errands. Been needing to wash my car in the worst way but wanted something fast and that would get the job done and this place was awesome! The man who was attending the entrance was very helpful and helped guide me into the automated drive thru. When my car started moving up he gave a quick wash to my front and back windows and then the automated did the rest! I stopped at the next parking lot and to check out the job it did and my car and tires(paid extra for the tire shine) looked nice and clean! Very satisfied.😊

Arrived to car wash at 6:15 pm on 12/11/19. Only to find cones blocking service although they close at 7 PM. Saw employees there and they did not even bother to greet or acknowledge me ( The customer ) I have been to car wash before around the same time before and had no issues. This new employee was younger and was in the back hanging out on the clock. I hope this review helps your establishment maintain better employees and better service for the future. Besides this bad experience this car wash is good...

Wash is OK, vacuums are a bit less OK.. Dont leave items accidentally as they will throw away after 1 week. This might as well be a do it yourself car wash.

Now this is my spot this is the perfect place to ensure you get a car wash free vacuum cleaner the people are really really nice you can you take your time youre in no rush to do anything thumbs and you get to meet people little small people will be there then they have this thing they do you pay for the month and you can go as many times as you want the one that did you know when 30 times a day if you want oh by the way dont tell nobody thats my favorite place

The drive through wash gets car clean, but the rinse cycle doesnt do a very good job. I think it should have a double rinse cycle because my car always come out with soap still on it. 😩

Underwhelmed..... wash did OK job, missed quite a few spots....vacuums are decent and low pressure air nozzle is handy.... but no cleaners, shortage of towels and no floor mat beater..... for the same price others are a better value.

The staff was extremely friendly. They dont do any detailing on the inside but they brush the front and rear windows for you. Its a drive thru car wash only. They have free vacuums you can use but they are kind of hard to get to since the place is kind of small. But for $6.00 I cant complain about getting a decent quick carwash.

I put five stars until i looked at my car. there are scratches on the hood where the attendent at the front went with his scrub brush. do not recomend. especially if you have a new car or a car you care about.

Waterworks has closed but Rapid Express just opened and is wonderful. Unfortunately you have to wipe off your vehicle yourself. They offer Free towels, vacuums, scent and a machine that brushes the dirt off your floor mats.Best ride through car wash Ive ever used.Open 7am-7pm everyday.From $6 to $16.Definitely give them a try.I loved how clean my vehicle came out. I received the service which was fine but after reviewing my statement, they charged me twice, once for the service of $10 which I received and another one for another service which I did not. I definitely did not run my car through the system twice. I tried calling the listed number, and it says that it has been disconnected. How do I receive the credit back?

I havent been here but I found a review left by Joe Luis at a different car wash and I was cracking up how this guy cries anytime he doesnt get his way. if theres a problem with a service or product a man will contact the manager or owner to correct the situation but Joe is a typical limpwristed leftist who cant face anyone in person so he lies and talks nonsense from the safety of his iPhone.read his reviews if you want to see the kind of man that would vote for the woman that lies about being an Indian or the Irish guy who pretends to be Hispanic or that that old, old woman that pretends she isnt a liar.

My friend comes here and gets her car washed all the time....i like that they have a monthly deal....i think its $15 a month and you can come as many times you want....the gentlemen that work there are very nice and helpful....its just a fun experience if you have kids they see the wash go on...if they dont get scared....but its great for car owners....

I was stranded here when my car needed some extra help. Reset than anxiety, the guys here were quite respectful and kind to me. Come here if you need to get in and out in a timely fashion, out take your time at the vaccine and pre wash station.

This was my first time here so i drove up the guy used a brush to scrub my windshield real quick and my roof then I went through the machine, afterwards my grill looked completely untouched! i basically cleaned the entire front of my truck by hand. at least the vacuuming was free. my husband recommended for me to come here he said they usually use the brush on your grill as well but I guess it got skipped by accident. the rest of my truck was clean though lol. I think he may continue to come here but Im not too sure if I will.

Its close to the house, but the blower doesnt work that great. Dont brother to tip the guys they dont even acknowledge you unless youre a man.

Free vacuum with great suction power. Also, the prices cant even be matched; let alone beat it. Its a sharp turn on Fredericksburg Rd. therefore it may look a little sketchy and you may even overlook or miss the carwash premises. Though, overall excellent work by the hard-working employees especially out in the sun! Please tip them... its a nice gesture that could uplift their spirit when the sun is beating down on them. :)

Came back from a road trip and I tipped the attendant and asked if he could give me a good scrub from the build up. He really put in some work and I wish I wouldve had more change to give him more. Cheap car wash. Somewhat ok service HOWEVER, if you want a clean wash and no scratches, don’t come here. Basically a drive thru and brush and bristle wash. Dirt everywhere may be smeared and scratch your paint. Not satisfied.

The so called manager here harassed me because I have unlimited monthly pass and the sticker they put on my windshield isnt easily readable when I drive next to the pay machine , so I just drive through so he can just print me a ticket instead he harassed me saying I cant do this or else take my business elsewhere I have been a customer for over a year at this location and this is how Im getting treated. Worst customer service ever

One of the beat carwashes ive been to. Their unlimeted washes at 15 a month is a great deal. It can get full pretty quick and only have about 8 vaccums. It gets alittle weird if its full and you want to vaccum the car.
