Kiara kept in constant contact with me prior to arriving to pick up my vehicle. She actually met me at the airport as opposed to going to the off site location. I was given a Maserati Quattroporte S. Beautiful car! The rate was actually lower than the airport rates for full size and premium vehicles at that particular time. I will definitely use them again.

Absolutely AWESOME customer service with Rachel-I could not ask for more! Car was ready on time, she was easy to reach, and she was as pleasant and helpful as possible! My only problem will be is when I have to return the BMW I rented-I am enjoying it too much!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a complete joke and waste of time. First, the location listed on both Google and in the reservation CONFIRMATION EMAIL is incorrect. Their entire operation is now at the airport. Second, the phone number listed in both those goes to a voicemail box which is full. If you happen to wait long enough through the dozen rings to get to it. I spent the money to Uber to the original location and then another Uber back to the airport only to find out they had no cares available for my CONFIRMED reservation. I never got to speak to the manager of this operation. I was dealing with an Enterprise agent. I was told through this agent that they called me and left a voice message. I dont have a record but If they did, it was during my flight. So not only am I out $30 for the Ubder rides but I had to pay a higher price for a Jeep Wrangler versus a luxury car. Save yourself the money and trouble and dont use this business.

I cant get a hold of anybody. Went to the address on the website and it is closed. Enterprise agent next door gave me a business card to call. Really???

Gen is the best sales representative I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with when renting a vehicle. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Just a pleasure to deal with. The car collection available is top of the line from luxury models to the impressive sports car line. Look forward to the next time I need to use their services
