Second time ever renting from this company, theyre not bad. I also had courtney at the front desk, and he was very helpful. The car was slightly damaged, no big deal, and it had already been annotated. We got a diesel VW golf, pretty ok. Not a lot of room, but it was a compact so.

Be aware of your charges before you walk away from the counter!! The Representative added the optional insurance after I had mentioned my insurance covers all rentals. He claim to have had it removed. However, when I reached my destination (1:15am tired and hungry) I reviewed the agreement and it reflected the optional insurance. I immediately contacted customer service and was directed to a pre recording to email my questions. I never received a response so I went back to the location and was informed by the manager that they gave me a special package that includes the insurance. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I’ve never been offered “the special package” I called customer service and they claim that there is no “special package” but that I agreed to the optional coverage. I reminded them that I’ve rented many cars from Advantage and not once did I elect the optional insurance. They apologized that I didn’t read the 1”x3” screen that indicated my choices. I was informed that I signed a legal document and no refund was going to be considered and have a good day. Please read your agreement before you leave the counter even if you ready to pass out. This was the first time I have rented from Advantage Rent a Car but it will not be the last time. The prices are great and customer service is wonderful. The people working there are caring, knowledgeable individuals. They are not a sign the paper and heres your car keys and get out of my face kind of place like a lot of the other companies I have rented from in the past. Disappointed. San Antonio. They rushed the reservation process and use an e-sign pad on card machine for initials and to read the disclaimer (almost impossible), but then print it out after you sign. If youre not careful they will automatically charge you the roadside and collision charges. I stated I wanted to waive those charges but they charged me anyway and slipped it in.Those charges alone were more than the rest of the rental. PLUS they also charged a 200 dollar deposit. If I have all the coverage, why the deposit too? 3 card Monty at the desk. Buyer be wary.Read the reviews--Nate (1 star rating) had the same issue. See a pattern?Im in the Military and notified my 100+ unit members to avoid renting in San Antonio. You got my money, but this might cost a lot more in the future.

The agent was very friendly and informative. Everything with the rental went quickly and smoothly. The airport terminal location made it very convenient. The car was very basic and had a few scratches and a couple of seat stains, but it looked and smelled clean. For the price, I would definitely recommend Advantage.

The counter was easy to find. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice, professional and knowledgeable about the company. When I had a problem with my deposit he was very patient and helped me take care of the problem, making a very stressful situation simply go away. The gentleman in the car garage was equally cheerful and helpful. Because I had such a rough start, the desk agent gave me an upgrade, which was quite a pleasant surprise. I had not rented from Advantage before, but would certainly do so again. A very positive experience. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service for a bargain rate company. The vehicle was clean and well maintained mechanically. The danger lies in the return gas prices: $9 per gallon if you return it less than full. However, the staff gave us the heads up and we went back to fill up independently. If you dont have time before your flight, this is a potential gotcha.

Cheap for a reason. No reserved car available. Had to drive a mini van and they were trying to convince me it was a free upgrade. Car had smells in there from something. You get what you pay for. No customer service or 800 number to complain. Use them as a last resort.

The vehicle was nice and we were very pleased but when I went to return the vehicle advantage customer service phone line told me I could return it to another airport without getting a charge. When I returned it they were going to charge me a $750 charge for drop it off at a different location. The gentleman was very nice to me and reduced to $300 which I was still not happy about but I had no other choice.

Advantage really out did themselves this time, I was extremely please with the efficiency of the customer service representative and the affordability of the vehicles. What stood out most was that my rental car printout I brought to the counter with the reflected online price that included massive discounts matched to the exact dollar in their computer database! There was no need to question or heckle any price differences. Good job Advantage!

They rented me a stolen car out of San Antonio. We were detained and humiliated at a check point on the way back from South Padre and pulled over in port Isabel where 3 police cars pulled up behind us because the license plate came back stolen. I asked for a partial refund, nothing ever happened, Deshawn the local San Antonio manager promised me the moon but here we are after numerous phone calls and two months later nothing has happened. I would never rent from these guys again. Renting stolen cars!?!? I will be reporting this to the BBB and their corporate office. Stay away unless you’re into driving stolen cars.

I rented a car to go to my daughters graduation from Air Force Basic Training in San Antonio. The counter was easy to find and so was the vehicle. The vehicle was nice and drove well. The gentleman at the counter was very nice and polite.I am giving one star because I feel as if I was misled. The man at the counter asked if I wanted to add another driver, but did not disclose that adding another driver would cost me an additional $13.49 per day. I understand that had I read the very fine print that I probably would have seen the additional cost, but who reads all that? Nobody.

I have a great experience every time I rent from this location. My last rental last month at the San Antonio Airport from the pick up to the return process was easy and the lady at the counter (I think her name is Christine) and John when I returned were both very pleasant and they demonstrated great customer service skills! Thats why I like renting from Advantage once a month when I fly in to visit my dad! Keep up the great service. As a former Flight Attendant I critique customer service very hard and your employees always pass my test!

Good and convenient company in every regard except for money. Its your money and their booking agent will help you spend it. Make sure you double check every number of that invoice and have them explain the charges. Our $150 booking with an upgrade (a special price, just for us, a very god deal!) plus $100 late fee turned into $500+ final invoice. The extra $200 we were charged for a deposit were not listed on our paperwork and would not be refunded. When asked to explain the charges, we were told it would be different if we returned our car on time bc now the math wont work (!) Make sure you review every line of that invoice before you sign.

Our experience with Advantage Car Rental In San Antonio, TX was excellent. We booked the rental through AARP Travel. The price was affordable, Our receipt was emailed and accurate. The staff, Ivory, who did the paperwork as well as James who assigned the car was friendly and courteous. Our assigned car had good gas mileage and the return was easy. I would use Advantage again.

Shuttle from airport took longer than most, but not outrageous. Got a very reasonable upgrade when I discovered Id need a bigger trunk. I hand wrote the amount on my reservation. When I returned the car, the bill was $40 more. When I showed the manager my hand written amount he immediately said he would make it right, which he did in a couple minutes. I dont know if I would have found the location to return the car if I hadnt put it in my GPS, but I would certainly use them again.

The customer service was great. Everyone was nice and helpful. I feel like they are doing the best with what they have.The cars are not in great shape. Not very clean inside, worn tires, and some smell. Also, the phone number just has a busy tone. I could never get anyone on the phone.The rental was cheap, so you get what you pay for.

Car was fine and service at the counter was good too. However, I was unaware of this regulation at the time, but prepaid fuel IS NOT authorized for rentals when youre on military orders. Long story short, Im eating $55 out of my pocket for using 3 gallons of gas. Tried calling customer service to change charges from pre-paid to whatever the steep price is for refueling a non-full tank upon return (at least that would be authorized for reimbursement), but they wouldnt do it.EDIT: After more communication, everything was worked out. The customer service on the phone wasnt helpful, but the agent at the counter was the one who straightened things out.

The SUV I ordered wasnt available, but the team at Advantage San Antonio made sure I was happy and felt taken care of. They offered a discount and a trade on the second day for the car I ordered. Hector & Troy were both very kind and attentive... so much so that I asked their names for this review. Car rental places are notorious for trying to sell you more than you need. I didnt feel like I had been taken advantage of. My situation wasnt ideal, but all happy enough in the end.

We got very good service from San Antonio Advantage. Unfortunately, I damaged the car and had to pay for that, but they made it very fast and easy to file the report. My wife wasnt crazy about the woman she dealt with when she signed the original contract, but no complaints apart from that.

Take note this is Not my first car rental Iv had about 10 rentals experience through out my lifeSo I reserved a car with a price quote of 57.00 and ended up with a 175.00$ bill!So first fee: it says online and they told me the station closes at 12am and I arrived to return the car at 11:30pm and no one was there and I used the drop box , I was then charged a late fee of 35$. They claimed I turn in the car at 5am! Second fee was a toll charge of 25.00$ to go though a toll road I paid for cash at the window! Third fee they said that I upgraded the car and I DID NOT or did not request for! A difference of 50$! I approached the clerk window gave them my reservation number they offered me the additional insurance, they offered the fill up gas option, and gave me the papers to sign and explained to me of a hold of 220$ and gave me the car keys told me what car it was and that was all! Mind you they never offered their special toll service and nor explained the toll fee if you drive through tolls! I have had to do multiple calls and explanations and 2 male operators were rude and 2 female operators were polite ... it was horrible! There was also a random fee of 15$ called CFC? Not sure what that is and after all this horrible mess I didn’t care to call back to ask about and I never was returned the toll fee .. a total of 30$ I feel they still owe me. I will never again in my life rent from them again and I hope you don’t either.

I wouldnt recommend renting a car from Advantage and will not be a repeat customer.Bottom line: my 2-day rental with Advantage ended up costing almost twice as much as my 7-day rental from Avis.The 1-star is for the speedy pick-up and drop-off and the car was in decent shape.The rates are much higher than others and they do not have reasonable discounted weekly rates. Added fees and taxes were enough to increase the price by more than 50 percent of the original quote. The representatives did not provide a clear answer when asked about itemized charges. Using a debit rather than credit card requires a credit check and if accepted the deposit is higher than others.

My wife and I flew into the San Antonio airport this past Monday evening (April 30th), and we had a 3-day car reservation with Advantage. We landed at 11:45PM, and we walked straight out of the plane to the Rental Car area. We arrived at the Advantage rental car booth at approximately 11:55PM and there was no one at the booth, but there was a note that said something along the lines of If no one is at this booth, go upstairs to the Advantage kiosk. So, we grabbed all of our luggage and made our way upstairs. On the way up the escalator we passed a person wearing the Advantage uniform (on his way down) and asked if the kiosk was upstairs; he said yes, but were closed. We thought we must have misheard him, so we went upstairs to rental car parking lot and we went to the Advantage booth. All of the lights were off, and another agency said that Advantage had closed down for the night. We were like, say what? we have a reservation with them! So we started back downstairs and we saw the same Advantage employee that we previously saw. We told him that we had a reservation and that we were trying to pick up our car, to which he said Im not sure what you want me to do, were closed. And off he went on his merry way, without any care in the world for leaving us stranded at midnight in a large city we were unfamiliar with.I realize that the Advantage office closes at midnight in San Antonio, but we were there a few minutes before midnight and no one was at the desk. I think (and Id be willing to bet on it) that the employee saw that it was getting close to midnight so he went upstairs to lock up just a few minutes early. Great for him, not for us.Luckily Budget rental cars was open until 1AM and they hooked us up with a car. Unfortunately all we could get was something $130 more than our rental with Advantage was supposed to cost us.So, 1-star to Advantage for closing early and leaving their customers stranded. That is very very poor customer service.

We made an online reservation. We were picked up at the airport and taken to the rental car lot. We were helped right away, everything was explained to us and we were on our way in minutes. There were no problems with the car but when we tried to fill it up with gas before returning it we couldnt. Due to hurricane Harvey there was a run on gas. We went to 7 or 8 gas stations and they were all out of gas. One had a line around the block and more. We took the car back and they let us have the pre-rental price on the gas. It was a premium but not gouging. We appreciated that. We settled our bill and got a ride back to the airport. A good experience.

I made a vehicle reservation a month in advance. When I arrived at the Advantage car rental desk, the check in began well, but after taking my information I was told my vehicle would not be available for at least three hours. Later, I was told it would be at least an hour beyond the three hours. Many travelers make plans based on reasonable expectations of a promise from a company . Advantage broke that promise and left me in a bad position which cost me more money to Uber around San Antonio to cover my transportation needs.

This was probably the worst car rental experience Ive had. Once we landed we went to the counter and was told they did not have the SUV I had reserved and had a confirmation for. Told I could wait until the next day. Then I was told I could take a sedan for the same price. The clerk was rude and didnt care about my needs at all. After sending an email to the area manager, no response, the clerk came up with an SUV at a discount.

Verbally declined all additional services because my credit card and insurance cover that stuff. They slipped in paperwork for additional services with other paperwork I needed to sign. I am disappointed and pissed that I rented from this company. I prepaid for a compact or higher car but was told when I got there that the vehicle they had for me was a mini van! I told them I definatly did not want a mini van but was told that that what I paid for was managers choice and the choice was a mini van. I asked for a smaller car since I did pay, according to my reservation, a compact or larger. Because I wanted a SMALLER car I was charged for a upgrade and ended up having to pay an ADDITIONAL fee of $97!!!! I will never ever rent from Advantage again! The name should be Take Advantage!😡

Dont do it man. Pay the extra to get a car from a legit place. The car was filthy and the experience sucked. Shuttle driver never felt the urge to get out of his seat to help us with our car seats, luggage, etc. Even with a credit card they take a huge deposit for the car and their paper based system leaves some concerns.The manager was nice, hard working and tried to be helpful, but Im a frequent traveler and expected a little better process.

STAY AWAY! They did not honor the original price that I reserved the car at (on Expedia). It wasnt a big difference in cost, so I decided to just pay it. Then almost a month later I received two additional charges on my credit card (one for $32 and another for $3). I find out that these were to cover tolls (+$25 admin fee!!) that I thought were included because there was a TollTag in the car. The rep didnt mention anything about tolls when the car was picked up. I spoke with two representatives about getting the $25 admin fee credited and they just talked in circles and were not empathetic to my situation at all.I understand that I could have read the fine print, but you would think the rep would go over the toll options upon pickup. Nope, theyre just out to nickel and dime you at every opportunity. Very misleading. I will never give this company any more of my business, which seems silly given that all they had to do was credit a $25 fee to keep me as a loyal customer.

I got a rental here very last minute. I was afraid it would be very expensive based on past experience, however, it was actually pretty cheap! Once I got there, the process was very quick and I was on my way in no time.Keep in mind: if its a local rental (youre not flying into San Antonio), you will need a credit card. If youre flying in and can show proof with a boarding pass, you can use a debit card. With credit, they also will charge a $200 deposit. My rental total was $98, and my card was charged $298. Make sure you have enough room on your credit card.

I should have listened to the other reviews. Total scam. At the time I booked my car, the reservation specified unlimited miles. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the agent said Since youre from here, we have a local policy of 150 miles/day and its $.55/mile thereafter.. I told the guy I was driving to Houston and back the next day and would go over the limit. I asked him to cancel the reservation because I just found out about their local policy. The agent said the reservation would be cancelled and I would received a refund. When I got the refund, they only refunded half of what I had paid because they hit me with a $50 cancellation charge. So, Im out $50 with no car. Terrible terrible experience. Pay a little more and go with a reputable car rental agency.

I was in a hurry because of a delayed flight arriving at SAT. The person at the terminal was OKish. Getting to the lot which is the furthest from the stairs, the guy at the booth was acting as if I interrupted him from watching a game or somthing similar. Was not clear on what car I was getting, pointed me to the wrong one, made me loose time checking the wrong car. The guy saw me doing it but did nothing, did not move out from his booth. When I checked the correct car, it was full of undocumented scratches and dings all around. I documented it in my copy but the guy wanted me to fill out a new one with both copies. Terrible attitude. JC who cleans the cars I think, came to the rescue and copied the info to their copy and checked the car himself. I will think more than twice to get another car from this company.

Great experience. After booking with Alamo weeks in advance, a call the day before and confirmed my luxury convertible brand. I arrived to an hour and a half of looking for my car then after they could not find it and fighting them to get me the, or a convertible they talked me into a Jeep Wrangler. 20 mins later they told me they had none... I went to national and they wanted double the price and then advantage and they were higher but she knew I was having issues with the other company so she discounted the cost without even asking. Yea it was not a luxury convertible but I will contact them next time to book my vehicles.

I am extremely disappointed we were in line when we picked up the car, the salesperson was pressuring seniors in front of us. When it came to our turn the same thing was happening they demanded all our information before providing us information we asked to upgrade and were told the total of our rental would be an additional $20 to upgrade. The upgraded car was in such rough condition the lot guy circled the whole car for all the damages, upon returning the car we received an emailed invoice showing they charged us twenty a day adding additional $120 to the rental when I called and questioned they offered zero customer service they cannot reverse charges on settled accounts nothing they can do not even offering a discount on future rentals. Shame on them for offering no service or integrity in the service industry. Buyer beware!!!

DONT GO HERE. Waited 2 hours for a shuttle from the airport to the car lot and were not compensated in the least for our time. When inquiring about a shuttle for our return trip, the gentleman on the phone very rudely stated Every 10 minutes and hung up even though that was definitely not the case. Waited over an hour for shuttle at the airport, however once we got to the rental office, we were treated with respect, and very apologetic. We were offered an upgrade at no extra cost. Our trip lasted longer than we planed, and we were able to call and extend the rental car with no problems. Great customer service. Only draw back was the wait for the shuttle at the airport.

Dont let them fill your tank. If you dont use your while tank of gas you lose money. They charge by tankful instead of by your usage. Ended up costing me about $19.00 more than if I filled it.

Roger Hernandez (San Antonio Airport Agent) is a liar and a cheat. I asked him how to get the free upgrade on my Advantage App. He informed me that it was unavailable due to being a DOD reservation. He later told me he had many minivans and he would allow me to rent one for free because of the excess. I was later charged $168 extra for the upgrade. If this issue is not rectified, I will be filing a complaint with the Department of Defense and requesting future removal of Advantage from service member use during temporary duty to San Antonio, Texas due to unfair business practices.

I reserved an economy car from ADVANTAGE Rental a Car @ San Antonio TX Airport. They were out of this car & agent, Roger didnt inform me. I went to pick up the car & discovered that they didnt have any economy cars. I went back upstsirs to desk & no one was there. I called the 1 800 number twice & finally spoke with supervisor, Joe. He advised me handle it upon returning car. The agent Roger was supposed to be at desk. A young man who came to dedk said he couldnt help me. Plus,the person who accepted the car assured me that Roger would help me, he was no where to be found. I went early to Airport to take care of problem.I called the 1 800 number again & requested a claim number 27 5473 from Marvin.I dont think I mastered to anyone, @ ADVANTAGE because the attitude appeared to be speak to another person who sent me to someone else. No one addressed the issues of extra charges (orginally cost $179 + taxes & fees verses $418 upcharge and they didnt have any cars that were reserved).Is this a standard practice to not inform customers of a choice ? Im waiting on a call back to help resolve this issue.

Word to the wise beware...Advantage Rent a Car at San Anttonio Tx Airport charges an upcharge when they are out of requested car and wont tell you at initial purchase! A family member reserved a economy car on-line @ ADVANTAGE Rent a Car but they didnt have any available. The agent, Roger didnt advise her of it & they charged an upcharge for the request. She called the 1-800 number & went to desk (no one was available ) & they didnt check it out nor attempt to resolve the issues. $$150+ extra isnt cheap nor right for a switch which was done by Roger thier agent @ San Antonio TX Airport. Renters be aware of switch.

We need a manager to contact us because we were charged an additional driver fee of $13/day (for a 7 day rental) although my husband and I are married. Ive never had to pay that for my husband before. Spouses are automatically considered an authorized driver in the state of Texas and we should not have had to pay the additional fee. They said since the rental agreement was in my name but we put the deposit on HIS card he had to be charged the $13/day additional driver fee. Once I told a colleague who is well versed in law, she informed me that doesnt matter and we were not supposed to be charged the additional driver fee since we are spouses period. The telephone number on our rental agreement keeps saying its a non-working number and other numbers we Google for Advantage includes a 20+ min hold only to be hung up on in the middle of our conversation. Wouldve given a 3 if I could at least get in contact with someone locally or if their customer service answered in a timely manner and stayed on the phone long enough to fully resolve the situation.

I dont have one complaint about the Advantage at the San Antionio airport. We had a little bit of a wait to get picked up but our flight was earlier than I said on our reservation. Check in was fast, friendly and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. The car was brand new and clean. They do have a deposit that will be held in addition to what was quoted to rent but I returned the car yesterday morning and they have already removed the additional deposit. As long as you have GPS to return the car, its a great deal to rent from them when youre in town for AFBMT weekend.

Enjoyed my rental, loved the Kia Soul - Never would have entertained the idea of this type of car but I really liked it! Plenty of room & great sound system and great on gas! We blue toothed our iphone and the directions we had plugged in came right up, did not have to try and figure it out!

My wife booked through expedia, stated one price charges was from her card. Got to airport, waited in line for ten minutes. The person asked us who will be driving. I informed it would be me the husband. Requested both drivers license. Guy charged me a additional drivers fee. Stated it was like a depost charge would be taken off. Upon returning car. Not true paid $13.49 per day. Wasnt removed. Could have rented a luxury car for what we paid. Will not do any business there again. Rental companies normally dont charge spouse fee for second driver.

Got to the kiosk and was told my debit card could not be used for deposit. Counter man lied and said it was an airport policy but month prior I used the same card for deposit at Thrifty. Totally left me in a humongous bind, couldnt believe how uncaring and unhelpful they were after ruining all my plans.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I would give zero stars if I could. They duped me into getting supplemental insurance and roadside assistance when I explicitly told the agent I didn’t want it. I’ll admit the agent fooled me by getting me to sign for it, even after I verbally expressed I didn’t want those services. When I called the company about it, they told me there was nothing they could do since I “wanted” it when I picked up. THEY WILL TRY TO SWINDLE YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

So, I originally booked the car online thru Hotwire and did not get to choose the company. Once my reservation was complete and this company was selected, I started looking them up. The reviews are horrendous and I became very worried. Hotwire will not let you cancel. So, I went in fully prepared and looked over all the agreements. The staff was so great at the airport! Very nice, but yet I noticed some tricks. They said they had a larger car available and if I wanted that without saying it was an upgrade (which I knew not to do because of the reviews) so I declined. Then they tried with the insurance which I also declined. Went to pick up the vehicle and let me say once again how great the staff was. Very friendly and very accommodating. I only used 1/4 tank of gas so I filled up before dropping it off. I got an email copy of my receipt on 5/5 that showed I owed nothing more. I was like great! Maybe the company is changing. WRONG! I logged on today to look at my credit card statement and a charge of $97.50 on 5/17 was posted ALMOST 2 WEEKS AFTER I DROPPED OFF THE RENTAL. I know better to even try and call the customer service based off the reviews so I am disputing it with my credit card company. How is this even legal? How can you randomly charge a card almost 2 weeks later when I have a copy of the receipt that shows I owe nothing. The billing practice is what is killing this company. Staff - wonderful. Company - TERRIBLE!EDIT- Conveniently after I made this review they charged my card AGAIN! I already filed a complaint with BBB and my credit card company will reverse those charges and block you from charging anything more. Again- how is this even legal?!Final Update - I have changed from a 1 star to a 3. Once i was finally able to get a hold of someone from customer service they sent over invoice charges for tolls. Except all the toll charges were in NY and I had my rental in San Antonio, TX. I then called customer service, they gave me to Highway Toll Department and they were able to finally reverse the charge. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication and no one checking to see that the charges came from NY and I was in TX and only drove a total of 86 miles. It was a lot of work to get $140 refunded.

Bad customer service! All my families flight were cancelled and I had to fly out by myself and my family the next day. I explained this to them... I rented the car stating that I was only driving one day ...then I wanted my husband to drive the rest of the time...I didnt want to pay for 2 drivers. Courtney said to come back the next day with his license and it wouldnt be a problem. We want back the next afternoon and they wanted to charge for 2 drivers and said there was nothing they could do. He gave my the phone number supposedly of Desmond (the manager) It was the main number to rent a car in the US...not the managers number. Needless to say, I had to drive the car for the entire time. I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN!

Disadvantage car rental.Dont rent from here if youre in a hurry.Pay very close attention because they tried to sell me a full tank of gas even though they knew I was only driving from San Antonio to Austin.I purchased insurance when making the reservation through a third party but they tried to sell me their own anyway, which I dont mind except for their sales tactic was to suggest that what I purchased wasnt good enough in spite of having no idea what I had. A more professional approach would be to research what third party reservation agencies are selling their clientele before making generalized comments about something they know nothing about.They provided incomplete information about vehicle drop off which caused us to drop our vehicle off unnecessarily early.No one was at the drop off pavilion and there was no sign indicating where they were or when they would return. A different rental agency had to tell me where to find their other pavillion.This was the only rental agency in San Antonio that had the car we wanted. Now I see why. Disadvantage car rental should be your last resort.

I was charged more than what was agreed upon on a signed contract. I turned in the car at the exact time I was supposed to but my receipt said the car was turned in almost 45 minutes later. Besides that fee there was more money charged for reasons the employee could not explain. There was no manager available and since it’s saturday I have to wait until Monday to call the company and hopefully resolve this issue. I’ve never been one to write bad reviews but this company really hit a nerve. The employee at the front was very unhelpful and his excuse was that he didn’t want to lose his job because he has a family to support. He was unable to provide me a copy of a contract that I signed for my own reference.

Never EVER rent a car from this company. Wish I could give them zero stars. They are unscrupulous, deceitful and fraudulent. Charged us for supplemental insurance we adamantly declined at the time of rental. Our $190 rental became $454 and now we are fighting to get back $259 we were overcharged. Will be reporting them to BBB. We will NEVER rent from them again! Beware and stay away.
