Was not in the mood to deal with anyone selling me anything. But talking to my guy Jesse at my local Sams club help me out for the better. He works for AT&T and convinced me to change my carrier. His customer service and Dedication to help me finish my entire process with the transferring of accounts was so easy because of his helpfulness. He is a great sells men and more importantly a great person that was down to earth when dealing with me. He is awesome!!

Wasting my husbands time and gas. One hour for a shift don’t pay the bills. This company has cost us more money than anything. No check. Not even for showing up? Do not give in to the professional label they give you. It’s all a cool way of saying your a sales person. Your loss because my husband is a damn good sales rep. Will never give any of your reps the time or day. Your company isn’t built on trust and transparency.

Our sales man, Aaron Rambo at Sams in Bentonville, AR was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us make a decision for a phone upgrade and gave us a great deal. What we liked most was his willingness to continue to help us with any phone issues or complaint we may have if we receive them in the future. He gave us his personal phone number to call him directly so we didn’t have to go through the 1-800#.

This is the worst company to ever work for. They are a scam!!! They lie ao much. They are unloyal and make empty promises. They sell fake dreams!! Run the oppisite way.

I am going to have to disagree with Mr Hardy. Yes, the office can seem loud and exciting, but everyone is always professional. If you are applying for a management training program, you have to know what it is youre be asked to eventually train. Money, everyone is equal. The harder you work the more you get. Average paycheck for me is over $1000. Ive made over $2000 a few times. Ive gotten to travel and have fun while working. It sounds like Mr Hardy is not that hard of a worker to me. Interviews, Ive been to some where i go through 3 Interviews being asked the same questions, should not be anything new. Its hard to give a true opinion on a box of Fruit Loops, unless your willing to taste them first. Sounds like Mr Hardy is the fruit loop. Been here 6 months and I love it. Yes, there are rude customers but this has a customer service relations and that should be expected. At least Mr Hardy was honest about being one of those rude customer he so politely talked about. Thank you Mr Hardy. Im sure youve ignored me, i say hi to EVERYONE. 😁

Company is totally unprofessional and very demeaning and belittles their interns.I had interview as regular employee(not intern) and was exactly on time. Some old lady was sitting on the table didnt even greet me. I had to go in pretty far to find someone to help me that I was there for interview.Guy made me fill out application form... All the info was already on the resume. Company was so disorganized that they need 2nd resume filled out? Or do they set up interviews with anyone without reviewing anything because its shady high turn over job?After filling it out and waiting for 15 minutes since arrival, I noticed the lady on the phone was the person I was supposed to meet for the interview. She was blabbering on to her intern how intern should be fortunate to work for fortune 500 company such as this, your gschool work and degree means nothing, you are just wasting your money etc.When I set the interview, I was told interview would take 30 minutes max. So as courtesy, waited exactly 30 minutes and they rude lady was still on the phone blabbering. Cant believe someone like that can possibly be a hiring manager/district manager, 0 time management skills, 0 customer service, 0 phone manner, 0 situational awareness.How can you possibly respect or work for a company that doesnt value your time? Has incompetent upper management. Looking at the back of the application their pay was at or right below $9-10 an hour, which was nowhere near what I was there for and been lied to over the phone to get me there.I would not recommend working for this company, do you really want to be that annoying person at Sams and Costco selling AT&T and direcTV? How many times have you even acknowledged their existence? For barely above minimum wage? Of course this company is going to say they pay commission on sales. Do you think they became fortune 500 because they pay their employees well? Or made lots of money for themselves and their pyramid scheme style pay structures?

I have to say I didnt work for the company for long. And obviously it wasnt a great fit or maybe Id still be with them. Its a good work environment with some of the best people I have ever worked with. Just be prepared to travel. Be on your feet 10 hours a day and 45 plus hours a week and 9.00 an hour. With Hopes that you make the sales that they expect you to make. Im not sorry I worked with them . They did wonders for my confidence and work ability. The job just wasnt for me or for my family.. you definitely learn to work with business leaders and entrepreneurs.

Great Atmosphere! The employees are professional, helpful, and enthusiastic. It’s not hard to see that everyone loves what they do. Management is easy to talk to and understanding, and that’s hard to find. The CEO is only steps away, with the door Always wide open. He’s always ready to answer any questions or offer advice at the drop of a pen. So exciting that management is so involved every step of the way.

Great firm for anyone who is not pursuing higher education. Position descriptions on Linked In and other job cites sound much more serious than it actually is. They brand lots of growth and personal development, but reality is that this is extremely difficult to reach by just selling cellphones and cable subscriptions at supermarkets. A positive review is that everyone seems motivated and supportive, but then again like I said, not for someone who has higher education and is looking for a salaried position.
