Highly recommend Accurate Electric in Texas. I used them for the installation of my Tesla home charger and it was a very smooth process. First the tech came out and did a power grid usage analysis and once that was done then the service was scheduled. He was excellent! Arrived on time, worked very fast and diligently. He cleaned up very well and was very thoughtful of wearing his booties inside. I’m a person that appreciates these things. Overall great job. Will contact Accurate Electric again in the future. Before the technician arrived, he received messages about the planned visit as well as information about himself. My guy was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous of myself and my house, and knew exactly what was wrong, how to fix it, and when it was time to fix it, he got right on it! Accurate Electric Company was by far the most affordable and provided excellent service, including coming out to talk with me and explain what was going to be done. While he was up on the lift, he put new lights in our warehouse and went above and above by replacing the light bulbs that were out in the old lights. He rewired our forklift charger and installed a new receptacle in our conference room. Before he departed, he double-checked that everything was in order. He is deserving of ten or more stars.

Accurate Electric Company guys changed out all electrical outlets, light switches, lights, ceiling fans and heat/light/vents. They raised the electrical service from pole to house. The inspector had a hard time finding anything to list because Accurate Electric Company did such a great job. The electricians were very professional and always worked with me to offer suggestions. Tremendous service! Our Dishwasher, garbage disposal stopped functioning. I contacted Accurate Electric Company and got the owner. He sent Sam over and he was at our place in an hour’s time, fixed it with ease and did not over charge us. I would definitely call them again!

Sam was prompt and worked diligently to take care of my electrical issue. He was able to track down the issue caused by the previous home owner and thank goodness that he did. It could have been a major problem for me and my family if he did not locate the issue. He also explained building codes to me and made sure that the work he performed was up to the current standards. I will call him anytime we have electrical work.

Customer service was poor. They didnt come out during the schedule time. And could give me any up dates on when the tech would be coming out. When I tried to call the office said the tech said he tried to call. But I have no missed calls from anybody. And will talking to the office hung up on me.
