I have used Nu Way Pest Control for many years. They are a local company and are fabulous with their customer service! I feel they are very reasonable in their pricing, and for a nominal fee you can get added carpenter ant/termite protection. If something isnt right they will bend over backwards to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I highly recommend this company!

They are very affordable compared to most. Its a family run business and the staff are very personable and friendly. They are very flexible as my work schedule can be rather hectic at times. Love em!

I first moved to San Antonio in December 1989 and Nu Way was the pest control service provider for my apartment complex. When we purchased our first home in 1994, I signed a contract with Nu Way to provide pest control services for our home. When we purchased our second and current home in 1997, we again contracted Nu Way to provide pest control services. As we have never had any other pest control service provider we cannot honestly compare them to any other company. However, what I can say is that for nearly 28 years we have had no reason to consider the services of another pest control company. Their service and pricing has been exceptional.

Called Nu Way pest control for German roach problem I was having. I should have known it would be bad when There was confusion about the appointment date. When I called I asked several question like what kind of chemicals they would be using if they would spray my patio and what I had to do. The man who takes the calls said that they would spray around my house and (x) amount of feet from the house and I told him I had a play set in the end of my back yard that I would like sprayed around if possible I would like it sprayed too he said that was fine but it might cost me a little more like 25.00 more on top of the 300.00 they were going to charging me. He told me to take out all the stuff from any cabinets and drawers in the house and the rest was fine.so we did it took us 30 boxes ...which I still have ..to remove all the stuff we had in cabinets and drawers. When he got here we realized we had forgot one cabinet and drawer and as he sprayed out side I had my son put it in a box. He said he could not spray the drawers and he could not spray this or that ...ok...so I asked then what are u gonna spray he said the counter top and the bottom kitchen cabinets then when he was going upstairs he was complaining about having to go upstairs. I was never told I had to move my furniture and I was like what was the point of removing stuff from drawers that would never be sprayed and I dont understand the logic of being able to spray a counter top but not the inside of a drawer. I was also told he would possibly use bait for the roaches I asked if that was extra they had said no so when I asked the guy that came here to use the bait since they really did not spray much he really didnt want to but I insisted so he said they could not put it in the cabinets or drawers so he only put one dot on the cabinet metal hinges and he was complaining about having to do an apartment complex after my house due to a death in someones family and he now had to cover. I told the guy I was not happy and I was sure this would not even going to do much to help with the roach problem and that I would be calling in a few weeks to have them come again cause they said that if u still see roaches after a few weeks just call them out and they will come back out well when I called today to tell them I still have roaches the man said the guy that came out put on his report that the house was not properly packed but it was except for 1 cabinet and 1 drawer I was not told I would have to move all my furniture to the middle of each room. Which I did as he sprayed another room. So he could not help me and was not going to send anyone else out. This was a waste of my time and my money and I hope anyone who reads this doesnt waste their time and hard earned money. I had read the previous bad review and was like I will give them a chance well I have learned my lesson if the company has a bad review dont waste ur money move on.

Ive been using NuWay for almost 8 years now. This is a family owned business that knows how to treat their customers right. Their service is impeccable and I have never ever had a insect or rodent problem as long as they have been servicing my home. I was dumb enough to try a different company when I moved to my new house and regretted every dreadful month I was under their contract. As soon as I was done with that company, I went right back to NuWay and I will be their customer for as long as I have my home.

I had them treat for termites when I bought my house last year, and it seems to have worked. However, if youre getting quotes for termites, add $700 to theirs! Their 7yr warranty is ONLY good if you commit to paying $100 every year for them to inspect the house. If they find termites, they retreat for free and play it off as saving you $800 on the retreatment. Unless they are going to apply my 700 to the recommended retreatment in 7 years, it issaving me nothing! If they truly believed they had a quality service, they would honor their warranty without pulling this backdoor business sham.Find someone else who is honest to do your pest control. Im going to cancel my warrantied inspection, keep an eye out for termites myself, and hire another company if the pests return.
