Nick, Logan, and Frank were absolutely FANTASTIC! They truly went above and beyond to make sure that our master bathroom remodel was amazing. There were many issues once they demolished the old, and they made sure that every fix was made even though it made the job take longer they never slacked off and paid attention to every detail until the very end. Redoing a bathroom in a 70 year old house requires a great deal of skill, ingenuity, and talent, particularly when there is a 200 pound cast iron bathtub to be removed. We were extremely fortunate to have the dynamic duo of Matt Sauceda (lead) and Logan McGowan (apprentice) doing our project. Their dedication to getting it right the first time, as well as their problem solving abilities and patience, made for a very successful project and outcome. Cesar and Steve from Re-bath really did a phenomenal job on the remodel of my Hallway restroom!!! It was converted from old tiled shower that was getting moldy ever after rigorous cleaning to a fantastic walk-in shower with seat and grab bars. The sink, roof, new light, and floor, lighted mirror all comes together to make it feel like a spa. It is way better lit then before with the new lights and the restrooms looks like it is part of a brand new home. It is exciting to have such a wonder job done with materials that are guaranteed to last for years to come. Phenomenal service! My experience with Re-Bath of San Antonio was just as good as anyone could hope for! I woke up on a Saturday morning only to find a leak coming from my second-floor bathroom. I called Re-Bath a couple of hours later and that afternoon I had two representatives in my house for an evaluation and quote. Yes, ya’ll heard me correct… on a SATURDAY! This guy named Alan came in and explained what they could do for me. Alan was just great in his explanation and did everything he could to get the job started as soon as possible. Was very pleased with the work David & Michael did, very professional and helpful with the whole process from the start to finish. When we had questions they were able to assist us. Was also pleased with the factor of how long the process took, we only did the tub/shower area but was expecting for the project on two bathrooms to take over a week. Took only 2 days per each bathroom to complete. Overall process was great, and definitely will refer friends to them!!Hugo and Julio did the plumbing piece and they were also very helpful with that aspect, and when we asked about the height of the shower head, he was able to raise it higher to accommodate for tall individuals. Great work all around!

From the time I initially called, I received excellent customer service. I was most satisfied with the performance of the installers, Roger and Larry. Within seconds of them walking in the door, they were like old friends. They took exceptional care to protect my house during installation and continuously cleaned throughout. I expected a beautiful and functional remodeled shower and thats exactly what I have. But I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and kind and just plain genuine these gentlemen were. We hired Rebath to remodel our master bathroom. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and up front. The two men that actually did the work was Nick and Logan, a father/son team. We could not be happier with the work they did. I was actually dreading the process, worried about the disruption to our lives while it was being done. But not only did they work quickly and efficiently, but were so kind and friendly and always kept us up to date on the progress being made. They also cleaned up after themselves every day when they were done. And the end result was fabulous! Better than I hoped for. We are hoping to remodel our front bathroom next and will definitely ask for Nick and Logan again!

I was extremely happy with the work David and Michael did in my bathrooms in my condo. They were so attentive to our needs and answering the many questions we asked. They kept the construction area picked up at the end of the day and clean. After finishing, they left the area cleaner than when they started. I had my shower replaced and new flooring installed for my bathroom. Mike and Matt were the Re-Bath professionals who did the work. They did an outstanding job, and now I have a beautiful shower and floor. I really like the product Re-Bath uses for the shower walls, which is a solid sheet with no grout lines to clean. I decided to go with the vinyl planks instead of tile for the floor, which is much easier to keep clean.

The main installer was Cesar Molina, he was outstanding. The company had some logistic issues which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. The price was a bit high but you get what you pay for. Cesar did excellent work, and the project manager Duane was understanding to our concerns, and addressed them as well as could be expected. Overall we are pleased with our remodeled master bathroom.

However, Production Manager Duane Dawson graciously compensated us with an upgrade in our project. He was extremely understanding, cordial, and professional. Nick & Logan were the 1st team to start on our project but took ill and a new team of Mike Cross and John Carrey took over. Nick & Logan did incredible work. Re-Bath was hired to convert our sunken shower to a bath tub/shower. Although there was a slight delay with the delivery of the tub. Once the tub arrived Steve worked swiftly to complete the project. My husband and I particularly liked how clean and dust free Steve and his team kept the work area. Ultimately we are very happy with the work that was done. Replaced a tub/shower with a walk in shower for my Mom. Team was professional and efficient. Install team led by Duane said it would be three days or so. They knew thier stuff and finished about 3PM on the second day. Its beautiful. Easy access for her, more room, grab bars and adjustable height showerhead, all new subfloor and flooring. A bit expensive but looking at the result I would call them again if the need ever arises.

I was out shopping at Lowes with my husband and kids looking for a couple of items for our house. My husband had gone to get some items to fix our backyard fence, and my kids and I went to get some cleaning supplies. I was trying to reach and grab an item, but was too short. I was very impressed with the Re-Bath experience. Coulter and Michael went above and beyond to make sure that the entire project was what I expected and much more. Not only were they highly efficient but they were very quiet and accomidating to my comfort of having the work done to my home. If I could rate higher then 5 stars I would!

We are so PLEASED with our Rebath experience. Everyone from the design consultant, Justin Whiteley, to the Customer Sevice Coordinator, Judy, to the installers David Villarreal and Michael, plus plummers, were Great. In 4 work days, our old bathtub was removed and 2 toilets replaced, and old floor coverings were replaced. Our restrooms look both refreshed and the new shower with seat and safety bars is safe for seniors to use. Loved that these folks really listened to our needs and met them. I recently had Cesar Molina do remodeling of two of my baths. One was converted into a shower while the other was replaced with another bath. Rebath is an excellent choice for the wet areas of your bathrooms They do excellent work and everything that they do has a lifetime warranty. Frank met us at our house to do a free consultation on what they could over us. Very professional and knowledgeable. Was not pushy but instead offered many options to fit our needs. Cesar was the gentlemen who completed thorough, professional, polite and was able to complete the job right the first time in a very timely manner. job. Went over everything before and after to make sure it was just the was we wanted it.. Would highly recommend him and his team!!!

Jarred and Matt serviced my drywall repair and cabinet installation needs. These guys are great and truly an asset to your organization. First, Jarred previewed and diagnosed my rebath needs before his actual installation date. This allowed for Jarred to streamline the work required and manage his work time (by minimizing time) that accommodated my schedule and surely rebath’s schedule.In essence, every minute Jarred was here was a productive minute. Jarred is also very detailed and transparent regarding his work and the status of the job. Often, Jarred asked me to view his work at certain points to educate me on the process and to keep me in the loop. As a consumer, this is invaluable customer service.Matt assisted Jarred on two occasions. During those times, I observed that Matt’s work assisted by overlapping with Jarred’s work to consolidate the project’s time. These two are a great team and I would highly recommend them for any of rebath’s future customers.

The Install Crew consisted of two workers, one plumber and one electrician to remodel our master bathroom. However, our bathroom was not overrun with all four men working at the same time.The plumber came as needed, to remove and replace previous piping with new, updated ones. He returned after the new bathtub surround walls and the double vanities were permanently installed in order to reconnect the water supply lines to the tub and to the sinks.The electrician worked in the same manner, to disconnect the previous light fixtures and to reconnect electrocal wiring to the new light fixtures.The two construction workers worked diligently each day with minimal breaks. They kept to schedule and remained a couple of hours later on two days til 5 ish to complete the days work.All workers were couteous with me and displayed a constant degree of high professionalism. They took very good care of our wood laminate floors, stemming from the front entrance door, up the stairway and throughout the master bedroom leading to the master bathroom. They placed heavy-duty brown paper onto the floors, removed the papers at the end of each workday, and would lay fresh paper the next day.Although I remained inside the house in rooms away from their work area, they earned my trust to come and go outside the house for materials and to take debris outdoors.They guys are the upmost professionals and performed quality work.I would definitely hire them again!C. He was extremely professional, meticulous, and he kept me informed the entire time he was working on the project. He was extremely punctual and completed the project ahead of schedule. We called Re-Bath to replace our garden tub/shower combo with a walk-in shower setup. From start to finish the process has been very smooth. They make every effort to get the job done while causing as little disruption as possible to our daily routine. Steve (framing/prepping/cleaning), Joseph (surround panels/surfaces and Jose (plumbing) were all extremely friendly and professional. Duane was also there to answer any questions I had and even called a window tint company to make sure we were satisfied.Highly recommend!

In Home consultation with Lisa was a good sign of good things to come: patient, helpful, awesome recommendations but most importantly, no high pressure sales pitch. Lead Tech, Larry extremely professional and courteous (not too often my 86 yr old mom feels comfortable with stranger in house); his work and those of the plumber and electrician outstanding. Dustin, production manager extremely flexible and extremely responsive! Highly recommend this great group of professionals!

The crew was very professional and kept an eye to detail. They were timely, polite, conscientious.We’re very happy with our remodeling project. We had Re Bath change out our bathtub to a stand up double shower. Our installer was Joseph. He was so knowledgeable and made sure that everything that he was doing was both accurate and what we had ordered. The glass door installer was Larry Ivy. We has a small issue with the wrong doors being delivered but Larry quickly notifed us of the error and reordered the correct doors which came in very quickly. Upon the installation of thd doors once again Larry made sure we were totally satisfied before he left. We will recommend Re Bath to everyone. You will not be disappointed at all.
