We’ve used them twice and will continue to do so. They are the kindest balloon company we’ve come across. They even took their time to help us hang a balloon banner that we bought on our own , (a previous company wouldn’t help us) not that we expected them to help , they saw us struggle and jumped in no problem. They have great hospitality and do SUCH an amazing job. We’ve been told our parties look like celebrity events !!! Love these guys !!!

Mr.cool events did an incredible job on my party tiffany’s themed party.You can tell in the balloons how much time and effort goes into the set up! They did an amazing job setting up and taking down and made the process look fast and easy. They did follow up and checked if i like the arrangement, they have spectacular customer service. These guys did an Awesome Job for our daughters first birthday party unicorn balloons and arch. It was a very easy process from the beginning to the end. Absolutely perfect! Happy Birthday Bouquet for my 16 year old was a hit! Beautiful green blue and turquoise flowers with balloon ribbons around the numbers. Plus it is sturdy and tall. Totally worth the detail. We will definitely be calling them again for future events.

These guys are the best! They went above and beyond for us at my boys 15th birthday event. Winds were strong and very unexpected. These guys stayed the whole drive thru event and made sure the balloons werent going any where so my boys could enjoy thier special day. Would definitely hire them again.
