The bail I was posting was 10k & I was told by everyone I called I needed to be a home owner to post bond. Now I’m not a home owner but I had bond in full $1000 & I’m employed. I had an excellent experience after a not so great night. I got arrested and could not get a hold of any of my friends that I actually had their phone numbers memorized. I was looking for a San Antonio bail bondsman and I saw River City Bail Bonds was actually in the same parking lot as the Bexar County Jail that I was in. I released my possessions to them while I was in jail and they charged my credit card and I got out a while later. They were super nice and everything was great (except for getting arrested in the first place). A little over a year later my case got dismissed and the owner, Clay, called me and made sure the address on file was the one I wanted my collateral check sent to. It was and a few days later I got my check. I hope I dont get arrested again, but if I get arrested in San Antonio, River City Bail Bonds will be my first call!
