Awesome dealership. Salesman Chris Garza knew what I was looking for and did not pressure me. He let me take my time in making my decision. Its been 3 months since my purchase and we still keep in touch. An A+ associate.

They took over 6 months to complete the WE OWE YOU list. It wasnt for lack of material or equipment the people working here care aboit one thing and one thing alone. Amd customer satisfaction isnt it. I purposely sent my truck in somewhat dirty on the exterior They come back and tell me the truck was wax detailed and buffed. Funny cause it looks the same as when I took it in with the same dirt it went in with. If I dont call them to follow up the items would still be undone. Another one is I took them my truck to get a center council fix they call me back say I can come pick it up so I decided to go on my lunch break since its up the road and it was ready to go.. I show up and they have the center council in pieces and takes them 2 hours to put it back together. And come to find out they didnt even replace the light cause they broke it so I have the center council hanging not flushed with the liner. When they get the new council in they come pick up the truck replace it and I told them no matter what I needed the truck back no later then 4pm they said its more than enough time to get it done. They called me at 3 pm saying they where on their way. They should up at 5 with half a tank of fuel missing. And I know it was half a tank cause I had just filled it up that morning and they are 3.4 miles away. As much as I hate to give them business on my services I bought the warranty for a reason. Other than that I will never buy a vehicle from these fools ever again.

The Service Rep Chris was great Thx Chris! It was downhill from him tho because not only did it take the Svc Dept 3 days to diagnose my problem they are waaay pricey, as most dealers are, but come on 1000 to replace my 2014 Chrysler 200 starter was OVER THE TOP Chrysler Dodge and that was after I FOUND a 15% off coupon on THEIR website that they didnt even bother to mention...NOT COOL!

So i decided to give the dealership another chance at redeeming itself and they have yet again failed. I attempted to make an appointment to get a recall done and was told they could only get the parts on next Tuesday. I told them I was not available and that i needed later in the week when i was off work. I was told there was nothing they could do for me and basically told me they would not fix a factory recall and to else where. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING!!!

Their customer service was absolutely terrible. Took in for a recall that should have taken 4 hours they had it for a day and a half and I had to call them to check on it. Then I sat on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for them to even answer the first time.

Disappointed with the service I received. Despite being a loyal customer and had purchased another new car from themI had to go knock on sales MGR door to get assistance from the service side since everyone just pretend they didn’t even care to ask if I need help to find someoneAll I wanted was to get my Jeep serviced.I was told by a young lady rep that Jeep simple PM and is proprietary to dealership only.get this. No third party shop have the tools to work on a grand Cherokee. Not even A summit or SRTI understand if I were driving my Mercedes that have certain needs/part that must be worked on by dealership- over priced. Which I already expected at s dealership-the reps and her tech did not have knowledge to address my questions and concerns.I will not be back. I wish I could return my car just to make a point. Money is not the most important factor for me but i was treated as if I don’t have the money to spend.Don’t judge a book by its cover.

This place does not have quality customer service. I bought a certified pre-owned 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trail hawk from this dealership. I was promised that my fender flares would be fixed from my sales rep. I have texts saying it would be taken care of. When I would call or text to follow up I would be ignored/given no response. I even went to a body shop who called to discuss the issue and no response along with Jeep headquarters. They have no military appreciation and if you’re a single female good luck. I will be getting my Jeep fixed then selling my Jeep to never buy any Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram again. My husband won’t be buying Dodge again and we will be switching over to Chevy.
