Ive used Texasns Choice Insurance for quite some time now for my auto policy and brought my home policy over to Roger as well after several years of being only auto.The good: Roger is very knowledgeable and will always shop for you to be sure that you have great coverage at the most affordable rate/premium you can get for that level of coverage.The bad: Roger can sometimes be hard to reach. However, I keep in the back of my mind that Im not his only customer and I deal with it. However, Ive had to remind him a few times of my calls or why I called. Thats primarily the reason for the 4 stars vs 5.However, since Ive been using him for my insurance, hes also brought on Ruth. Shes great to speak with, courteous, professional, and has really grown into the role from when I first spoke with her.

Roger with Texans Choice, insures both my business, and my home on the beach, in Port Aransas, TX.Hurricane Harvey, a CAT 4 Hurricane, destroyed Port Aransas in August 2017. I am still seeing and hearing the horrible stories about insurance companies, from my neighbors, friends, and fellow business owners, who are STILL waiting for Payment- after 2 yrs?!!!I received full payment for damages, prompt, and without issue, and I received a personal call, literally, when I was driving to evacuate with my dogs, to personally reassure me that my home was covered for any loss and that I need not worry, that the only irreplaceable things were with me in that car. I will never forget that call. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to insure my home in the beach, or my business, as a business owner. Bad service, I needed a very special quote and they told me they would get it for me in a week or less and after two months they told me they can’t help. The worst part is that I was very patient but the staff told me every time I called to ask that they will call me back with some info and never got a call! Not even once.
