We changed State Farm agents a few years ago. This is a challenging process, but it transitioned in a timely manner. This agency updated our home value after the past SF agent had it under insured by $65K. Allen and his staff are great. They are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.

Honestly had a really bad experience with this agent. He is unprofessional and very rude. Spend your money else where and hire a new agent. Allen Kaufman if you even want to call him a real agent is the guy you should not be spending your hard earned money with. I ended up switching agents due to the fact he couldn’t keep a nice bedside manner. Do you even deserve to run a business at the rate your going ?

Really was not sure what happened, but unprofessional and rip offs had to be here in place.However, been better in canceling my home and auto and more in line with USAA.. cant be wrong with that. Just better than state fraud. I was not treated with respect but I deemed more than that by not yielding here again.
