I have 2004 Monte Carlo and Ive had a electrical issue with the turn signal for years. I took it to Thousand Oaks automotive several times and they tried to fix it until the gave up..what a waste of my time. So I called Go Pro and they recommended I go to Anahauc. These guys took their time and got the electrical issue solved... now I can get the car inspected and registered. I highly recommend them for electrical your car needs.

2nd time i come here. and AGAIN im disappointed i was told to check my jeep for a shortage it be $45 i went the guy asked what was going on i explained water got in from the light fixtures and my radio stopped working and cigarette port also the sun roof i said the radio works now i said my jeep has died on me and theres a short somewhere ,honestly dont think the guy was listening ..i paid $72 just for them to change 1 fuse i asked why so much he said bc he had checked 3 things! Mind u my jeep now completely dies smh. And i thought they would do a diagnostic to check it all. I wish the workers would be more elaborate with the prices and at least tell me this before hand

Before i bought my car took it to them for a scan/ inspection to make sure everything was working well and came back to have my new Cadillac Escalade serviced and HID lights installed on my fog lights. personnel were very knowledgeable and attentive to the task at hand. even double checked the spark plugs the auto parts store delivered and caught that they dropped of plugs that were incorrect. most other shops would just throw it in or make it work. overall great experience and good prices!!

Went in for an electric issue on my Jeep and was out the door in less than an hour.

I went for my break lights of my car were not working they fixed it like in 30 min then days later it wasnt working again , took it back on a friday around one, no one called to tell me it be there till Monday & at that I had to call today to see if it was ready the guy said yes when I went I drove off thinking all was good but nope!, the same lights dont work only the blinker &now both front lights dont work& back lights ..may the owner please get in touch with me!...

Im mad because they screwed me they charged me for parts but i found out they didnt even buy all the parts i needed. They still charged as if they did the job right. People be careful with this auto shop they skip corners. They quote one price but at the end they charge you much more be careful.

Did a great job in a timely manner. Although they kept saying theyd send someone to find a piece I needed, yet, never found it. Meantime, since I got tired of waiting after a week and a half, I called around and found it myself..

Good place for electric problems and mechanical problems they are honest and explain what the problem is or may be. As a new mechanic time is of the essence when it comes to electric because you want the job done never rush a good mechanic.

Took a while but the owner finally got my work going on my chrysler...after a few phonecalls,Jose made it right...and a percentage off...He has my Business from now on...deal with Jose...

I will never come here again the business has gone down the drain the messed up my whole alignment and told me to go the next day to fix it. When I showed the next day they said they would work on it and it would take 2 hours. when I came back my truck was put to the side and not worked on, with the windows where left down in the rain. The inside of my truck got wet and they did not fix the alignment. They don’t care about your safety and the danger of having a bad alignment or about your vehicle. I’m stuck with my truck driving worse than when I brought it in. The worst part was they didn’t want to give me my money back for making my truck worse that’s when I brought it in. Never go here!!!!!

This place wasted my whole day they first ordered the wrong part from ford. Then when it finally arrived they installed the part. The reason why i took it to the shop is that my differential was making a lot of noise. Well after the repair was done the truck still made the same sound and he told me he replaced one of the front wheel hubs which is not where the problem was. When i asked why the problem wasnt fixed he said well the wheel hubs have to get changed eventually. Thats ridiculous of course many things have to get changed in automobiles over time but when you take it to a mechanic shop you take it for a reason thats supposed to get seen to. Not hey fix what ever you want even though the starter has to get replaced. So i really gave them $400 for a repair that i did not ask for. This place is ridiculous i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Good service for your vehicle

I got a quote there for a starter rebuild, $35. I called again to double check and they told me the same thing, $35. Three days later, I went to pick up the part and was told it was $65.00. Plus, they dont answer the phone during business hours or they have people answering that dont know what theyre talking about. Stay away. Theyre incompetent.

Took my car at 12 got it back at 6 I was told they’ll have the diagnostic ready in 1 hour, 4 hours later showed up my car was in the same spot not touched at all they lied to my face and said I couldn’t find the problem and they said can I leave it over night it is my car to go to work so I couldn’t, he told me to come back at 5:30 I come back car is ready he found the problem we go inside charges me $70 for a diagnostic that was only supposed to be $35 his excuse was “it was a lot of work” never taking anyone there wouldn’t recommend coming at all so basically I paid $70 dollars for a diagnostic that took 6 hrs to do WASTE OF TIME!!!

Trust, communication and service is what this company lacks. Just a Total let down. I should have seen the reviews before having any service done here.

Horrible service do not go here spend your hard earned money on someone who can fix it and not make it worst..I got my transmission rebuilt 2 months ago and the truck still has the same issue with even worst sounds I’ve been calling for about a week now since I had a one year warranty but no answer.

This place rigged my vehicle and burnt my a/c compressor on my vehicle. They just created a worse problem. Now im in 102 degree weather in a minivan with my children and no way to fix it because it was all the money i had.

Worst place ever i really do not recommend anyone to go here they charge way to much for nothing!!

Anahuac installed a new air conditioning for less then half of what the Chevy dealership quoted me and they gave me a year warranty included.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience there,I went there to get a electrical problem fix,and in return,I received to more problems on top of that.My dashboard was cracked and Jose(owner son)told me he would fix it.Well on several occasions I tried calling and no response,so I attempted to go in person,Again was promised it would get fix.well its been about 2months and no call backs,On top of that Im still having issues with the electrical,but was told i would have to pay a separate fee.I was very disappointed with there service and empty promises.Unfortunately I have to say this is a place I will never use again and will not recommend.
