I had a bunch of little dings on my hood roof and trunk so I brought it to their shop for a free estimate. The guy estimating my vehicle promised that they could fix everything with paintless dent removal but come to find out they actually cut my roof off and replaced my hood. If I knew that I would have brought my vehicle to caliber since they would have done a better job.

Dent Dawg did a great job on my Raptor after it was hit with some hail, and the sister company, Glass Dawg, came through after some knuckleheads decided to break into the truck to steal my radar detector. Owner is top notch, and always does whats right. Disregard any of those fake 1 star reviews...haters will hate.

Dent dawgs or dawging dents...... you tell me because my vehicle looks worse after they repaired it than it did before. I have multiple spots along my vehicle that have cracked clearcoat and these guys got paid to paid it and didnt even paint it!

They let my f-150 sit for 7 days and when I came in to check on it they still where unable to produce an estimate or anything that my insurance company requested from them. Needless to say they definitly dropped the ball - if they end up doing me right I will change this review to a 5 star but currenty I am unsatisfied with the lack of follow up from this company.

I was reccomended to dent dawgs by a friend because they offered my friend $500 to refer me in. Now my friend regrets it after seeing the lack of craftstmanship and pride they put in to their work. Anyone should take pride in any job they do but i feel like I never received that from dent dawgs.

Went to Dent Dawgs back in 2020 to have my hail damage repaired --- 1 year later my sunroof is leaking and I have paint flaking off of my vehicle. I was swindled by their pretty website but their hail damage repair isnt so pretty.

Annoying sales guys! These guys are ruthless ive had a flyer placed on my car 7 times this week. How many times do we have to not contact you to stop putting these annoying flyers that stick to my car?!?!

I lost my father to COVID19 January of this year and had his baby a 2000 BMW 323i shipped from California to Texas. I remember when he bought it, he was so excited to tell me the great news. It was a big accomplishment for him. My father worked a lot, so he couldnt enjoy his car like he wanted to and over 20 years it acquired a lot of dings and dents just sitting in the garage. I remember how much that annoyed him. Long story short, I arrived at Dent Dawg 5 minutes after they closed on a Friday. Instead of dismissing me, Chris took the time to look at every single little dent and ding on my fathers car. They hire illegal help when I showed up nobody they had working could speak any english. This is definitly not the environment I prefer to bring my vehicle to.

If you havent dropped your vehicle off with these guys yet then dont! They promised my car back in 2 weeks it has now been over a month and I am still without my vehicle.

Dent Dawg was recommended to me and it paid off.Jeremy at Dent Dawg took excellent care of me.They were flexible with drop off and pick up - had a drop box to drop it off later after business hours, and were OK with me leaving the car an extra day until I could return for it.Their standards for their were definitely higher than my own and I was described by Jeremy as being anal retentive. My car is nothing special there are many like it, but it goes without saying I take care of my things. They fixed the ding in my heart.Will definitely always word of mouth recommend them.

They tried to hit my insurance company over the head on pricing in order to cover my deductible. I removed my vehicle from their shop and brought it someplace my insurance reccomended.

I had a little ding on my trunk caused by my mountain bikes shock absorber banging against it when unloading it from the carrier rack for a ride at a trail head. I took my car in and Chris got right on it and erased the ding--it was magic. When I reviewed the work, I could not tell exactly where the ding was. Wow! I stated. (Take a look at the before and after photos.) I highly recommend this place. A body shop would have charged around $500 to fix this damage; Dent Dawg got it done for a flat $100. I have told my friends who have ding damages on their vehicles about this shop. Chris, it was a pleasure to meet you and PC.

My insurance company told me to use dent dawgs, what a mistake - they made sure to take every shortcut to save the insurance company money and to cause me delays.

Three questions that most want to know:1) Do they do good work? YES, I went in with 2 dents in the fender and when they were done, you would never know they were there. Completely fixed.2) Are they fast? YES, I was under the gun with a rental car that I needed to turn in that day (and avoid the damage charges). They got me in same day, in and out, in a little over an hour.3) Are they cheap? NOOOO...... unfortunately, no. The charge for the little over an hour work was $300. Im currently telling my kids to forget about law school and the measly $200 per hour earning potential that comes with student loans, open a dent shop, and make the big bucks.

If I could give them 25 Stars I would. Robert let me watched as he performed what I thought was miracles on my restored 1989 Chevy StepSide. I had got a quote for 4 dents but Robert took like 12-14 dents out and never charged me any more then the original quote plus...he ask Are you a Veteran? I said yes and guess what? Another 20 dollars off!. If you have dents - go to Robert at Dent Dawg. You will never regret how you get treated.

These people at Dent Dawgs are fantastic! I was the victim for the May 27th hails storm that caused over 90 dents on my wifes car and over 60 on my car and cracked my windshield. With this amount of damage, my cars were in the shop for many days and they kept me updated to how the repairs were coming along constantly. In addition, my car required a special repair under the windshield unrelated to the hail and could only be fixed when the windshield is removed. Dent Dawgs coordinated a special time for me to come out to their shop and they let me fix my minor repair. IT WAS VERY NICE to get that type of individual attention. I would advise anyone to get their car / truck fixed at DENT DAWGS!

I’d been looking for someone to repair a small dent on the hood of my Audi. Found them at Dent Dawg! Texted pictures and got an estimate back very quickly. I asked if they could take me in that day and they did. In and out very quickly and dent repaired beyond my expectations. Best part was the bill was very reasonable! Don’t hesitate to call and use them. Clean office and shop and very courteous. Jeremy did scare me when I saw him with the plasma cutter, sledge hammer and diamond saw - but in the end it all worked out! I cant explain how amazing the people are. GREAT customer service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Chris walked me out to my truck and looked at the damage my truck had right away. He also quoted me on the spot for other dents. I had a deep dent in my door that I highly doubted anyone could get out other than a body shop, after 3 hours of hard work they were able to remove it, as well as the other 5 dents in my driver side. GREAT pricing and I walked out with a huge smile. I will go back to Dent Dawg every time I get even a minor ding because I like the people and the work so much. I brought my vehicle in to get an estimate for a fairly deep ding in the hood of my car. The crew said they could get to work on it right away if I had time to hang out for a bit. After less than 20 minutes, the ding had been completely removed. I was charged what I consider to be an extremely reasonable price for the promptness and quality of the work. I will definitely be returning.

After Robert took a look at my Black 2009 Ford F250 with 230,000 miles and multiple panels with the usual wear dent accumulation, I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Arriving at 9:00 AM Robert and Jeremy took the truck in and WOW!!...2 hours later the dents were gone, even one on the hood that I had very low expectations that it would be remotely repairable. Took my 2016 Toyota Corolla that had a couple of dings on each door here. Jeremy took a look at the car and I felt confident that he would take care of everything. I first contacted them online, submitted a photo of the dent in the fender of my truck and within the hour I had an estimate in my email. I was surprised at how low the estimate was which made me a little skeptical. I cannot express enough how wonderful the experience was here. The service was fast, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was excellent. I had a couple of small dents in the tailgate of my 2011 Tundra. Every time I walked around the truck it just drove me crazy to see these little blemishes. I called Chris and sent some pictures to him via my Smartphone and he said that he thought they could take care of the dents. He suggested coming by the shop for a better look. I took the truck by the shop and Jeremy said they could fix it. I made an appointment and took it in for repair and they fixed not only the dents I saw but a couple others that they saw once they put the light on the panel. The repair was done in way less amount of time than they had originally told me and the tailgate looks great. The pricing was very reasonable also. The whole experience was great, very professional and made me feel like my little repair was as important to them as the bigger jobs they had in the shop. I even got to see how they put the light on a panel to be repaired and how many little dents were actually on the panel that couldnt be seen without the light. I had someone open their car door and hit mine, I called Chris at Dent Dawg and he was the nicest guys who gave me a bunch of info over the phone. When I got there after I called, he came out and greeted me by my first name right off the bat. They were very good and professional. These guys knocked it out of the park with the repair job, there is absolutely no way you can tell there were dents there. I took my 370z in to get looked at for a small dent thTvotherwise would have cost me $1200 to repair.I did not end up getting the dent popped because they were honest with me and told me the dent would crack the paint if popped. Guys at Dent Dawg where awesome today. Took the car in for a quote on a small dent on my driver side rear door and they had me in and out including the quote in 20 mins. My wife had a nasty dent in the side of her car, and after a recommendation from a friend, we brought her car to Dent Dawg. We were quoted an extremely reasonable price, and within 24 hours the dent was completely gone! The car looks brand new now! I’m going to be bringing my mustang to them next. Jeremy was very honest with me. After he gave me an estimate he advised me to make sure that I got a quote from my dealership to make sure I spent the least amount of money fixing my car. He said I didnt make sense for me to pay more with his shop if the dealership would charge less. Turned out that the dealership would charge me more. So I set up the appointment and it took a day and half to get my car back. He did an amazing job and explain es everything that was done. A car in front of me on the highway ran over a construction shovel, sending it flying at my car at about 65mph. The damage to my car was quite significant, to put it lightly. The shovel hit between the headlight and wheel-well on the drivers side of my 2010 Honda Accord. Im lucky it wasnt 18 higher or it might have come through the windshield and right at my head. Needless to say, although I was fortunate to not be hurt or cause an accident, I was pretty bummed about the giant eye-sore my car was now sporting.I heard about Dent Dawg from a friend, and was skeptical that the damage on my car was something that could be repaired. It was a large, creased dent that was next to the headlight and in the body lines of the car. I contacted Chris and he said to simply take a picture of it, and text it to him. Within a few seconds he told me he could handle it and make it look good as new. I set up an appointment for the following week, and within 90minutes of arriving at Dent Dawg, my car looked good as new, as if it had never happened….UNREAL!!Thank you Dent Dawg, Thank you Chris. Chris and his team care about their customers and work with them to solve their problems. He took my old car and make it sell ready. Reliable and finished the job when they said they would. Dent Dawg should be your first choice to remove dents. I had a small dent and was skeptical that it could be removed without taking it to a body shop but Dent Dawg removed the dent and you cant tell there ever was one. Chris and his crew are top notch!!! I found them by accident while getting a quote for some window repairs from a hail storm and had been fighting with my insurance company over my auto claim and the amount they paid me for damage. I had already had one check issued and another supplement that I had found for but then the Glass Dawg guys told me about Dent Dawg (same owner) so I called Chris up and told him my story. I brought my SUV in and he met with my insurance adjuster and we had another supplement. He got me several things that insurance was giving me a hard time about. My original claim literally tripled! Thats insurance for you, and Chris did a great job handling it all. I also brought in my husbands car and he got more on his car too.As far as the quality of work goes, its awesome! He took care of all of the items on our list and communicated regularly with us throughout the process! My husband and I were really impressed with Dent Dawg, and Im a very detailed person with super high expectations and he definitely earmed my business for life! (P.S. Hes a total dog lover and has helped several dogs to live a wonderful life that many people would have given up on...I learned that by asking a lot of questions when I met him. Hes a super nice guy btw.) On top of all of that, he ended up fixing my trunk when it randomly stopped auto opening and closing the morning I brought my SUV in...turns out a screw came lose and it was disabled but he went in and found the screw with a magnet and fixed it. That saved my hundreds of dollars from the dealership Im sure. Cant say enough about Chris and the way he does business. Now hes helping me with my window claim with his Glass Dawg business as well. Also, great people there!

I am very happy with the work I had done. The owner was very friendly and did a perfect job. I hope I don’t get another dent but if I do I will return here.
