Amazing communication and where very professional when helping retrieve the vehicle to get our belongings.

No problems, security guys were nice directed us where to go and gave good instructions,all our items were retrieved from the car 🚗 the place is huge, it was quite a wait to see our car😏

I did NOT donate my vehicle. It had been in an accident and that is where my insurance company stored my van until they decided what they were going to do with it. Nice employees clean place. Quickly retrieved my vehicle and they had already gathered my personal property.

Got my car back had a hard time getting it back a whole day calling back and forth to them and to the insurance found that my car had scratches on the windshield and they were not there I will call them and let them know what happened to my car.
