Don’t spend your money here!We purchased a washer/dryer set and refrigerator from A Used Appliance Outlet on 6/18/2021/. We asked to have an ice maker installed in the freezer portion of the fridge. We were told that there were to be an uncharge of $50 for the ice maker and the installation costs. We paid the total amount due and awaited delivery. The delivery date of the items we purchased was 6/24/2021 only to find that a used ice maker was installed in the freezer. The washer/dryer had a couple of issues but the owner came over and fixed those things on 6/25/2021. We have not as of yet had any more issues with the washer and dryer.On the evening of Thursday, 7/1/2021 (2 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY), our refrigerator started losing temperature. We called A Used Appliance Outlet on Friday, 7/2/21 and spoke with Jay (one of the workers in the store) and was told that the owner was out at the time, but would contact us upon his return. Today is Sunday, July 4th, 2021. Our refrigerator stopped working completely on 7/2/2021 and we lost all of our food as a result of this. We still HAVE NOT heard back from the owner concerning this matter. The refrigerator cost us $375.00 plus tax and a delivery fee of $45.00, that we are now out of.So, it hasn’t been a month since we received our appliances. Today is 7/20/2021 and the dryer went out. We had to dry our clothes twice on the heavy towel setting in order to get thin cotton shirts dry. Needless to say, we are in the market to purchase a new dryer. I guess the washer is next?I’m saddened by this company’s policies, his lack of concern and even more disappointed that they don’t stand behind their products. He doesn’t care that people choose to purchase from his establishment. He’s not grateful for your business and he certainly DOES NOT care about the money you’ve lost because you chose to invest in products purchased from him.I guess we were just another sucker who willingly gave of their time and money in exchange for products he sells that hasn’t lasted a month.I hope this helps you from falling victim to being his next unsatisfied customer!

I would give this less than 1 star. Absolutely no A/C in the tiny store, the worker never acknowledge us when we came in, and their supply of W/D was very limited abd they were all old appliances. We could do better shopping on Craigslist!

Would leave no stars if I could. We moved in to a new house and my gf bought a fridge and samsung washer/dryer set the day we moved in while I was work. Washer never worked as expected. Dryer quit after 3 weeks. They blamed washer on us not knowing how to load it and dryer because the washer wasnt working properly. They hooked up fridge and couldnt get the water/ice maker to work because of a leak in the hose. Came back with new hose and blamed a faulty valve in the door. Took our washer for a week and a half and still didnt fix it. I spent $43 and 20 minutes and now the washer works as good as new. Dont trust this shady business

So far our experience has been good hoping it continues as we get our washer and dryer. update as weve had our washer and dryer now for awhile. first off installation was a breeze they showed up with all necessary parts and had them in and running in no time. We have been putting them through the ringer to make sure everything holds up so far they work amazing cant even tell they are used super satisfied.

Purchased a washer and dryer from this company..when we put it in our apt, the dryer did not work. we called this company and they said that it is whatever. after trying to talk to them, they stated that they have a warranty, but would not help us. We paid over 200 for someone to tell us what is wrong and here is what it said...Manufacturer: Kenmore Model: 110.60712990 Customer Reported: The unit does not heat up. Diagnostic Performed: 1- The heating element burned out. 2- The thermal cut off fuse needs to be replace. 3- The timed contact was melted,which cause the unit not to cycle the heat on and off.This is the kind of work they do. they dont even give you the warranty they tell you about. DONT BUY FROM THEM! When we tried to use the unit, They told me the damage was done in the move from San Antonio to Georgia. Really? from what planet do things melt while 60 degrees in a truck traveling?We had to call the Fire Department for all the damages that happened. When the fire department view all the damage, they stated it was the dryer. they removed the unit. But this not so great company wants to take any blame.we paid 650 for a set and were never able to use them.how sad that this company take peoples money and wont even stand by their word or warranty!

If I could give zero stars I would. I called them to repair a washing machine. They said it would take 7-10 days for the parts to come in. 3 weeks later parts were never ordered and they wanted to use parts to match from their shop.

Be warned! Bought a refrigerator on 8/18/20. It never got quite cold enough and freezer never froze. Saturday the fridge was warm. Sadly, when I called A Used Appliance Outlet, where it was purchased, I was met with a hefty trip charge plus parts and labor. The trip charge could have been waived at the very least.

My daughter bought a used washer and dryer. The dryer didn’t work and the person I talked to said “ it is what it is.” They are crooked people and don’t waste your time to buy from them. Several companies in the area with good reviews. They don’t know anything about customer service and or helping the customer.....BEWARE!!!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A STOVE FROM THESE CROOKS. We bought a used stove about 3 months ago for our rental property that did work but had some yellow foam in the interior stove underneath the pan (out of sight). Our tenant tried to use the stove but due to the yellow foam material was unable to use it as it smoked inside. We called the owner and he refused to assist us with this issue. He informed us all appliances are tested prior to selling. If that were the case they would’ve noticed the black smoke from the interior stove. I requested to pay for someone to come and look at it and clean it, which he refused. I requested if we can do a clean swap out for a similar stove, he refused. Word to the wise, have them test everything in front of you and allow a few minutes to ensure there is no material inside that will burn. See photos in their FB page.

Absolutely the WORST place ever! Price gouged for $70 to deliver and $300 fridge that quit working after two weeks! The owner is rude and condescending to customers. Getting a repair on warranty is like pulling teeth. Already warning lots lofnfolks not to go there

I dont think I have ever had a better experience purchasing something as I did with the refrigerator we just bought at A Used Appliance Outlet. From the time we stepped in the door to buy it until the time they stepped out the door after the installation it was smooth. No pushy salesman, no excuses, no run around. Johnny did an excellent job of installation. I cant thank them enough. If your looking for a good quality appliance at a fair price you need to come here first

They were very sweet and helpful. I had not bought an appliance in years. They were very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them. They even deliver and help set up. I support small business. I do wish the warranty was longer than 45 days. Many offer a full year. That is the only thing I am disappointed with though. Other than that, great service, people, courtesy, everything you would want.

I purchased a Kenmore Elite refrigerator, and a washer/dryer set from A used app. in January 2020. As of September the fridge has stopped working. I called A Used app. and they had their repair man come check it out. He touched the compressor (which was working, and so was the fan), and said that it needed to be replaced. I talked with the owner who sold us the fridge, which was his newest and most expensive in stock, and said he would do us a deal and replace the compressor for $800 (which is what we paid for the fridge originally).So I used our insurance to get another company to come take a look. A knowledgeable technician with proper gauges and tools said that it was a freon leak. He also said he was hesitant to even work on the fridge because of all the re wiring and changed parts that A used app. had used to put this fridge together. He said if he fixed the leak he would inevitably be back again and again because this fridge was a mess!I strongly suggest that you purchase a appliances elsewhere. I learned the hard way that getting the best price is not going to lead to the best deal and ultimately you will have to pay more in the long run. I can say that our washer & dryer are decent, but am certainly concerned that there will be issues in the near future.DONT GET SOLD ON THE PRICE! GET A PRODUCT THAT WILL LAST FROM A COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST. NOT A USED APPLIANCE.

As a long-time property manager I can say that it is very difficult to find a repair company that isnt either incompetent or trying to sell you upgrades/replacements. That has not been my experience here. The owner is extremely competent, priced very fair, and can advise you of the cost prior to beginning work ...because sometimes it WOULD just be cheaper to replace it. I waited a few months after repairs to write this review, but more than 90 days later we have had no problems with the microwave or refrigerator repair. I am a VERY SATISFIED customer. Thanks!

Store only deals in used appliances

We just moved here and needed a decent washer and dryer for our house that we are renting. This place is a little hidden but we found it and couldn’t be happier. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They had delivery and set up available. We got a great set for a great price. They also were great when it came to testing it out and giving us some pointers on the machines. We would highly recommend them.

This place is super affordable and so quick. We had excellent communication about my instal. The deliver fee was reasonable.I will definitely refer this place.

The owner yells at you and gave me a hassle when I told him to cancel the order. I called Visa to resolve the issue. By the time you pay for the product and it breaks down twice in 6 months i would recommend new

I was greeted right away when I arrived, and Gene walked me around to different washers/dryers and explained which brands he would recommend. They were very fairly priced (It cost about $450-$475 for a decent set). Admittedly, I thought about buying a set for cheaper from a neighborhood app, but this place offers you a warranty and delivery, which you cant get if you buy a set off of a person. Gene set up the washer and dryer very quickly and tested them before he left. My only complaint would be that they couldnt give me an estimated time of arrival. While that wasnt a huge problem for me because I can work from home if need be, I can see how that would be a problem for someone who doesnt have that option.

Dont buy a dryer here. I bought a pair washer/ dryer. The washer is working great. The dryer has to run 4 times to dry a small load. I bought full size appliances to be able to wash and dry a full size load. Ive been calling them within my warranty time frame and they say its not covered. Consumer Beware. Next complaint is to Better Business Bureau! Not happy. I spent over $550, included delivery and setup. Heres an update after so many reads on my review the guy told me it was the vent hose that was not allowing it to properly vent. This assessment was made over the phone they would not drive 15 min away. Anyway, it now takes 2-3 drying spins. As a good business owner, I would have sent someone out to check the vent hose, since it was part of their installation process.

Bought a fridge from them about a year ago for a good price... However, weve had issues with it since we bought it (ice maker not working, fridge/freezer not keeping temperature). Theyve come out to fix it three times but still has major issues. Just bought a new fridge to replace. Overall I think there can be real value from buying from here (we also bought a dryer from them that works great so far) but if you are trying to buy a fancier fridge, just know there is risk involved.

Bought a scratch-and-dent washer. Got a decent deal on it. The best part was they delivered 30 minutes after I left on a Saturday...almost too fast. If you dont see any updates, that means the washer is still going strong.

Craigslist might be cheaper, but at least when you buy a used appliance here you can bring it back if it doesnt work! Our transaction was quick and easy. Not much available parking, but it was sufficient while we were there. They took our old broken dryer with no charge, and helped us unload/load. Good business.

Tons of used appliances here. For a fee they offer set up and delivery. My brother bought a washer and dryer here and the owner/staff were helpful.

These guys went out of their way to treat the customer like family. They delivered same same day even though they were busy. Check this out the washer nob broke while I was using it, I called, they came by immediately and fixed it. These guys know how to keep customers happy. Many blessing to these guys.

Record any conversation you have here, they will try to bring you a completely different machine than the one you agree on.The appliances seem to work decently, they do seem to like to take short cuts on repairs, whatever works I guess.

This place was disgusting. First, there were so many mosquitoes in the store, I will be surprised if I dont die from malaria. Second, the appliances were filthy . I understand they are used, but clean them before trying to sell them . Who would buy a fridge with maggots crawling in it? Third, the store smelled like mildew, along with all the washers in there. Its a horrible place. I went to the Sears outlet and got way better deals.

The man working was very nice and helpful. But dude, the place is gross and unkept, he had to take an appliance on a dolly to a 2nd building, then take the wires coming out of the appliance and connect to a different plug via electric tape to be able to plug into a real appliance outlet to test a machine.....There were tons of machines sitting out back of the 2nd back building in mud and grass and dirty. The machines in the shop were all filthy. Then it didnt test right and I ended up using the dolly to cart the appliance back in. This place is not worth going to unfortunately, unless you are a gambler
