Just moved here in February, ac went out in April it took them over 5 days to do anything about it. It finally starts working. Fast forward to May ac goes out again, again I call..going to be 3 days now still waiting for somebody to come look at it. If I could post a picture of how they have the ac unit outside my apartment building I would. It’s completely left open, wires exposed on the side just hanging out and there isn’t even a cover on the unit itself to protect it from leaves and junk. So yeah playing the waiting game once again. Think twice before signing a lease here. I’m already over it and it’s only been 3 months

Great spot to live and so far so good. The staff is really friendly and always accommodating! Nice apartments inside and out, except the parking can get taken up quite easily, specially if your coming home at night. Friendly neighbors that always welcome you! Overall, not a bad place to live! Maintenance has kept up nicely with everything also!

I have lived here for 4+ years, started my family here and love every part of the area. From the calm, peaceful neighbors to the rapid service from the maintenance team. Also the current management team is by for the most understanding and respect in years! Happy to call it home.

There are some many issues at these apartments. First if you want to do laundry forget it. The laundry machines use a laundry card that you have to load. But the only way to refill it is with the machine in the office which is now constantly closed and you can NEVER refill it. Second the property is bad, I mean buildings burnt down, trash bins always overflowing, green pool, many mentioned roaches in their building and basically no management whatsoever when you need them.

Lived Here A Few Months & it is a great starter place. The ladies in the office are very friendly & got us in quickly. Everybody stays to themselves for the most part. The grounds are kept up with & Maintenance responds in fair amount of time.

I have lived here for a few months- neighbors are very friendly but mostly everyone keeps to themselves. Complex is quiet at night, I do not have any noise complaints. This is a great apartment complex for the price you are paying. Apartment leasing agents are very professional and friendly. I would recommended anyone to move here, its a nice community.

Parliament Bend Apts is a great place to live, very quiet and friendly neighbors. The staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful, when they see you outside they make a point of saying hi and asking how my day is going.

Took my brother to look for apartments and the woman that works there Jennifer made us feel very welcome, she didn’t pressure us at all and her personality during the tour was very comfortable , I felt like I could express any concerns and questions to this individual without feeling silly , I truly admire this kind of customer service due to the rarity of being genuine Now a days thank you young lady for helping us out !

These are apartments are disgusting. Maintenance is terrible, the 3rd party that comes and redoes the counter tops and bathtubs are terrible. I had a roach and flea problem that was not addressed accordingly. Not to mention they make you sign an addendum at the beginning of the lease that states they use lead paint which is super dangerous especially if you have animals and children. Would not recommend these apartments at all. Oh and front office acts like they do not care about anything at all. I get the covid rules however if I ask to see a show apartment one should be available even if its a virtual or zoom tour. Smh I have apartment management experience and this was terrible.

Was looking for a place for my son. They were very nice and pilot. My son didnt move there but thought lady in office was very sweet to show me apartment and try to help my him. And checked up days later to see if he was interested in apartment. 👍

Me and my husband lived here from December 2018-June 2019 . So my experience was great I loved the apartments. Our only complaints is that we had to cut out of our lease early due to my mother being sick and needing to move in with her to take care of her . My husband talked to the manager he wrote a letter like she said to do . She advised my husband all he had to do was pay half the rent for the last month we will be there and it won’t go bad against us . Since they got it approved through their HR to move out of our lease early . In June we called and made sure everything was still correct . Unfortunately the manager my husband talked to wasn’t there anymore and there was a new manager that was brought in . She advised my husband we still had to pay the last months went on top of a moving out fee of 600$ by a certain date in July ???!!! We were so devastated! We didn’t have the money to come up with to get out of the lease . We unfortunately had to just leave . I wish there would have been better communication for us. Besides that I didn’t have any problems maybe just with our a/c but they fixed it in a timely matter and just dealing with pest control .

Ive been here for over a year now and have been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.. Site management and staff are doing an amazing job. Vanessa is the bright spot of parliament bend serious everything I brought up to her has been handled for the last two year and going on a third. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve been gone along time ago

We just moved in about two months ago into a one bedroom apartment. The move in went well, the apartment was ready for us when we got here and was in a nice clean state. The apartment had a few dings in it but it is not a big deal. I like that the management here is nice to us and the amenities are in great condition. So far so good, so hopefully things continue that way.

I moved in June 1st my ac hasn’t worked since. I have done many work orders it’s clear my AC doesn’t work and needs to be replaced. Every maintenance come out they do easy fixs. I even told management still nothing has been done. My apartment will be 80 at 10pm my AC always runs.

I have been here now for a few years never really had any problems, the staff and management are great and super nice and helpful.....over all a great place to live....

The apartment complex is pretty clean and looks awesome most of the time. The flowers are changed and look beautiful here. I like that the amenities here are nice, especially the gym area which I use pretty often after work. The location is decent, only a ten minute drive to my work and I like that this apartment is pretty quiet.

Very helpful friendly staff, Vanessa especially. Maintainece department are amazing they respond very quickly and they make sure everything is working before they leave.. They practice great hospitality everyday.

I stay in one of the Corporate Suites and I have had nothing but a GREAT Experience. NO BUG ISSUE WHATSOEVER. Management has been very helpful from the time I walked through the Leasing Office door to tour to moving in! I recommend Parliament Bend for the GREAT SPECIALS and Friendly staff. Upon reading the reviews i can see that these past or current residents seem to have ill mannered behavior and personally I am glad NOT to call them my neighbors. GREAT PLACE, GREAT STAY & GREAT STAFF!!

My family and I live in a two bedroom apartment unit in this complex. It has a decent amount of space and there is a nice kitchen and clean rooms. The amenities are definitely a plus in this complex, the gym is really cool and I use it pretty often. I think maintenance guys here do a tremendous job helping the tenants fix everything. This is a pretty great apartment to live in and I have been satisfied being here.

I moved into this apartment in May of 2012 with my daughter into a one bedroom apartment. The apartment has changed I think for the better. The management here has gotten pretty good at keeping the areas like hallways and sidewalks clean from dog poop and trash. The amenities are nice here and good gym for workouts.

I just moved in here a few weeks ago after having a lengthy chat with my husband and we both decided that we liked this apartment. We moved into a one bedroom here, it was ready when we came to move in and cleaned up. I like that there are washer and dryer connections here so we can set up laundry right at home. The location is pretty good, close to freeways and shops and a medical center just in case.

The apartment is not like a luxury hotel by any means but it is more than decent. The living conditions here are very good, I like the amenities here and the apartment complex is kept fairly clean by the cleaning people. The office staff here are genuinely nice, they are always saying things like have a great day and are extremely helpful. I think it is a pretty good place to live, the location is close to a medical center and a few shops.

DO NOT MOVE HERE !I’ve been here for almost a year and will not be returning. They have a HORRIBLE roach infestation ! I’m a clean person, use bleach everyday and never go to bed with dishes in the sink or food out. They say you have to call to be put on the list for pest control even though you pay for it every month. But that doesn’t help no way. It’s very gross, who wants to live with roaches??? Also, the model home they show you looks BEAUTIFUL but what you actually move into looks so TERRIBLE. Door that don’t close because the sucky paint job, kitchen drawers off the track, HORRIBLE paint jobs. It’s like they literally just threw paint everywhere and didn’t care how it turned out. Some things aren’t even painted where it should be, just no effort. The rent is not what you pay, it’s always $50 extra for all the fees they tack on. Like dumpster fees but yet they’re still overfilled and have furniture and mattresses everywhere. The office staff isn’t much help, they change constantly. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE ‼️

This has been the worse apartment I have ever lived in I am trying to call corporate now or someone who is above the office staff and cant find the number. Everyone in the office is okay except Thelma she is a stalker and Im assuming she must be racist because she finds problems with only the African Americans that stay here. I am ready to take this case to court and I have saved all documents letters phone calls and even text message she has sent me that have not only been unprofessional but illegal I am honestly thinking of perusing a lawsuit against her and this complex in court. The sad part is I have only lived here 2 months and she has made it a living hell I will be leaving quicker then I came thanks to her.

ROACH INFESTED, FLY INFESTED, STENCH OF BUG BOMB, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF DISAPPEAR FAST!Apartment #1011 “Corporate Apartment”. Thelma Rodriguez claimed a bug bomb set at the apartment behind #1011 caused a multitude of roaches and the bug bomb stench. After five days, the roach infestation and the stench continued. A fly infestation also developed. The stench permeated everything I own. Due to roaches, flies and stench I was forced to leave for health reasons. When I turned in my keys I had Vanessa Rios witness the live roaches, stench and flies in the apartment personally. I called numerous times in the week to follow and left numerous messages for Thelma and Vanessa. NO ONE had the professional customer service decency to return my calls. I sent numerous emails that went unanswered. Finally, Trinity Rayborn, Business Manager responded with “I am out sick”. I sent another email to Trinity, which she finally responded that she had been out all week with the flu (extremely unprofessional response) and that I “signed a contract so they are unable to refund the money”. Since Trinity had been sick all week, she obviously had not made an attempt to view the apartment issues first hand. Staff cannot claim apartment was dirty as I was only in apartment for five days!Response to owner:I do understand that when a lease is signed it is a binding contract, HOWEVER, I signed a lease for an apartment that was habitable. The infestation of roaches, flies and the stench from the excessive bug bomb made the apartment uninhabitable.The management staff is not excellent in communicating with residents as you state as my voice messages and emails went unanswered by staff.Vanessa witnessed the smell and the roaches, flies in the apartment on the day I turned in my keys. I have pictures and video of the roaches and flies. Vanessa herself stated the smell came from the bug spray.If the Pest Control Technician did not see any infestation or smell any stench, he must be blind and have lost his sense of smell.Thelma herself stated the bug bomb smell came from the apartment behind because a bomb had been set off. Thelma also stated the roaches were running away from the other apartment since the bug bomb was set.If there isnt an infestation present then how would there be any roaches that would run away? Thelma is contradicting her very own statements.And, as far as breaking a lease, Parliament Bend kept all of the funds I paid. Therefore, the apartment should have been empty until my lease was actually up. If this is the case, then why did management put the apartment up for leasing before my lease was up?It is apparent, the unprofessional staff at Parliament Bend does not want to take ownership of the derelict complex, otherwise, calls would have been returned, Vanessa would have owned what she witnessed in the apartment and Thelma would have owned the words that came out of her very own mouth.It is my personal duty as a human being and my personal right to bring awareness to others so that they do not have to go through what I did.

The apartment is quite nice and comfortable to live in. I think the manager here is awesome and the maintenance people keep the place running pretty well. I feel pretty safe in this apartment though I have been hearing from my friends that there has been crime around here. I think everything in this complex has been fine though.

Parliament Bend has been a great experience for myself and my family. This person that has commented below me probably owes rent and cant afford to pay lol. Just an FYI No one lives for free. The staff at Parliament Bend are friendly, professional & go above and beyond for their residents. Its people like Bri Carter who need to be removed from here and let us residents live in peace.

This is only my second apartment Ive ever lived in and I cant wait until August so I can move the hell out of here.Customer service is GARBAGE. Good luck when you call. All the women do is just interrupt you while youre trying to speak to them. Furthermore there is NO open line of communication with the tenants in the buildings. I lived with a broken freezer for 1 week before someone finally came to fix it. I put in 3 maintenance requests for it before ANYONE even called me. 3!!!! Thats unacceptable especially for my FREEZER. If it was their homes you know they would expect the freezer fixed ASAP.Then my A/C broke. My roommate put a request in on a Saturday. No one came out Saturday and our apartment was 80°. Sunday the office is closed and on Monday by 10:30 no one had called or come by still so I called. They asked me if I had a maintenance request in for it. To which I told her I put it in on Saturday. They sent someone out and told me 2 days tops for the part to fix the A/C. I worked 2 over night shifts and expected my A/C to be fixed when I got home. It was still broken. I called Saturday (one full week since the request was put in) and they said they would call me back about it. ~Never did~I call Monday. Lady gives me attitude, interrupts me, and tells me the part is on backorder. You couldnt have told me that when you ordered the part earlier in the week. (If they even ordered it then).Additionally the gate was broken for a month and 2 weeks and they never sent out correspondence to the tenants about it. We had to call them for updates.Im constantly killing roaches.Anytime I call the office I feel almost immediately irritated. I cant wait to move out.DO NOT COME HERE.

Wow! What an unprofessional comment left from management on David OConnors review. It is very clear that the people running this place are ignorant and unprofessional. I was on this forum thinking this may be a good fit for me but judging from that comment and all the roach infestation comments, I think Ill keep looking.

The apartment complex has its positives and negatives like any other complex but I think for the most part this apartment is on the better side of the equation. The amentiies are really nice in the apartment and everything is clean. The walkways, halls, amenities, and office is really clean and nice looking. I think management and maintenance people do a good job with this place.

Having a friend who lives there and I couldnt be more disappointed with the way they treat the people who actually pay rent. Visible cracks through the front door. Top, bottom, and when when the door is locked its easy to get in because of how much space is between the frame and the actual lock. Carpet comes up off the floor. The sinks in both restroom and kitchen wont stop leaking which causes high water bills. Construction constantly going on making the walkways muddy overall appearance horrible. Even the wood on the balcony is rotting and probably would break if more than 2 people step on it. Dishwasher hasnt worked. The tub is somehow warping from again, the CONSTANT LEAKING. And Im so fed up with management not caring no matter how many times we call for repairs. If I could rate less than 1 Star I would. Save yourself the trouble and dont even bother giving this place a look. TRUST ME you WILL regret it. Very disappointing.

We have been living here almost a year now and I think this place has been alright for us. The management staff here is definitely kind and helpful to us, I havent had any ugly moments with them to date. The apartment is actually really nice inside and I like the amenities offered. My two bedroom apartment has a nice balcony and patio and a good kitchen. The only issue I have is the rumors of crime in the neighborhood. I havent heard of anything in the apartment complex, thank God, but it is still a concern for me.

After two years of living here with my family, we are going to be moving out because I got a new job in Dallas. I have enjoyed living here, the manager here Brianna has been so kind to us and has taken care of this apartment well. This place had great people living here and the amenities were nice. Going to miss this place alot and hope that the apartment we are moving to has as good of customer service.

If I could put lower I would. The gate system for our security is hardly ever working correctly. The pests are out of control I hear from all the neighbors about bed bugs roaches big and small. Fleas on every dog patch guarantees your dog will be infested every time you take it out. (Not to mention the rodents you can hear running through the walls)The women in the front office are terrible and very dismissive of any requests you ask if it requires actual work. Dont waste your time looking at these apartments I count down the days till my lease is up!

I just got this new water filter installed in my kitchen and I think like only two weeks went by and it just started not working and water came out really slow. I called the maintenance guy here and they actually came the next morning and fixed the problem. My water is coming out fine now thanks to the maintenance guy. I like the good service here.

Parliament Bend has always been exceptional ever since I moved in. These recent past reviews are disgruntled residents that broke their lease and thought it would be ok to bash the management just because they did not get their way. These EX residents need to understand that IT IS APARTMENT LIVING!! Of course your gonna get the occasional loud music, noisy neighbors. If they want to be treated like royalty then go BUY A HOUSE! The Maintenance is AWESOME!! Whenever i call in a work order they fix it in a timely manner. Office staff is friendly and helpful in every way. Pricing is reasonable as well and they are always having great specials. So I do recommend Parliament Bend to anyone looking for not just an apt but a home where they take care of you from the day you move in to the day you move out.

I had a pretty tough time for a while after getting laid off work and I did not know what to do. Brianna the manager here was really understanding of the situation I was in, especially after the recession and the hard times and she actually helped me get a job, which was really kind of her. The apartment is filled with really nice people and I must say that I am very grateful to be living here.

I am a technician with an internet service provider and completed a repair for a tenant at these apartments. The apartment was clean but roaches burned out the fiber optic equipment we have installed in the apartment. When I removed the unit off of the wall there was a pile of roach dropping about 2mm thick on the bottom of the receptacle. After replacing the equipment I went to the leasing office to wash my hands and was denied. I informed the woman in the office of the roach infestation and safety hazard and that I ONLY WANTED TO WASH MY HANDS. She was apathetic to my plea and said, “we do not allow that here.”I have never once been denied the use of a restroom to wash my hands by any apartment management company in San Antonio.

If I could rate this place zero, I would. This apartment complex has given me and my mother the worst four years of our lives. To list just a handful of things that have gone wrong here, Ill start with the fact that our dishwasher has not worked in two years. We have called and called and even PAID to have it fixed but it has yet to be fixed. Hot water never comes from the tub or the showerhead- it is constantly freezing yet boiling hot at the sink taps.There is little to no insulation in the flooring so we can smell and hear everything that goes on in the apartment below us. We can even SEE the smoke rising from the cigarettes the people downstairs smoke.Our entire living room ceiling came crashing down labor day 15 (thankfully the maintenance man and a manager were inside at the time and saw it so they cant blame us, though they tried). They did not replace any of our furniture that was destroyed by the blown glass insulation and asbestos they had in there. We had to argue with management to even have them environmentally clean the place. They didnt set us up in a motel or even give us another apartment to stay in temporarily. We were basically homeless for two weeks. All they did was dock 100 from our monthly rent.Someone broke into our apartment by breaking the window six months ago, and they have yet to come fix it. All that stands between someone outside and the latches to our window is a couple strips of duct tape. There are cracks in the master closet ceiling, water stains on the ceiling in the storage closet, the floor is rippled and uneven. Someone has been seeping off of our meter and our highest CPS bill has been 800 dollars. You read that right, EIGHT HUNDRED dollars. Crescent Oaks refuses to come fix any of our problems, and we are moving in four days. God bless anyone who moves in here. I wouldnt live in this complex again if my board and electricity were paid for me.Good luck to anyone else stuck here.

Disgusting roach infestation. They are e v e r y w h e r e. Charge you every month for pest control, yet nothing is ever done to resolve the problem. Management couldn’t care less and are just there to collect their pay checks. There is a fee for everything. EVERYTHING. Total rip off. Not worth a penny. Not worth your time. Update as of April 7th, 2019. Still the absolute worst place I’ve ever lived in. Read below for further reasoning as to why this place isn’t suitable for anyone.It’s been 80 degrees since my roommate and I have moved into the apartment. As we’ve told the staff multiple times about the heat, the only one who seemed to care was Vanessa (works the front desk). Although she has worked hard along with one repair man, some of the other staff have been completely disrespectful to our living conditions and expects us to deal with it and pay the amount of the electric bill because it was “cheaper than the corporate suite.” Also, one of the other workers that came by the unit to fix the air conditioning issue said this to us “You both have waited a month right? You can wait until Thursday.” When he originally was supposed to replace that A/C unit today. For the amount that we have paid for living here as a first month tenant (with the full amount of rent paid), the lack of consideration for living conditions has been awful. Luckily we haven’t dealt with much roach infestation like the other apartments, but I wouldn’t reccomend moving in here at all after how the staff has treated us after locking into a lease for 12 months. No harsh words to the one repair guy that actually helped that one particular day we or Vanessa, but this is ridiculous. Don’t move in here.U

This place is an absolute nightmare. There is NEVER HOT WATER. Their POOL IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! You literally cant get in it and its summer. I put a photo on yelp, Ill try to figure it out here too. Also apparently its not in our lease to be compensated for weeks without hot water and some days no water at all! Their voicemail says they will return your call but they never have. Also I can hear my neighbors like theyre in my room. Literally. 2am... First thing Saturday morning. I dont even have people over bc Im afraid of what they may hear. The staff is very unprofessional as well. When I signed my lease they told me that at the dog park my dog could be off the leash and if I get the apartment facing it I could let my pup run free all the time. Its so nasty back there you literally dont want to walk back there. The maintenance man literally yelled and cussed at me about it at 8am without even hearing my side. He was out of control. Out of the two, hes literally the one that needs a leash. My pup is a worker dog, shes worked with me at jobs and is a perfect angel. When he did a maintenance request for me he came in my apartment on the phone and was answering my questions and doing the work half ass. None but 1 (which wouldve hurt them) of my requests from when I moved in have even been done and Im about to move out. Requests like no hot water on my bathroom sink bc the nob is stuck. My front door being kicked in from the prior renters, broken to the point I have to slam it to close it and hold it really hard to lock. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE!!!! I dont understand how anyone has written a good review.

STAY AWAY!!!! I moved in 4 months ago (New to the state) thinking that this was a good deal because of the price. I looked at the model unit (which was decent enough for me to live in). The unit I moved into is NOTHING like it. When I showed up to move in they didnt even know who I was or have the apartment ready for me. The girl at the desk just handed me the keys and said go check it out. Keep in mind I have no idea where my actual apartment is or anything. I did a quick walk through and thought everything was ok. I noticed a couple of things were broken but nothing major from preventing me from moving in. After the day of moving all of my stuff in I noticed that I had a couple little bite marks on my legs and arms....while sitting on the couch I felt a little nip on my foot, looked down and saw hundreds of ants infested in the carpet. I immediately went to the office staff and told them about the ants. They told me it would be taken care off on Tuesday.....keep in mind it is noon on Saturday!!! So i solved the problem myself. I am currently 4 months into my lease and have had ant infestations twice, a hole in my ceiling from a water leak that took them 2 weeks to fix. In which they just filled the hole with putty and painted it even though there was mold. I have also had hot/cold water problems, sink backing up, stove not working, toilet not flushing, cockroaches, very poor A/C, all three sliding closet doors breaking. I made a very bad decision in moving here. The staff is not helpful at all. There is always trash blowing around the parking lot, dog poop is always on the sidewalks. I could keep going on and on. Please take a better look than I did before moving into a new apartment. Renter Beware!!!!!

The only problem I have is that there always seems to be a leak some where in the complex and the water is often turned off with out notice. I also have needed some repairs taken care of in my apartment but they have not had a chance to get them. The office staff is amazing and I LOVE Corey and the maintenance staff. There has already been so many improvements since this team has taken over. I would definitely recommend living here. The only reason I will need to leave next lease is because I can not afford the one bedroom rent any more. I am currently paying $713 for 650 sq. feet. Besides that it is a nice place to live :)

Horror movie-rodents- RATS ,big ass roaches, fleas,bed bugs,flies, knats, racoons,possums,skunks,snakes etc. You name it was there. My poor disabled sister lived there nothing was ever fixed water leaks, holes from the rodents, MOLD, MOLD, MOLD, & more mold in kitchen & bathrooms. Unhealthy living conditions but ended up with an eviction. She was paying full rent but when they werent keeping up with their end what was she suppose to do when nothing was ever fixed or accommodated for her safety & health reasons. If you ask me they broke their lease by not keeping up with their end of the bargain.Everytime she called it was so called written for repair but never was done. This place is a great place to do a Halloween or horror movies

Don’t even bother, Just another day at the beautiful Parliament Bend Apartments... 🙏🏽🙌🏽☠️ I place full blame on lazy Maintenance. Sad to see what almost $900 worth of rent every month looks like living with mold and overall disgusting conditions all around property... very sad, I wish code compliance would put a end to this bad apartment practice.

Was looking to lease here, but after seeing how the management team responds to their tenants on the bad reviews i have changed my mind.

You cant have dish or any other service. I have pictures & if I could, I would load them up so everyone could see. Let me also add that new management never dates or give you enough notice on any changes or new policies.Filthy pool, work orders that are never met or completed. No parking, broken gates.JUST DONT MOVE HERE. RENT IS WAY TO HIGH FOR WHAT YOU DONT RECIEVE. ( You dont RECIEVE security or assurance that your car wont be broken into, ( Even though they say & have cameras, no1 is ever brought to justice, nor do they care about you @ front desk) or that you wont have a Maintence worker go into your apartment when your not home.THIS IS JUST ANOTHER FILTHY & TURNING INTO A PROBLEM AREA. More gun shooting & just not safe for a small family or for children.I HOPE THIS HELPS EVERYONE

The apartments are old and worn out. Moved in to the complex in February and have had no hot water 9 different days. We are on the second water main break in the complex. Go somewhere else.!!!!

Ive read every single review in this forum and on other sites and first these apartments were Walnut Springs Apartments turned Crescent Oaks and of course under new management. So a lot of the reviews are from when it was Walnut Springs.I just moved in this year but I do have to say and I hope Im not speaking too soon but I havent had any bad experiences. They are remodeling the apartments (slowly) but they are which is making a huge difference because the older model vs the new model (new flooring, stove/refrigerator/dishwasher, countertops) is all new and is very nice. Also they are replacing the stones they had with grass :) I have children so that was exciting. They have small areas for children to play (picnic tables and BBQ pits) small dog park for your pets, and a 24hr gym that you can access with a pass for ($25) one time fee.Maintenance- They are fast! I once had my toilet flood the restroom and I called in a panic to the manager and within 5 minutes both maintence men were there. Very kind, helpful and did everything quickly. I see them constantly hustling all day and late into the evening. I see them pick up trash in the early morning and they maintain the apartment property very well.Management- Ive never had an issue with the women managing the property, we did just get a new manager, havent met him but they are kind and respectful.Crime- Honestly, I was so nervous to move to the Medical Center especially being right behind a Transit Station, so many people walking through the apartments and to the station that I was sure crime around here would be bad. I was wrong, thankfully. Its incredibly quiet! Ive seen the cops here once since Ive been here and it was to have someone taken to the hospital. Everyone is very kind, I see people walking their animals and walking over to the Golds Gym for their evening walk on the track or walking to work. I love it.Location- Close to major highways, HEB, malls, stores, gas stations, post office, they have everything, or within a reasonable distance.The (2) CONs--I am a bit weary about is the traffic in and out of the apartment complex. People drive fast. I dont know how many times I have walked to check the mail and people having to instantly stop because they arent paying attention or driving to fast. This parking lot is too small to drive that fast especially with families and children around.Also, the Swimming Pool :( during the summer thus far it has been open I think about (3) days total, so incredibly lame. I know the staff stated that the drain was sucking up Sand? And they were having someone look at it and then 3-4 weeks later they were still trying to have someone look at it. Its hot this is Texas and I think its vital to have a working pool in an apartment complex, thats what were also paying for. The swimming area is actually very nice but to not be able to utilize really sucks.These apartments arent top of the line, they are beginner apartments for a single family/small family. They have what you need nothing extra and for the price it isnt bad. There are obviously MANY apartments around Medical Center ranging in all different prices and sizes. I hope this review helps, I know not everyone has good experiences with any apartments and I may be a lucky one, but having a family and living here has been enjoyable and not stressful.

OMGOSH So irritating when I first moved in I was told I would be moving in on October the 5th then when I called to confirm they said I was supposed to be notified before but I don’t move in till the 11th lucky I called ahead, but no that wasn’t all on the 10th I called to see what time I should be there and they told me I wouldn’t be moving in till the 17th still pretending to be shocked and appalled that no one had notified me for the second time. Not only can the staff be unfriendly but racist as well. Im am engaged to an African American man who runs a hotel and makes great money, he has for 5 years now, he recently had to jump over our balcony to help me get back into my house with me standing there. The next day they accused him of robbing multiple houses. Mind you not that its anyone’s or their business as to how we live but we still live in separate places until our wedding date in April, he came to visit and left after I did and spoke to the maintenance man after taking out the trash who couldn’t decipher my fiancé from my best friend; all he could say was that “the guy was black” to bad there’s hundreds of them in the area not to mention the bus station 30feet away. Then we had an ant infestation that still has not been taken care of after calling on a daily bases for the past week . WHATEVER YOU DO DON’T COME HERE ITS NOTHING BUT TROUBLE AND HEADACHE!!!!!

Dont come here they dont fix nothing and they do have all kind of pest some bed bugs and you have pay at HEB let say rent is 650 add 7 or if pay online 650 add 10 they will screw you over they will put your stuff out on the street we need put stop what they do

I visited a friend of mine and theres always dog poop in the grass residents take there animals in tennis court area not very clean so maybe as a potential resident Id re commend Changs property reflex on the staff maintenance and manager
