I have been calling and leaving voice mail every 30 minutes but there has been no response at all. I had a 10am appointment that YOU set but no one has arrived. NO ONE HAS CALLED TO CONFIRM OR REPORT THAT THEY ARE RUNNING LATE. NO ONE HAS EVEN HAD THE PROFESSIONALISM TO ADMIT THEY FORGOT THEIR OWN APPOINTMENT. NO ONE HAS ATTEMPTED TO RESCHEDULE. NO ONE HAS APOLOGIZED. NO ONE WILL EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED MY VOICE MAIL. I also left messages using the app. I havent received acknowledgement from that either. If i could give this company ZERO stars, I would. They have had us on hold for a MONTH with no AC, a disabled person and a newborn baby I the house. The ONLY reason I dont just go with someone else is that our home warranty company chose this company and sent them our parts for our AC, which they are holding hostage. Do NOT use this company. Save yourself the time, effort, and frustration!!

This company is awesome. They replace my system with a good seer rating at a good price and they are very professional. I recommend this company to my family and to anyone who wants to replace or fix their system. Thanks Jesus your great

This company is a joke. It seems like their only business is through American home Shield because they somehow were able to become vendors. Theyre business number is a personal cell that has a full inbox so you cant leave a message and if they do answer, its a mumbled hello. They didnt show on during their scheduled 3 hour time frame and never called or answered to let us know what time they would be to our home or if they were even showing up. There is no sense of urgency with this company; they took 4 days to submit a diagnostic to our warranty company, and that only happened with continuous calls. If youd like your AC repaired in a timely manner or at all, call a different company.

They always f/u and have someone available within a few hours each time Ive called. We were helped by Jesus and of course you expect to pay a pretty penny when it comes to AC repairs but he is so helpful with answering questions, advice and tips to keep things running it made the process a lot easier. Unlike the other two companies I tried prior who were going to charge me double for what he did today. Thanks!

I had this company install a new a/c system. Jesus is very professional and nice. Price was reasonable and I will refer this company to anyone I know. I will use them for all of my other a/c needs.

The skill of their technicians is very impressive. They take their time and after the service is completed, they test the system. My system is 18 years old (2 units) and Im sure I will be replacing them soon.

Thanks for the quick response and taking care of my heater. I had another company and they told me that I need to replace it because is too old, but Five Star send me a senor technician with a lot of experience and fixed my heater.

I called this place twice and made two appointments for heating service and both times no technicians showed up! No joke!This is an awful way to do business!!

It’s been over a week since they have been here and haven’t submitted a diagnosis report to ahs. It 27 degrees out here and my family is without a heater because they can’t finish their job so i can get an electrician out here to fix the problem. I have a 10 month old here without heat because this company or ahs can’t get it right. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
