I have been using Climate Magic for years for annual preventive maintenance checks and for the occasional repair. They have always been honest, professional, and responsive. When the 17-year old AC unit for the second story of my house went out on the Thursday evening right before Memorial Day weekend, I called and arranged for a technician (David) to come early Friday morning to assess the system. I definitely appreciate the quick response. I was offered to have the service call for Thursday night, but I told them that wasnt necessary, and preferred to go with early Friday morning. After the system was analyzed, I was told what the condition of the unit was and what the options were. Given the age of the unit, I had previously prepared myself for when the time would come to replace one or both (first floor & second floor) systems. I decided to go with a new unit. The challenge I posed to Climate Magic was that I was having a large college graduation party at my house on Saturday night, and there would be a bunch of guests staying overnight on Saturday. Therefore, I asked for the system to be replaced by Saturday night. At this point, Martin from Climate Magic jumped into action and arranged for an installation team to show up first thing Saturday morning. He also arranged to get the system components from their distributor to ensure everything was in place and ready to go. To make a long story short, by noon on Saturday, the entire system had been replaced and I had AC for my second story. I am very grateful for Climate Magics excellent response and professionalism, and I look forward to continuing to use them for all my heating and AC needs.

Peter was courteous and professional and took his time to find the issue with my mini split. He narrowed it down and now we have a strong idea of what needs to be replaced and that the initial tech actually wired the system wrong. Peter used his personal time to find a wiring diagram and is willing to come back to finish the job at cost. The company initially tells you it’s an $89 diagnostic charge but they don’t tell you it’s only the first 30 minutes and each additional half hour is $15. Peter was upfront about that. I gave 5 stars solely because of him. I will only work with him. Efficient and honest guy and all around good human being.

Dan and his crew, along with the folks at Champion electric, did an outstanding job for our Church. Dan took time to understand our exact needs and delivered an affordable option. Very pleased and will continue to use their services.

Climate magic came and gave me a free quote on replacing the 30+ year old ducts in my home. Their quote was reasonable and I could tell from Martin’s explanations of my current ducts that everything he suggested was necessary. After telling the company I would like to move forward, they were very helpful in scheduling a quick installation date and everything went smoothly on the day of. All-in-all, it took about 1/2 the day, which I thought was quite speedy! They’ve done a fantastic job and I can’t even put into words how much cooler our upstairs is. When comes to a big purchase such as AC system, anyone would be skeptical about calling a company with the uncertainty about cost of the equipment, quality of the service and professionalism of the technician. I am the one of them. 4/10/2020 I noticed my AC was not producing enough cold air. I called Climate Magic (CM). On the phone Michelle was very helpful and she send technician Peter to my house just within two hours on a such short note! Peter was very friendly yet very professional. He gave my all the options for my AC and answered all my questions about the pros and cons of each options. On 4/13/2020 Peter and Ernie installed new AC in my house and it works great!! What they did was just like Peter told me that they install AC into my house is as it was in his own house! Later I had couple some questions, Peter called my right away and gave the answers. Michelle called me later and told me she is going to take care of all the paper works including rebates. I had great experience with Peter, Ernie, Michelle and CM. Was able to text for an appointment and I was given the option for someone to come out and check my unit on a Sunday evening. I chose to wait until a workday and was given an appointment. I was notified before the technician was coming and he did arrive in time. I was also given peace of mind that he was going to use all precautions due to COVID 19. When the technician arrived he suited up out in the front yard and introduced himself to me using social distance. He immediately went to work and was able to find the problem. He then explained all the details of my problem and he even gave me possible solutions for future reference. He collected my payment electronically and sent an email of receipt.This is not the first time using climate magic air and because of all my other past experiences I will continue to as much as I can. He was able to clear the line that had been serviced in May, so that the unit would begin to cool again. He was out in the rain and late on a Friday, which was greatly appreciated so we did not have to spend the weekend in the heat.

Had a brand new system upstairs attic and outside put in 2 days ago. The owner of the company was extremely informative on everything that needed to be done, and no pressure at all. They tried telling us we needed a major part on a Train ac unit that cost over 10k and that was only 2 years old. We got two different opinions and it was only that it was lowered too low and needed more Freon. So they wanted to charge us $1200 for labor since it was under warranty!!!! It cost us less than $200 with an honest company that fixed the problem. Beware of the dishonesty and trying to scam you of money on something you don’t need. They should be ashamed especially during this Covid situation and everyone trying to stay afloat due to closures back in March.

Excellent Experience. The technician came out for my summer tune-up and was ON TIME :) My system is 17 years old and I know its getting to the end of its life. Carl replaced a resistor and checked the entire system (he even cleaned my coils on the unit outside!!) After the service, instead on pushing me to buy a new system, he explained I should start to plan for a scheduled replacement. He explained that AC systems last on average 20 years... and now I am saving for the next few years for a planned replacement in the winter. With Carls knowledge I will replace my system in the winter of 2022 and I will have the money to do it :) I will only use Climate Magic and advise the same for you. Spring AC service and fall heating service.... They are awesome, straight shooters.
