I have been with Precision Mold & Tool Government Division for 24 years. I have seen this company grow from 2 people to now almost 30 employees. Everyday is a great learning experience. The company offers 401K, life insurance, health insurance, dental, vision at no cost to the employee. The work hours are excellent, Monday through Thursday with Fridays off. The owner celebrates birthdays monthly, will buy lunch or throw a bar-b-que out of the blue for work well done. There are monthly and yearly incentives to always look forward to. Management is understanding, lenient and takes all matters into consideration with regard to discipline as well as always acknowledges hard work. The team itself is awesome. Everyone works together and helps each other to get the job done and the job done well. I consider it a tight knit second family. It is a friendly, fun and comfortable environment to work in.
