I recently took part in the noise abatement program where THC Inc. replaced the windows and doors in condo community. It was the worst experience, from start to finish. Definitely not the smooth experience they promise at the start. From debris left behind to coming home late at night to find my door open, lights on and water running. They had absolutely no concern or respect for my home or my belongings. They didnt even replace the rotten wood around the new windows. They simply filled in the cracks with wood filler! The workmanship was less than promised. For your own safety , do not trust that they will lock up at days end. Inspect the work yourself, as Im sure my experience isnt the only unfavorable one. I was especially disappointed at THCs response to my experience. Beware.
