Terrible customer service. Made an appointment online for trailer wiring harness install. Got a confirmation call/voicemail over the week for my appointment time and that parts were in stock. Good so far. I tried calling several times to get an understanding on a wait time so I could plan accordingly but was always on hold for up to 20mins and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I even tried the online chat and no one responded. When I showed up they said it would be about an hour and half wait maybe a little more. I came back 2 hours later and they still didn’t even start the install and I’d still have to wait another hour and half. I get they are busy but better communication would have been nice. They also said they don’t like their own online reservation system and if I talked to them directly they would have put my appointment for 2 hours later but none of that was said when I dropped it off. If I had known it was going to be a 4 hour wait I would have planned differently. Terrible communication on their end is what led to this review.

I used that location a few times. Its one of the smaller u-haul locations, but most of the time staff was friendly. Once or twice they seemed rather bored but were still helpful.

They did a great job on our trailer hitch install, but they were definitely disorganized. The install took 2.5 hours or so. We had scheduled a time, they called to reschedule and then decided to keep our original time, and then they were running an hour behind so asked us to come back later. Phew! Glad it is done and done well.

Devion was a wonderful young man who helped me get everything together with my rental. Great customer service.

They were misleading when I went there to get pick up the truck and tow dolly one place told me that they would be willing to take the cash instead of having to put it on a card so I went to the other place that they reserved it for me at once I got there they told me that they cant take the cash they need it on a card its so now Im out looking for a new place to rent a truck in tow dolly for my vehicle and I am annoyed and not a very happy

I was just trying to get a simple quote over the phone on how much a small trailer would cost for a six day rental. When I could not immediately produce the rating of my trailer hitch I was told I could not get a preliminary quote. When I suggested that we assume that the trailer hitch met the required specification, the clerk hung up on me. Nice.

These men were spot on. At first I called the U-haul corporate line. Whilst they tried to help, they were useless. As a last ditch effort I decided to show up and talk to someone face to face. The personal on staff were helpful and agreeable. They understood my transportation needs and did what was necessary to get me on my way. Dont call the boys at corporate, just call the center directly.

I am a newbie at hauling stuff. I just bought a trailer so I needed a trailer hitch to pull it. I had no clue what I was doing and didnt buy all of the parts I needed. I finally went here to get everything I needed, and they helped me find and sold me the part I needed, plus took my trailer hitch (that I hadnt bought there) and took it to the back to tighten it so that it wouldnt fall off when I was hauling my trailer. Very helpful!

Super slow service. It took me about a half hour to finally get the keys to the rental. There were only two people ahead of me when I came in. They really need to speed things up.

Be sure to register beforehand online and it’ll save you a ton of time. Guys aren’t super friendly but it’s not an Applebee’s. Best Uhaul option in the city.

I scheduled a service 2 weeks ahead, called twice to confirm and UHaul called me the night before the appointment to cancel. At that point, all businesses were closed and we had to rush the next morning, driving around town desperately trying to find someone else to do the job.We were needing to get out of town and this really messed up our plans and cost us money.I do not recommend them for services as they cant keep their word.To boot, customer service was incredibly rude and impatient.

I have rented trailers from these guys three times in the past two weeks and each time have found the employees to be helpful, knowledgeable, and polite.

The canceled my appointment for no reasonable reason and then told me they did not have the capability to install the electrical.

POOR! customer service. Twice I called in reporting a proplem under warranty. They were not friendly in the conversation put me on hold then hung up. So irritated!

Very rude on the phone, will be going with a different location for sure.

Showed up to our appointment have a hitch installed. No technician was on duty...they didnt even apologize. No call, no apology! No business from us!
