I went through the interview process with this company, and although I did not take any position, I was very impressed with the people I spoke to. Everyone was very kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the process more comfortable than other interviews I have had.Bobby especially was a joy to talk with. He is someone that you can tell is passionate about what he does and cares for the people he works with.I was also very impressed by how much the company as a whole continues to try and improve. I was asked for feedback at nearly every step of the process which I believe is a great quality, as it shows they value growth. I would definitely consider working here down the road if my career steers in its direction.

They hire recent graduates or persons desperate for a job. They lie about the job description. They do not promote products or branding for businesses. They have people be glorified panhandlers for one non profit charity, using any manipulating sales pitch. They care more about making money than their employees. They dodge questions concerning other offices, regional managers, parent company, or how they make money through commission. They answer in a complicated manner or dodge your questions all together. Would not recommend this job to anyone!

By far the worst place I have ever worked. When I was sick because of a prescription medication I am required to take, I was told that I was not committed to the company and that I shouldnt be missing work unless I was in the hospital. My boss crossed many boundaries; he would not stop asking for details of what exactly was wrong with my health and more inappropriate questions, inserting his opinion though he knew nothing of my health, my situation and what should be private between me and my doctor. When I complained to my female manager, she repeated that I was not committed and thats why he was upset. The whole inappropriate situation was brushed under the rug.The first two hours of the day are called office hours where you go to the office and train and practice pitching; these hours are UNPAID hours (under the name of self/professional development) that are REQUIRED and take place prior to going out to the field and working from 10-6 or later. The environment is shame based and carries a workaholic mentality. They make sure you know that work is more important than family, boundaries, safety, professionalism, self care, and especially health.There is a lot more I could say but I will stop here. As a worker, you are worth more than this company will ever see you as.

Ive found that Streamline has very poor respect and care for its employees, from disregarding the mental and physical health of its employees, to unpaid overtime as an expected norm, and extended withholding of paychecks. I would consider them unethical when it comes to their poor respect for their employees, and would not ever feel comfortable associating with them.

After multiple times of reaching out about my W2, HR was not responsive. I also reached out to the director himself and he claimed I had not been putting in the effort to receive it. As a business student At the University of Utah I find this very disappointing and not professional.

I loved working here! This company has the best standards when it comes to being professional and putting in the work to succeed. It is run by amazing leaders who know you by name and teach you everything you need to know.

This is a very well-structured business and all of the employees seem to be hardworking and kind people. They are all very helpful and create a great environment.
