I like this laundry Matt I always have been going here since I was about 18 Im now 34 the price is great it had barely went up after all this time but its fair its because of the pandemic and everything of that nature but Im willing to pay for it because its a great laundromat,

Nice fresh laundry mat. Attendant went above and beyond. Some of the dryers were hotter than others. No coin dispenser, the attendant supplied quarters. All regular laundromat amenities and a bathroom available for patrons.

Nice facility. Dawn was very friendly and helpful.

Great as far as machines, but there is NO mask enforcement here whatsoever. Every time I come here there are people wandering around without masks and no one says a word to them. I try to come during the least busy times, but this is part of why this area has such a high transmission rate of Covid.

Fish games fun but the laundry machines really dont clean your clothes

These Laundromat Attendants were superb! They pitched in and helped me fold an enormous amount of laundry.Then they carried it out to my car and packed it with care. I didn’t even have to ask! Truly kind and compassionate folks Can’t recall the young man’s name who helped me so much but he was tall, (handsome) ex-Marine (really knew how to fold and pack clothes!) and with a mellifluous voice, had the beautiful manners of a kind Southern gentleman, who really helped this old, feeble lady. Also, the machines and building are very clean. Loved the people and place. Will return.

Nice little place to do laundry. Dont trust the hours listed on Google as they are not correct. I needed to dry some clothes since my dryer at home isnt working. I had plenty of time to dry them before the supposed closing time but the doors were locked and the attendant said they were already closed. Phone number also doesnt accept voicemail since it is either incorrect and/or hasnt been set up.Luckily the laundromat on 900 w and North Temple actually stays open to their posted hours.

If I could do a 4.5 star, I would, but they deserve better than just 4 stars.I really loved this little laundry when we first came to the area (my husband is in industrial construction, so we were on a longer term job and staying in our RV).It is clean, the machines very nice, prices reasonable (though not quite the lowest in the area), & the ladies who run the place are both very nice - one is a sweetheart grandma kind of lady, and one is a no-nonsense Meemaw kind of lady, but if you dont give them a reason to be sharp with you, neither one will. However, if theres riff-raff, they run them out. *I really appreciate that.*The only problem is that theres A LOT of riff-raff. I believe its because of the gaming room, as it all seems to be people, usually men, who arent doing laundry at all but are gambling on the little machines back there. Sometimes they will harass customers, get creepy, walk up behind you and stand wayyyy to close while youre trying to get change, then not move, and ask you to show them how to use the *super simple* change machine. Or come tell you those are sexy panties.* Etc.Again, the ladies keep a sharp, quick eye out and try hard to keep this stuff to a minimum... But after a few times in a row, I found a new laundry place. Im a trauma survivor, so it was perhaps harder on me than warranted, but that sadly isnt uncommon. Also, I dont know a soul here and if I disappeared, no one would miss me for entirely too long.If you arent afraid of that type of behavior/situation, or if you can find a time of day where it isnt an issue, its a great facility. Otherwise, may I recommend White Coin in Bountiful.

Came today at 8:09 and they told me their closed but the sign says last wash by 8:30 pm. I hate when different people run the laundromat and decide when they want to go home. Had I known she decided to close early I would have save some time and went somewhere elseCame back to edit because I actually do like this place in the morning. The lady is nice, and so I thought I’d be fair..I’m just really mad because I’m a loyal customer but after tonight I almost want to take my business else where 🤷🏻‍♀️

If there was a negative zero thats what I would rate this place. I just love my grandmas house and my husbands blood sugar started to drop the only place around was the rose park coin laundry I stopped in at 9:25 p.m. to get a soda pop so my husbands sugar could come up so he didnt drop into a diabetic seizure as I was getting a drink out of the machine the attendant I have no idea who she was walks in and greated me very rudely because it was about time to close. Mind you I was not there to do laundry and I told her that. I WILL NOT BECOMING BACK TO THIS PLACE NEVER AGAIN. I SHOULD CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BUT again Im not that low of a person. I hope the owner does something with this horrible woman....

We have been doing our laundry there for the past 3 weeks. It’s always clean & tidy and the workers there have been helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable and the large capacity machines are awesome! I Highly recommend it for anyone who needs a great laundromat!

Dryers are often broken but the washers work great. They apparently close whenever they feel like it. I was refused entrance at 8pm even though the sign on the building says last wash at 8:30.

I tried this place out a few weeks ago and I was very happy with the machines, cleanliness, kindness of the staff, and the efficiency of the washers. The prices are reasonable, a few cents cheaper than my apartment complex. And I got about 15 loads done in about 2 hours. The worker who was there was so kind and helped bring my clothes in and offered to help load the washers since I had so much. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great staff help, see Norma, and convenient for our area. I found that I rather do dishes than laundry so to have a nice place launder is important for me.

I been living in the are for over 16 years and start going to the laundry for about 5 years, there’s 2nice lady’s in the morning working there, they are soooo very nice and friendly, excellent customer service!! But , there’s a an other woman afternoon very unprofessional and no nice at all!!!! She’s not helping and she told same customer (a old lady) that she didn’t speak Spanish, the customer was asking her to used the bathroom and she didn’t let her in because she told her that she was tired to clean the bathroom again!!! Very rude!

Clean, nice area. Great prices. Totally worth the extra mile or two I have to drive to do my laundry. Everyone is very polite here. I will definitely be coming back here to do my laundry.

The person in charge has mistreatment towards the people who are going to wash and discriminates and even treats them as if people do not understand things.

Has gone waaaaay down! This Laundry used to be such a peaceful place until they got a new employee. I have no idea what her name is but I know for a fact its not Martha Or Norma though. I went there yesterday and the lady was yelling out of her mind to costumer! She was talking to her and her daughter! As if they were animals! Most of us who there tried to calm her down but she started yelling at us to! Saying stuff like GO TO HELL! THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU! How is she working here? Definitely dont feel like coming back until Shes gone..

This was the closest laundry place to me that didnt look filthy or sketchy. There where a few broken machines but plenty that worked well and where very clean. It wasnt busy at all on a weekday morning and the attendant was a very pleasant Spanish woman who my son just loved. She warned me about people stealing things so watch your things but Ill go back

The first and last time I went here there was a lady (very sweet and nice btw) and a guy working there. I noticed the guy would be rude to the lady whenever he had the chance and it made me very sad and upset. I thought about how that could be my mom being treated that way. I did not enjoy seeing that as the lady was so nice and I thought why does she even put up with that? On one ocassion she saw trash on the floor a small piece of cardboard and she picked it up and threw it away. The guy saw and walked up to the trash can fast, picked up the trash and told her *called her by her name* and said did you seriously throw this in here after I just took out the trash? I thought to myself theres no way hes upset over that. The lady felt bad and was trying to explain herself that she saw it on the ground and picked up. It was the final straw I was not pleased and it made me sad and never went back.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would!!! I hauled all my rugs and comforters inside and had them loaded in the machines when this woman approaches me and says is this yours pointing at the two blankets I had left to load and I said yes she points to my car and says is that your dog I said yes she says to me You cannot use my machines I said excuse me...She proceeds to tell me that familys do their wash there and she doesnt want my dog washed there Might I add I was washing my own blankets and just so happened to have my dog who just so happens to be my family but I am not welcome there! She insisted I unload the machines and would not let me wash my blankets!! Lets get down to what it really is .....If you are a white female without a kid strapped to your hip make sure she doesnt see your dog because our kind arent welcome at this place!!!! Truly the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered! I will end with reminding the owner you do own a laundromat and I am SURE MUCH MUCH worse gets washed in your machines than a little bit of dog hair! I hope this informs future customers what to expect at this place, I really hope no one ever has to be treated like I was!!

Wanted to wash my big comforter but the prices are outrageous! I dont know how a person can afford to do laundry there on weekly basis. You are better off buying a used one until you can afford a new one.

This is a really good Laundromat.1) It is clean - thats the most important thing.2) It is reasonably priced.3) It is big - there are usually several other people but I still never need to wait for a machine.4) There are helpful attendants - they usually help me unload/load my car.5) Free Wi-Fi is nice.Most Laundromats Ive been to are dirty; this one isnt. Last week I needed to leave town and didnt have time to get everything done. I dropped my laundry off, went and ran several errands, then picked up my clothes a few hours later. Usually I just do my own wash, but I had a bunch of other things to do and they saved me a lot of time.I recommend this laundry.

It would be nice if the coin dispenser worked so i had to drive and find a store that would give me quarters

Its the best laundrymat to go too in rosepark. The personal are wonderful ladys always helping n assistimg customers needs .The owner must fill proud to have hired this wonderful rrespectful ladys that always keeps that place clean n safe for everyone to walk in n fill like home.

The Family that owns this mat keeps the facility clean much cleaner than other mats in the area especially for how busy the mat is and the area its located in. I live down the street and was very pleased with this laundry mat.

Its a very clean n friendly laundrymat well manner employees... 100 % satisfaction. The most of it is they take care of your laundry as you go n pick up the kids from school or even go to the grocerie store . wonderful experience.

This is a good laundry. The worker is helpful, the store is clean, the Wi-Fi helps the time pass. I dont know of another Laundromat that has presses like this one. I just tried them for the first time and my clothes look great.

The water has only hot i couldnt wash my dark clothes in cold water and all my uniforms are shrunk. I have you he rich to cold water your machines dont give it that every single button comes out boiling hot, i burned my fingers

Im visiting from Hawaii...it is the CLEANEST laundramat that I have EVER been to in MY LIFE...the workers are FRIENDLY...& ALWAYs busy cleanin or doin something...the ONLY problem I had...is the language barrier...they have a STRONG SPANISH accent...& I have a STRONG Hawaii accent...so BOTH our English clashed & didnt make any sense...but we got by...I also LOVED the fact it has WIFI & other game machines in there to pass off the time...I will DEFINATELY be RETURNING!!! #SatisfiedCustomer

I bought stuff from the vending machines but never used their washer and dryer. 2014-2018Moved back to my parents. They say are closed but their last wash is at 830. Fkn ridiculous.
