They were so nice to me! We were visiting out of town from Stanwood, Wa. We went in there i ended up getting 3 wigs that are still lovely to this day! My favorite is a red straight hair i wear most but got 2 more Burnet ones that match my hair color. They didnt have one of them so said they would ship it soon. It got here so fast! I was slightly nervous about coming because hair loss is obviously not something anyone wants to be going through but every appointment Ive had there has been great. Its a small store so you will most likely have privacy during your appointment if thats a concern. They have been super nice and helpful answering all of my questions and giving tips regarding toppers/wigs since I am new to everything. They have never once pressured me into buying or tried to upsell with things which I really appreciate. Overall a surprisingly comfortable experience.

Joni is simply the best! She is so friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about wigs to me. She helped me pick out a beautiful topper and showed me how to care for it. They saved my life! I went in 5 minutes before closing wearing a wig I found on Amazon and just told her I needed help. She has me sit in a salon chair (I’m new to wigs soo this just made my heart happy) and we found a wig , trimmed it to my face and I was on my way. I love this shop! The ladies there are so knowledgeable. There is a separate area to try on wigs that you cant see from the front of the store if you are shy. They have so many styles and colors. It is a clean store and a LOT of fun to go try on new styles.

I walked into Jonis the 1st time, bald and self-conscious expecting an uncomfortable experience, much like my 1st encounter with wig buying. But what I got was 200 times better. Joni was warm and welcoming & her shop was nowhere near as intimidating or, Look but dont touch! as I was I was expecting. (Touch is kinda necessary when youre looking for - you know, hair. O_o ) I left with a stunning wig, that Joni had custom cut to fit me, (she even did the same for my 1st wig that I purchased from a competitor) and a few head coverings. Joni stayed 2 hours past closing to help me. My total cost was only a few dollars more than my first wig was, and I left with far more bang for my buck. I went back yesterday for another wig that Id loved on my first visit. Joni has a phenomenal discount policy for wig purchases, and I left with TWO wigs, also styled just for me, at only a few dollars more than what Id spent a few days earlier. Joni talked to me about multiple resources available to me as well as connected with me on such a personal level. Joni has an incredible selection of wigs, hats, scarves and other hair pieces and accessories at far better prices than what I had expected or seen before. I dont know if I have a new wig habit or a new Joni habit, but regardless - I give her and her wonderful little shop ALL the stars!

I cant say enough good about Head Covers! I have a dear friend, just diagnosed with stage 3c breast cancer, who lost all of her hair this week. She did not even want to leave her house. I called a couple of places to do some preliminary research on wigs for her and was almost taken aback by the unkind people at other stores. I almost did not call Head Covers because of this, however I had several people who said they were really good. I called to see if they would be willing to let her come look at wigs for both color and style and stated upfront that she had a voucher she wanted to use and may not purchase from them. Megan answered the phone and was so incredibly kind! She encouraged us to come in regardless of whether or not she purchased from them. We went in the following day and were met with the same kindness, respect and attention we were hoping for. Megan went far above what she needed to and showed so much care for my friend I was amazed; she spent a considerable amount of time with us and never made us feel anything but good. She took a situation that was uncomfortable, difficult and sad and turned it into something really positive and happy. My friend was able to find what she liked and what she didnt, and was even encouraged to think about it before making a decision. Megan also gave her several very helpful tips on places she can go for more support, help with purchasing a wig, help with insurance, etc. I am truly blown away by the experience!! I would not hesitate to recommend Head Covers by Joni - they really are the best! Thank you!!!

After having some not so great experiences wig shopping, I hesitantly decided to try out Headcovers by Joni. Meghan was so fantastic to work with. She listened to what I was looking for, and I had found my hair within 20 minutes. I worked with Joni later and she was just as incredible. They truly care about you as a person, not the money they are making when they sell a wig. I honestly cant thank them enough!

I have been with Joni since she first opened and while i have tried other wig shops in town hers is,in my opinion,the very best. She wont rip you off and will let you know the right wig for you. She does male and female wigs,both fitting, cutting and styling them as well. I love going to Jonis because she and her staff are there for the customer.

Joni is one of the kindest people I have ever met. I started going to her as an insecure teenager, and 12 years later shes still the only one I will go to. She is discreet, and does a great job matching the wig to your real hair. People are shocked when I tell them most of My hair is fake. I am so grateful I found her!

I was not the typical customer they are used to working with, so I wasnt sure how this was going to go, but Morgan and the other person helping me were fantastic. I came hoping to find a wig for some Broadway crossplays Im working on, hoping to get one that looked real and wouldnt fall apart after a few conventions like many cosplay wigs. Most people Ive met who arent theater people look at you like your from Mars when you talk theater, so I was hesitant to go into too much depth about what I needed the wig for, but when I eventually did, I discovered that, not only did the wonderful ladies helping me speak hair and wigs, they speak Breadway, too. From there, it seemed like they were as excited about my costume projects as I was. They pulled wigs from their vast inventory and had me try them on until we found the one that we all knew at once would be perfect. After finding the one, Morgan did some trimming so it would be even more perfect for my purposes. I cant say enough good things about the customer service at Headcovers by Joni. As for the wigs themselves, they were excellent quality. Definitely more expensive than the cheap cosplay wigs that fall apart after a few conventions, but thats to be expected (the one I ended up getting was on sale for 50% off, so that was convenient and made it feel more in the price range of a cosplayer). Getting a more expensive wig that will last is better than needing to buy many replacements. Thank you, Headcovers by Joni!
