We needed to replace our water heater. We received a Rheem Platinum. Very nice actually 👍. All of the double layer ducts were also replaced, from the ceiling down. I have used Superior to install new furnaces and A/C in 2 homes. I have had an issue just recently with my newest furnace. They have been outstanding with helping solve the problem! For any of the services they offer I will only use them! No guessing about what kind of work or guarantee you will get with them as opposed to the apps that help you find a “pro”. And their service tech’s are always polite and well mannered!They have my loyalty!

Great experience with Superior Water & Air! From beginning to end, Superior did a great job installing our new tankless water heater and water softener system.Manuel just finished the final touches of the installation. He repaired two small cuts in the drywall/sheet rock and did a fantastic job. Very nice, professional and courteous. Completed the job quickly and arrived on time. The rep (wont say any names) jumped the gun and fraudulently opened a line of credit for a 7,000 softener on a credit pre approval. Long story short, I got a water softener for significantly less that can do the same thing with a better warranty.For future: If you fraudulently open an account for your customer, dont scream at them when they tell you they didnt authorize the account.. instead be helpful!

This company really cares, I know that sounds cliche but it is true. I had a water heater installed and there were a couple check list items that needed to be completed. Superior called me back after hours on the same night I contacted them. Their follow up has been incredible, making what was needed correct with a smile and willingness to help sincere. Who does that anymore? I felt like I was caught in a 1950s dreams. If you want the best service and follow through contact Superior. They are aptly named SUPERIOR.

Great quick service. I called on Saturday when I saw water leaking from our water heater. They came quickly and assessed I needed a new heater. When they came on Monday, Timothy came right on time and did great work. He covered my floors so my stairs wouldnt get wet and he did a great walk through at the end and explained everything he replaced. Im very pleased with the work we got done and will definitely be using Superior Water & Air again.

Roberto did an EXCELLENT job of installing our water softening/full home filtration and Reverse Osmosis system. He’s extremely professional, courteous and kind. Roberto explained the system in detail and left no question unanswered.

Update from my last review. Jason came out and measured my duct and put in the heat load numbers. It showed that a 2.5 ton system was appropriate. He was very professional and apologized for the the way things were handled prior and they will be putting in the correct sized unit.They will also be refunding me the difference in cost from a 4 ton that I paid for. And he apologized for that issue also.I have a lot more respect and trust in him and the company now.

My technician from Superior Air and Water, Tim, was a total professional. He advised me of his arrival, was totally efficient, and went an extra 5-10 miles (!) in making sure that the installation of my new water heater was up to code, and secured and installed properly. We love how our water tastes and have enjoyed our RO system for the last several years. So far it’s been less than $200 a year to have great tasting water and peace of mind that my system is in great working order-worth it to me. I’m sure I could change the filter myself and save some $, but I don’t really want to and I probably wouldn’t do it as often as it needed and then I’d have gross water again.

Martin came to our house and helped us with a pressure issue. He was so knowledgeable and at the same time walked me through all my options. Super professional but personable also. I highly recommend them if you are having any pressure related issues at all.

Ive used them before and they did okay, so when water started to come from the blower/fan/furnace, I thought Id call them again.They said our A/C needed a new coil... MAJOR fix... So we got a second opinion from small mom and pop shop. He called and suggested we first turn it off, let the coil thaw, then start again. So we did so and it didnt fix it. So he dropped by. Unclogged a water line for $90 and its worked perfectly since (about a month)! Love this guy, how refreshing.The mis-diagnosed new coil from Superior would have cost us thousands for no reason. Its too bad these service guys arent more savvy or honest. Wont be using them again. Dont trust them anymore.

I paid Superior water and Air almost $16,000 dollars to install a new furnace and AC with a heat pump. They conducted a manual J heat test and it showed a needed a 4 ton AC to go with my 4 ton furnace. My home is 2000 Sq ft raised ranch.The AC froze so they returned and put in another AC last OCT. This summer I found out that my New AC was not cooling my home very well....their own tec came out and realized the AC that was installed was a 2 ton, they were perplexed as to why it was so small.2 more techs came out and tried to adjust the thermostat and tweak the air flow but it did not work...I requested they install the correct size AC and was told by Jason, who said he was the GM, that they would not. Because his math on the heat test was correct. He said they only wait may even be considered was if I paid for a manual J test and it showed his math wrong...Well I did and it showed my home requires a 2.5 to 3 ton AC. Jason said he did not belive it and would install a larger unit if I signed a waiver releasing Superior water from any warranty. I brought it to his attention that I paid for a 4 ton and they installed a 2 ton and never refunded the difference in cost.He said that was an oversight and he would refund the difference because theres not much of a cost difference between the two.Tomorrow he will be at my house to measure my duct work to prove his math is correct and a 2 ton is the proper size. I have zero trust or faith in him or his company who have given me the runaround all summer.Very disappointed in this company. theyre dishonest and will try at all cost not to admit wrong doing and avoid correcting their mistakes.

Our HVAC unit finally gave out after 16 years. We opted to go with Superior after having several companies come out and give us bids. We felt Superior was the best based on their quality and their honesty. They were straight forward with us on our needs and did not try and up sale us. They recommended a unit that was in the middle price zone which they felt would work great in our home.They hit the nail on the head. The house stays at a constant temperature. We struggled in the past to keep the upstairs cool in the summer and was typically 10+ degrees warmer then the rest of the house. Now the whole house is pleasant to be in.If quality at a fair price is what you’re looking for give Superior a call.

Anthony was wonderful. We haven’t been able to use a sink for a very long time and other estimates were too expensive. It didn’t look like the original method would work but he didn’t give up. Not only did he unclog the galvanized pipe but he made sure there were no leaks and it was less than the estimate. Anthony is honest and knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend this company.

Superior came out and installed a new gas line in my basement ceiling for my kitchen on the main floor and they only had to cut a small hole to install it. A few days later their employee Manuel came out and patch the ceiling and matched the pattern that was on our ceiling perfectly. I first contacted Home Depot about a free quote for water heater replacement. They got me in touch with Superior Water and Air. They accommodated my schedule for both the quote and the installation. Tim Atwood, from Superior Water and Air, contacted me on the day of installation and gave me his arrival time. He arrived right when he said he would. He was friendly and answered all my questions. I think he did an excellent installation and I am really happy with his work.

Trent. came to inspect and change out the filters for our water purifier used for drinking water. He was able to test the overall health of our water and the usability of our filters. He was very thorough in his examination and explanation of potential issues. We were able to bring our system back up to peak performance. He also checked and modified our whole house water softener. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Superior Water & Air. My son flushed a toy down the toilet and Devin (plumber from Superior) came out and did his absolute best to remove it. Ultimately we had to replace the toilet. All my options were clearly explained and the customer service was the best I’ve seen in this industry. The price was fair and the quality of work was exceptional (it was all done quickly). Mark and Cody were extremely professional and courteous. I was not aware that my current LP gas installation was not up to code, and Mark pointed it out to me in a very courteous manner. The job he and Cody did was exceptional. When they left, everything was cleaned up as if they had not been there.

Mark installed a tankless water heater today and it couldn’t have gone better. It was a big job but Mark worked hard to get it all done, and afterwards he took the time to walk me through how the system works, all the gauges and levers , etc. Mark even put in an extra connector in case I switch my fireplace over to gas someday.

We had superior replace 4 toilets. He was on time, wiped off his shoes each time he came in. He was very careful at cleaning around the opening before placing the new toilet. He was very personal, polite, clean, and thorough. I would definitely use Superior again and refer friends to use them as well!

I am so grateful for how quickly they responded and were able to come fix our kitchen sink. I clogged the disposal and was certain it needed to be replaced. When they came and fixed it, they were done within an hour. Incredibly kind, professional, and will go back to them again and again.

New Update 8/26/21:On Saturday 8/21/21 our ceiling collapsed in. Found water damage caused by A/C unit not being properly installed last April 2020. Called Superior air on Monday afternoon and they came out to assess. They agreed the unit caused the damage said they would be back out Tuesday 8/24 at 8:30 am to start fixing the issue. I waited all day and finally they called after 4 pm to reschedule. They came out and inspected the day after on Wednesday 8/25 at about 1:45 pm and reported: 1) Float sensor in condensation pan was installed incorrectly so it never shut off the a/c unit when condensation pan and overflow pans were full and flooding over. The installer yesterday did fix that issue, however, if it had been installed correctly last year we would not be having thousands of dollars of damage to our home and loss of personal property. 2) The over flow condensation pan was shoved under a wooden beam/roof truss causing it to be bent. It sat at an angle so that the water dripped out the back of the pan away from the drain opening. 3) No drain pipe was installed to the drain opening to let us know when condensation pan and overflow pan were full or having a problem. Their own installation guy said it was capped off instead of the standard practice of putting a pipe to drain outside over a window so water dripping can be seen letting us know there is a problem in order to prevent water damage and mold. At this time it has still not been placed due to the mold needing removed first. 4) Last year they took out the heat strips to temporarily fix the problem of blowing hot air during the summer time when a/c went below set thermos temp. Once they said they fixed the a/c unit to stop running continuously, they never reinstalled the heat strips causing the unit to have to work harder during this past winter. Superior Air was made aware that we had Servpro out to remove the mold and said they had worked with them in the past and they would cover the cost. After being told that we had to put 50% down with Servpro to get the mold removal started. When my husband called to ask about turning in the receipt for reimbursement, Nikki at the office stated that they have their own workers to fix the problem and she doesnt believe they have to cover another company. I was told by our home owner insurance that there are only 2 companies in St. George that are certified in mold removal and in order to have home owners insurance the person removing it has to be certified. Superior Air is not certified for mold removal. We paid over $10, 000 up front for this brand new a/c & heat pump unit to be installed and it has been nothing but a night mare ever since. The mold has affected my health causing ongoing respiration problems with my asthma and now we have the stress of them jerking us around on getting it fixed. I understand their installers have to fix the ongoing issues of the unit, but having to live in a home with mold because they are busy and cant make it out and now have the new rule that their workers need to remove the mold and are not certified to remove the mold is a joke.

This is our second time getting products from them. First time was for our previous home, we got a water refiner. Now, we got the water refiner, RO, air scrubber, and a humidifier for our new house. Our a/c broke down in 100 degree weather (of course) and Superior was very responsive. Levi called first, showed up when he said he would -- at the earlier part of the 4-hour window we were given -- and was professional, knowledgeable, and able to analyze and fix the unit right away. Superior Water and Air installed an air conditioner (through Costco) to one of my rentals 3 years ago. Recently the AC wouldnt come on. I asked another company who I worked with recently to check it out. That company told me it would cost $1,700 to fix. I decided to call Superior Water and Air. Casey showed up next day and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. Instead of $1,700, it cost me a service call of $80.Needless to say, I was very pleased. Call these guys. They are good. Hopefully you will get Casey. He is professional and knows what he is doing.

I had Mark Frank come by and install a much needed water softener system. He was punctual, respectful, meticulous, professional, and careful. The process was clean. By the time he was done, one would not have known that an install took place. I appreciate the attention to detail and the care in ensuring my home would not get dirty or damaged during the process. A week in and we are already noticing the absence of hard water stains. So far, the experience with Superior Water and Air has been delightful.

The technician Martin that came to our house was fantastic, he came to take a look at my water softener and talked with me in depth about my system, and what my options were. Levi was great! He was coming for routine AC maintenance. The thermostat was broken during a project the previous day, so Levi did some quick thinking to allow the maintenance to continue. He was polite and courteous and a pleasure to work with.

Not all of the services we received are listed. A tankless water heater was installed, a new water softener, and a reverse osmosis system was installed under the kitchen sink. Our experience was phenomenal. Several young men came to help but the star was Mark. Our home is older so additional+ work had to be done and he was so dedicated he stayed late, came early and demonstrated a work ethic I haven’t seen in years. We love him and Superior.

Taylor installed a new water heater for us. He was very personal, proficient and could not have been nicer to inform us of what we needed to have done. Josh found our problem with our AC right away. He used feet covers when he came into our home. He explained the problem throughly and answered all of our questions. He checked the overall condition of our AC too. He found a wire that was aged and fixed that. We have a 15 year ild AC. Its still working great! Thank you Superior Water & Air. Just because the AC is old, doesnt mean it needs to be automatically replaced. The price for the service was a pleasntly lower price than we had anticipated.Not only was the technician professional, knowledgeable and courteous, but so was Nichole, the person I worked with to schedule the service.

Mark Frank with Superior Water & Air delivered exceptional service installing a tankless water heater in our home. The old water heater in our home broke a few weeks before and the team at Superior was quick to respond and advise on replacement options. He was on time and communicated details of the install. Mark and team did a great job with the install including cleaning up after the job. Mark provided the rebate form with several details filled in making it easy for me to complete the rest of the rebate. We had a leak in our AC system and Gentry Lewis came out to repair it. He was great. He repaired the problem quickly, and effectively. He was also very kind, professional, and a great a communicator.

Unfortunately we ran into a water heater leak over the weekend but after calling first thing Monday morning we were able to get a technician out in the afternoon. Korbyn/Corbin was right on time and super friendly. He helped us replace our water heater and water pressure valve while also saving us some money with our water heater warranty. Would recommend to family and friends.

Roberto was my installer for a new water heater and he did a fantastic job. He arrived right on time, finished slightly early, and was very clear in all his communications. 21 years ago, Superior installed a water softener system that served a family of 8 over that period. The system easily outlived its life expectancy. My own recently failed PRV valve finally exposed the systems end of life weaknesses. One phone call to Superior and the very next day Martin Alvaredo showed up at my door and quickly diagnosed and easily demonstrated to me a substantially degraded system that had lived a full and exciting life. We quickly agreed to a replacement system and price. Two days later the installer showed up at my door. Two hours later I had a new PRV and new soft water system.The professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, expertise, communication etc. etc. is way beyond mere compliment or praise. Superb may be an understatement as well. In any case, we are more than happy. Hopefully we get 20 years out of the new system. Kaz Cook was amazing. Very genuine, he unclogged the drain system to the our home. When he first walked in he was kind, compassionate, and 100% knew what he needed to do, he was prompt the next day to come back out to finish the job. I appreciated him, and the supervisor that helped out, they were both amazing and easy to relate with. They were able to locate the clog and flush it out. The team was very professional and completed the repair to my satisfaction reasonably priced and cleaned up the work area so you could not tell they were even there. They did a very good job.

Updated from a previous review - thanks to Superior for coming out within 20 minutes of my July 4th after hours call to figure out what was wrong with my central AC. They recently installed a Generac generator for me and as luck would have it, our power went out on the 4th. Im happy to say the generator worked BUT the exhaust seems to have triggered a safety sensor in the nearby AC unit and the AC shut down. Superior is standing by their installation of the generator and will be moving it further away from the AC unit. I have confidence that I can change the 4 star to 5 star once the move is complete.

We have used Superior for our RO Water System and Water Heater now for a while. We used them for HVAC over the weekend for urgent service and their technician was fantastic. He kept in contact with us to update us on his arrival. He was on time. He got us working quickly and explained everything and answered all of our questions while being so friendly and professional. We were extremely pleased with the service we received.

I called Superior this morning as our furnace went out yesterday. Expecting to wait a day or so, they had Gentry out within hours of my call! Excellence in customer satisfaction. Gentry did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

We were incredibly impressed with Superiors compassion and determination to repair it as quickly as possible (with snow and holidays on the way). It was reassuring to witness this kind of integrity in business (doing what they said they would do) and so refreshing to have our trust well-founded. They went above and beyond in every regard-- they were polite, considerate (always protecting our floors with booties, and us with masks), informative, and kind.We continue to be toasty warm and happy! Casey Ayres who is Superior Water & Airs main emergency technician is extremely excellent at his job! He is very pleasant, courteous and extremely knowledgable in all aspects of his job. Casey always insures that we thoroughly understand everything he does during his maintenance visit before he leaves. We consider him to be very honest and we have a lot of confidence in his work. We like Caseys friendly demeanor.

Austin Peterson explained everything, clean, took care of water filtration system, very respectful, and courteous.

Khai worked really hard and did great work. He made sure the job was done right. He was very professional and still cheerful after many hours of work. He helped us with all of our questions.

Im a renter, and my landlord ended up using superior air to put in central air. Ricardo and Spencer were very professional, kind, considerate and helpful while working in my home. They made sure you wear their facemasks at all times, and took the time to explain the new ac system.
