I am a local Loan Officer and I have a cash out refinance where the appraisal came in with a condition to have two chimneys inspected for structural integrity. This is never a good condition to get. I called Citeruim-Bernhisel and inquired about how soon they could get this done. It was Thursday and they said they could do it as soon as the following Tuesday.
