I would never recommend this company to build a website. Let me first say though that Madeline over there was always polite, kind, respectful and as helpful as she could be and she was the best part of dealing with Firetoss.They built a website for us with a webstore and there is a shipping issue where it quotes rates much to high. For example a 3 lb box should be $12 shipping, but it was charging $135! They didnt know what the issue was. We spent several thousand dollars to build the site and we had to take it down after taking it live. We went back to our old site until we can find someone else to fix it.As the site was being built I had to make corrections and adjustments to all of our products, things not expected of Firetoss to do. After I had done them Firetoss had to do some other things and they had to choose to overwrite the changes I made or their changes and they choose to undo at least two weeks worth of changes I had made to products. I admit that I am not sure why both couldnt have been kept maybe there was a good reason. Why couldnt they have exported my products and import them after their changes?Another issue is the site is slow. Why was that not addressed before it went live? They reached out to us several weeks later to see if they could help us fix the issues, maybe at a negotiated rate but I will not give them anymore money to fix something that should have been part of the original build. Very disappointed!First estimate to fix the site from another company is over $6,000. Keep in mind this is a new site. You would think that a company that specializes in building sites would be able to know what the issues are and fix them.

Worst agency to work with. They are more than a marketing company, they are scam artists. They spent more time in small claims court than they ever did working on our marketing. They argue that regardless of them doing any work, they believe they are entitled to get 60% of their contracted amount. They make many false promises and get you to sign on, only to do nothing at all for the first several months, and skip the largest online sales event of the year (black friday) by not pushing any ads out at all.Dont simply believe me, feel free to experience their letdowns at your own risk.

We had hired Firetoss to work with our family company. Over the course of a few months they provided 0 work for us. Any and all goals we had were missed entirely. Set dates for work were never met as the work was never completed. They spend months claiming that they are learning more about your company and field to help you more, all while charging you all the money and actually doing nothing.

I am an E-Comerce manager and at a fashion brand and we recently worked directly with Magento to find a certified partner for the design and implementation of a new Magento 2 Commerce Store. Firetoss has an excellent design and strategy team that was able to work with us and meet our timeframes. The price was a little higher (15%) than we had budgeted originally but going with Firetoss was the right decision. We will continue to work with Firetoss through our marketing and growth of our new store.

Horrible experience. They never return emails. Way over priced too. They tried to charge me for a design element that I got for free with another company. They also expect 90% payment up front before the website is even developed. I had my attorney review their contract and he said multiple items are sketchy and to have them rewrite the contract with his recommended changes. When I sent them what my attorney recommended, they never got back to me. That tells me one thing...they are out to take your money. Look else where...sketchy company.

Anymore a web design company needs to be an SEO company. This firm does some of the best SEO weve ever used in my work. Within a month your ranking within your goal. Their customer service is one of the best and theyre not high priced, rip you off firms like the others in town.Their CEO Tony is awesome, he will call you to make sure things are going well no matter how small you are.

In our working with PoleVault as they designed and produced our new magazine, new convention material, new newsletter and a new website, I could not have been more thrilled with their work. PoleVault met all our deadlines (even working through the night a few times), quickly responded to all of our communications, provided us with cutting edge creative design and completed all of this within their very low budget. I never felt “nickeled and dimed” once which is rare in that industry. I know that if I put a phone call into PoleVault that whatever I would like done will most likely be completed in the same day and that they will go the extra mile to make it look great as they have an innate sense of pride in their work. In working with other companies I was frustrated with the “nickel and dime” approach for any edits or fixes needed, this was not the case with PoleVault as they see a project through and the price they give you is what they are going to charge you. No gimmicks on what was included and what wasn’t. Lastly, PoleVault employees have been trained in the latest techniques, are always on the cutting edge of design and are motivated to prove that they are great at what they do.

Everyone is friendly and they have a super cool office. Make sure you are clear on your bill and exactly what services they will be rendering before they get started, things arent always very clear on their proposals.
