I have been with Agile sine their inception. Undoubtedly issues will occur with any business. Agile is always very prompt in their resolution to any issues we may have experienced. Amy in customer support is one of the best and most attentive representatives to work with. She has gone above and beyond in assisting us.

Agile has been the best 3PL weve worked with yet. We have been struggling with supply chain issues this summer that led to 1000+ backorders. They were key in supporting us with various partial shipments, cancellations, and address changes brought on by the delays. Our previous 3PL would never have done this for us. When we first moved over, Agile also worked with us to accommodate some shipping materials that werent quite to their specs until we used up the inventory.

Ive used/currently use agile for my fulfillment needs. The owners (Mike & Drew) are incredible and extremely helpful! Definitely some of the nicest people you will meet. My current account manager is Amy, and she is FANTASTIC. Shes always quick to respond and answer any questions I have. They are very organized, and Ive noticed constant upgrades theyve made to be sure Agile is using the best software/equipment, which is a big deal for me! Their order turnaround time is impressive as well as their shipping accuracy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10

We are a newer brand that only recently signed up with Agile for our 3PL and fulfilment needs, and so far we have been overly pleased with our experience! Our previous 3PL cancelled their fulfilment services only 2 WEEKS before our brand launch, and Agile had no concerns taking on the challenge of onboarding us in that very short and crazy timeframe. So far, communication, capabilities, attentiveness, and follow-thru have all exceeded our expectations, and we feel we couldnt have found a better 3PL partner to land with! 💪

Highly recommend Agile. We worked with a giant multinational fulfillment company for years and had to make the switch. The scale and brand sounded amazing, but the quality of support, accuracy to order details and account management were constant battles. Those three things led us to move to Agile. The account support, accuracy of order picks and shipments, and overall involvement from their team (even the executive team) has been immediate and considerable upgrades!

Agile is bar none the best 3pl service I have worked with. Their staff is very friendly and professional, and consistently exceeds expectations on anything from order fulfillment, receiving product, you name it. Ive worked with Agile on multiple projects and theyve always been great to work with. Theyre great at making sure the standard fulfillment process goes smoothly, but theyve also been incredibly flexible on working with situations that are outside the norm. They understand the fulfillment business really well and provide a lot of insight to help us streamline our operations. Ive used multiple fulfillment centers in Utah and theyve been my favorite by far.

I’m giving 2 stars since I liked the place at first and some of the people I worked with. In reality though, this place is absolute chaos. No one higher up communicates anything and has no idea what is going on. There is no such thing as chain of command so things get pretty messed up regularly. One in particular loves to stir the pot. If you bring anything up to your superiors, they’ll tell you things and never ever follow through. After working there a year, I only had a week or so of training but for a position I never held. OSHA would have a field day at this place so if you’re safety conscientious, you’re going to have a panic attack. Our customers were great but I honestly feel bad for them for bringing their business there.TLDR: stay away

Man do i miss working there it was very fun it was about 1 year ago when lagiwa (did i spell that right haha) was first on go. Playing pool on lunch brakes haha good times im happy company still up n running

We moved our Amazon FBA Prep and web orders to Agile Fulfillment and I absolutely recommend them. They helped us make a smooth transition and they’ve been fantastic to work with. Highly recommended.

3pl company is by far the worse place to take your product to . Very unorganized, unsafe,no benefits or paid holidays.No HR so the owner flirts with his favorites and texts after hours very unprofessional. Too many CHIEFS and not enough Indians. Turnover is huge due to lack of communication and dont know how to treat employees.
