My charger port wasn’t working well. I brought it in and the young lady cleaned it up in a couple minutes. She was so nice about it too. I wish I caught the techs name but she did a great job.

Was honestly shocked at the service I received. I came in because my phone speakers were dirty and need cleaning. They cleaned them super fast and didn’t even charge a dime. I’d highly recommend them and I will definitely be coming back in the future for any phone repairs.

As long as youre not in a hurry to get your phone back, theyre great. Probably par though these days for repair shops. You have to know theyre in charge and no exceptions will be made. And also, that you may not be served in the order you were received. In the end, they effectively fix my phones issues and didnt charge an arm and a leg.

Upon visiting Fixit Mobile, I was offered very friendly service and got a great deal on my tempered glass screen protector. The only reason I cant give 5 stars is because my protector keeps getting bubbles in it the day after installation. Slightly annoying to deal with bubbles in your screen protector when its not your fault.

I had a couple of SD cards full of music which my computer would not read. I tried over & over, but could not get the music onto my computer. I talked to Seth on the phone who made some recommendations (some of which I had already tried) and finally said I should perhaps bring in the devices along with my computer. When I did, he immediately took my concerns and created solutions. He took a reader card, plugged it into my laptop, and within no time, my 3,000 + songs were all downloaded & playing on my laptop. The service that Seth provided was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable & timely, not to mention reasonable. I will use their service again, and would recommend their service to friends & family, or anyone. Top Notch~!!

Stopped by Fixit Mobile at Brickyard in Salt Lake City to have a broken charger removed from the charging port of my iPad. Not only were they two people there friendly but it took all of 60 seconds. And then no charge. Exceeded my expectations. Definitely use them again!!

They repaired my broken screen on my phone. Luckily they checked it before fixing to show nothing else was wrong because when I got it back it looked ok at first but then I discovered the screen was lifting at the bottom and selfie camera was blurry. They had me bring it back a few days later and now my screen and selfie camera are good as new.

I manage a Victra Verizon store and one of my friends that normally come to me for phone issues went here when it was hardware. The employee that took care of him went above and beyond. Made sure the problem was resolved and sent my buddy on his way. He spoke so highly of the experience that I feel like I the need to give a positive shout out. I try to hold my store to high standard and we need more of these types of these locations in cellular.

Seth and Hannah did an awesome job! Dropped my phone in water and it had screen damaged already so when I came in to get it looked at my phone was turning white at the left bottom corner. Left it with Seth to get it fixed and came back in a hour and a half and my phone looked brand new. Extremely happy so I’m hoping this incident doesn’t happen again but if so definitely coming back here.

Great shop. They were able to recover all my data of of a phone that had been run over on the highway. I thought I was out of luck but they saved the day and saved my photos and info, all for a great price.

They gave the iPad mini 5 a really atrocious screen that displayed really bad, washed out colors. If you are a creative accurate color is crucial for your work, and so having a repair go sideways like this can hamper your work. When I brought this up, they said I should have gone with Apple if I wanted accurate color, as if they even warned me this might be an issue in the first place. They refused any solution or refund. Simply disappointing. Dont go here if you are a creative or want a halfway decent looking screen. I would rather spend $250 dollars on something that worked.

Dont use them, ever. I paid $300 for a new screen, and it cracked the next day. I didnt even drop it. Im unsure why it happened at all. I went back in to use the 90 day guarantee and they would not honor it. So I was better off before but $300 poorer.They use really cheap material and the price tag is unjustified. Go to Tricked Out Accessories instead

I recently bought a new phone and when I got the phone, the front camera was blurry and had black spots, they found the problem was the actual camera within like 15 minutes and ordered a new camera part for me and they replaced the part quick within 5 minutes. Will come here again if I ever have another issue with a phone or another device.

It had been 4 days that my phone didnt work after I dropped it in water. It is not well known phone (Xiaomi) in America, therefore I did not have any hope it would be fixed. Today I decided to walk-in to repair shop. I searched some, but somehow i did choose the one which was 10 miles away from my house. Fixit has great customer service! Went to get screen fixed on iPhone X 3 weeks ago. Get home and Face ID doesn’t work. Come to find out this happens anytime 3rd parties replace screens. I can live without it but it would’ve been nice to know beforehand. Never once did they mention it. Being in this business they 100% knew this could happen and gave 0 warning. Had they told me beforehand I still would’ve been fine with it but the fact that they hide things like this tells me they won’t give all the info people need to know if other important functions don’t work. Won’t do business here again

I’m literally going to bring everyone I know here because of how fast and efficient they work. There very honest and down to earth people. They understood how stressed I was with my phone broken and calmed me by how quickly they moved and they even hooked me up with a screen protector. I got my phone waterproofed and had a tempered glass put on. Ive been extremely happy with the results so far. Ive dropped my phone in the snow and on the ground getting out of my car and its stayed in perfect condition. On top of that James helped me and provided me with excellent customer service. Used this company for the first time today. Amazing service! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I came in after going into the Verizon store in Sugarhouse, where I went in to get a tempered glass screen protector replaced, which had developed a hairline crack. The tech there broke my actual phone screen, while trying to muscle off the cracked protector and trying to put on a new one. When I pointed out the problem with how my screen now looked, the manager denied responsibility, but fortunately sent me over to iQue for repair. My screen was replaced and my phone was back in my hands in an hour .. with the repair being done at a great price. James was fantastic to work with ... professional and efficient; understanding that I use my phone constantly, for my business and personal. I think Jesse is the name of the person who actually did the repair. I could not be happier with his work. Well done! For future electronic repairs, this is the only place that Ill go.

Great staff Id recommend them to replace batteries and screens things like that maybe replace the body of your phone. But my phone is still in a boot loop after $84 bucks Im starting to think there is nobody in Utah competent enough to get this done. Contradictory to my comments about Ive already recommend these guys to mutliple people for batteries and screen replacement I however dont think the can solve my personal problem.

Went to the Brickyard location of Fixit Mobile with low expectations and left 15 mins a very happy customer. They removed a piece of charger that was stuck in my iPhone 10 in less than 5 mins and also had a new charger cord I needed at a very good price. I had Googled the repair and it had made the repair sound very difficult. I was thrilled when they whipped my phone into shape in minutes. Both employees were helpful and knowledgeable.

This place is hella tight. Tyson was the one who helped my family out and he was cool throughout the entire time. My phone and my siblings phone are all fixed, waterproof and looking brand new! And all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place and Tyson.

After dropping my older model Samsung cell phone and cracking the screen, the screen went black, nothing was visible, the phone was for all practical purposes dead. I went to the AT&T Store, bought a new phone, but because my old phone was broken with a black screen the folks at AT&T were not able to transfer my contacts, text messages, or music to my new Samsung cell phone. Not only that, the ring tones on the new phone left me wanting. I learned of a cell phone repair shop, FixIt Mobile in Brickyard, and so I took my new cell phone there and began to chat with Josh, the Manager, and asked questions about my options. Could my old phone be repaired? What about buying a reconditioned older phone, could my contacts, music, text messages be transferred to that phone? Could Josh somehow retrieve my contacts, texts, music and ringtone and apply them all to my new phone? After trying in vain to repair my old phone, looking for a reconditioned phone without success, and finally linking a new screen to my old phone with cables since it would not work when installed on my old phone, Josh was able to transfer my contacts, my texts, over to my new phone. After spending a lot of time researching the DoubleTwist application, Josh was able to move my iTunes library, all of my music, over to my new phone. Unbelievable! And it that was not enough, Josh tracked down an Old Fashioned ring tone on the internet and installed it onto my new phone. Finally, Josh even helped mate my new phone to my Tacoma so I could use the phone and enjoy my music in my truck. If you have any cell phone issues, Android or iPhone, take it to Josh at Fixit Mobile in Brickyard Plaza. You will be glad you did!
