Ninigret Group has worked many years with Jed at Micro Assist and found that he always has responded timely on our computer needs whether it be maintenance issues, consultations and equipment renewals. He not only fixes the problem at hand but explains the issue so it is understood what was wrong and how to avoid it the next time. He also addresses phone systems, personal devices, copier issues and is willing to make phone calls to our business accounts and contract accounts for these devices without hesitation. He is always courteous and polite even when issues are caused by user ignorance

I have had nothing but good luck with Jed. He has worked on, setup and maintained our office networks. We began working with him when we needed some help with our Windows 2003 server. Since then he set up our Windows 2010 server for remote desktops and configured our new 2012 R2 server. We use Mico Assist for all our computer issues both network and workstations. Ive even called him out to my house to help with home system.
