So heres the deal... We actually like Whitewater, weve used them before and its a great product... This time has been a little more difficult... Our salesman has been harder to get ahold of and when we went to the showroom, they dont have any examples of ”wraps for cubbies or the windows... It would be nice to see how it looks in person... One of the people at the showroom was really cool - Mike - but the other was not... Still, they referred me back to my salesman for all pricing... Why? Shouldnt it be the same price no matter what?? And now, 3 weeks later, Im still waiting to be contacted back for my appointment to finalize my bathroom... Whitewater - if you all contact me and fix these issues, I would update my review, because really you have a good product, but I dont like getting the run around on pricing or what you offer...Update... Ok so they did contact me and got me someone else... Had to start over... Got a bid... They never followed up again... Oh well...

I am often a bit of DIYer, usually because I am looking to keep cost down either for myself or a couple small rentals I own. So working with Whitewater was a good combo, because there were a few issues out of my comfort zone of capability. However I was still able to save money and put together an attractive walk in shower for my personal home earlier this year, and have it be a good experience while doing so.-Chris W.

A couple of years ago I had a shower that had a 4 piece granite floor that started to leak causing a very spongy and wet shower and floor with stuff starting to grow. Whitewater came and removed the junk and cleaned it up and installed beautiful one piece floor in my shower. I have had no problems with it and heartily recommend them if you want a good job.

Whitewater was great to work with. I had them do the floor and walls on two showers. Tyvarian is a beautiful product and seems very durable as well. The workmanship was very good. The prep sheet they sent in advance was very useful. Theyre popular so I had to wait a couple of weeks for my turn for install but I view that as a good sign.

Great and professional installers. They did a terrific job and even came out twice to address a final detail that made the entire product look amazing. I highly recommend this company.

We bought 2 bath surrounds, 1 tub, and 1 shower pan from White Water and they have definitely held up. We looked into other companies and no one besides White Water provided the kind of durability we wanted at a price we could afford. The cultured marble is easy to clean and looks fantastic. Don’t let other companies try to scare you. It really is a good product and we haven’t had the yellowing they claim it will have and we bought white surrounds. Jason Manning at the Pleasant Grove, UT location was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions. We prepped the area ourselves and everything he told us during our prep time was super helpful. We enjoyed our experience and recommend White Water to our friends.

Whitewater did the bathrooms in both our custom built primary home and our mountain home. They provided a great looking quality product with excellent service. The installers did excellent work and were very friendly. Having had two great new install experiences with Whitewater I would never consider anyone else.

Every day I smile and admire my beautiful Tranquility quartz countertops by Whitewater. After they were installed I decided I wanted a slide in stove rather than the planned traditional. They came back and made the backsplash change to accommodate the new stove. I highly recommend them.

Upfront: our experience with our tub surround was exceptional, from the first call to the final install it was great - they came when they said they would, ensured our home was protected when they were bringing in the material, and worked quickly, quitely, and efficiently. If I was only rating the tub surround it would be a solid 5 stars.Getting in touch with Whitewater, having someone out to bid and measure all went very smoothly (with both the tub and countertop). However, I believe that there must be two separate departments - one for tub/shower surrounds and one for countertops. When it came time for the installation of the countertop, our date/time was pushed back 6 times, in two instances we received a text just 15 minutes before they were supposed to arrive and install.On the date of the install they showed up 40 minutes early. Because we are re-doing our entire bathroom we already had our cabinet maker in there working on the vanity (putting on doors and handles) who wed had to bump back daily due to Whitewater bumping us back. We finally decided to just have the the cabinets finished prior to the countertop being installed (against our cabinetmakers wishes). When Whitewater arrived, they asked our cabinet maker to leave so they could install the vanity top, instead of offering to wait until he was finished (again, they arrived 40 minutes ahead of their scheduled time). They then did not lay down any protective coverings/mats/blankets on the floor, had to use a multitool to take out a supporting beam in the counter in order to make room for the sink (what was the measure for if they were just going to saw into the vanity?) and scratched up the wall (minor scratch that can be easily patched and re-painted, but still) during installation. Weve also had to delay the faucet installation until next week due to all the scheduling issues.Needless to say, we were incredibly surprised after our great experience with the tub surround. That being said, I would never recommend Whitewater for countertops.

I love my bathroom surround they did and also my kitchen counters. It’s expensive but the quality is totally totally worth it! I had one little mess up and they were willing to come back and fix it.

Im a marble installer and have been completely dissatisfied with the on going thickness consistancy of white water marble. Its embarrassing when you have to explain why the marble is so thin and also a nightmare to install when its a 1/4 inch on one side and literally a1/16 in the corner once it is cut.. Way over priced for the poor quality being recieved by paying customers. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Its sad to see a big company taking advantage of people who have scrimped and saved for a long time for a marble shower and then they get the shaft on quality.
